Background: This study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological resilience, perceived organizational support, and intention to stay among nurses. Additionally, it explores the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between psychological resilience and nurses' intention to stay. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted between August and September 2023, involving 1,402 nurses from five Grade 3A hospitals in Guangdong. The survey utilized several instruments, including the General Information Questionnaire (GIQ), the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), the Chinese version of the Perceived Organizational Support Scale (POSS), and the Chinese version of the Intention to Stay Scale (ITSS). The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient, while the mediating effect of perceived organizational support was assessed using the PROCESS macro mediation model in SPSS. Results: The overall mean score for psychological resilience among nurses in the five Grade 3A hospitals in Guangdong was 60.54 ± 19.17, the overall mean score for perceived organizational support was 45.77 ± 11.49, and the mean score for intention to stay was 20.82 ± 4.65. The results of the statistical analysis revealed positive correlations between psychological resilience and intention to stay (r = 0.388, p < 0.01), between perceived organizational support and psychological resilience (r = 0.570, p < 0.01), and between perceived organizational support and intention to stay (r = 0.550, p < 0.01). Additionally, perceived organizational support was found to mediate the relationship between psychological resilience and intention to stay, with a mediation effect value of 0.067, accounting for 71.28% of the total effect. Conclusion: Psychological resilience of nursing staff directly impacts their intention to stay and indirectly influences their caring behaviors, with perceived organizational support serving as a key mediator in both relationships. Therefore, nursing managers should implement targeted interventions to enhance nurses' psychological resilience and perceived organizational support. Strengthening these factors can significantly increase nurses' intention to stay in their jobs, improve the quality of care, and contribute to building a strong and stable nursing workforce. This study builds on previous research into the basic flow structure of a separated curved swept compression ramp shock wave/turbulence boundary layer interaction (CSCR-SWBLI) at the leading edge of an inward-turning inlet. We employ the ice-cluster-based planar laser scattering (IC-PLS) technique, which integrates multiple observation directions and positions, to experimentally investigate a physical model with typical parameter states at a freestream Mach number of 2.85. This study captures the fine structure of some sections of the flow field and identifies the presence of Görtler vortices (GVs) in the CSCR-SWBLI. It is observed that due to the characteristics of variable sweep angle, variable intensity interaction, and centrifugal force, GVs exhibit strong three-dimensional characteristics in the curved section. Additionally, their position is not fixed in the spanwise direction, demonstrating strong intermittence. As the vortices develop downstream, their size gradually increases while the number decreases, always corresponding to the local boundary layer thickness. When considering the effects of coupling of bilateral walls, it is noted that the main difference between double-sided coupling and single-sided uncoupling conditions is the presence of a large-scale vortex in the central plane and an odd number of GVs in the double-sided model. Finally, the existence of GVs in CSCR-SWBLI is verified through the classical determine criteria Görtler number (GT) and Floryan number (F) decision basis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplementation appears to be associated with a lower blood pressure. Nevertheless, it remains unclear whether food-sourced CoQ10 will affect new-onset hypertension in general adults. This study investigated the relationship between dietary CoQ10 intake and new-onset hypertension among the general population. Participants without hypertension at baseline from the China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) prospective cohort study were included (n = 11,428). Dietary CoQ10 intake was collected by validated dietary recalls and the food weighing method. Linear and non-linear relationships between dietary CoQ10 intake and new-onset hypertension were analyzed using multivariable Cox proportional hazards models and restricted cubic splines. During follow-up (median: 6 years), 4006 new-onset hypertension cases were documented. Compared with non-consumers, the hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) from quintile 2 to 4 total dietary CoQ10 were 0.83 (0.76, 0.91), 0.86 (0.78, 0.94) and 1.01 (0.92, 1.11); total plant-derived CoQ10 were 0.80 (0.73, 0.88), 1.00 (0.91, 1.09) and 1.10 (1.00, 1.20); and animal-derived CoQ10 were 0.65 (0.59, 0.71), 0.58 (0.53, 0.64) and 0.68 (0.62, 0.75). The lowest risk was found at moderate intake, with a non-linear relationship (P nonlinearity < 0.05). Furthermore, the overall inverse association was stronger among individuals without alcohol consumption or eating a low-fat diet. Moderate long-term dietary CoQ10 intake might be protective against new-onset hypertension. However, it follows a non-linear relationship and excessive intake may increase the risk of new-onset hypertension in the Chinese population. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Comprehensive Summary: Duration‐tunable afterglow materials have garnered considerable attention in various applications. Herein, carbon dots (CDs)‐based long persistent luminescence (LPL) composites with a tunable duration in an ultrawide range of seconds‐to‐hours levels were designed and prepared for the first time. In contrast to the established CD‐based afterglow materials, we reported that CD‐based composites exhibit LPL in the form of exciplexes and long‐lived charge‐separated states, enabling the LPL to be prolonged from several seconds to over one hour, exceeding the typical regulation range (limited to 1 min). Further studies revealed that the relationship between the excited and charge‐transfer states of CDs plays a pivotal role in activating the LPL and regulating its duration. Furthermore, these composites exhibited high photoluminescence (PL) quantum yields of up to 60.63%, and their LPL was robust under ambient conditions, even in aqueous media. Their robust and superior LPL performance endows these composites with a strong competitive advantage in dynamic display systems, such as tags for time‐resolved data encryption and displays of the remaining time of takeaways. A miniaturized, high‐selectivity, wideband A‐T‐A frequency selective rasorber (FSR) based on compact spiral resonators (CSR) is proposed here. The lossy layer of the FSR consists of the CSR and a Jerusalem cross, with four resistors soldered onto the surface. The underlying layer is a bandpass frequency selective surface (FSS) with an extremely narrow slit. The dimensions of the FSR unit are only 0.079 λL × 0.079 λL × 0.078 λL. The extremely narrow‐slitted FSS and CSR together provide a narrowband frequency response, enhancing the selectivity of the FSR. Additionally, a prototype of an FSR was fabricated and tested, achieving results highly consistent with simulations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Comprehensive Summary: All‐solution‐processed organic solar cells (OSCs) (from the bottom electrode to the top electrode) are highly attractive thanks to their low cost, lightweight and high‐throughput production. However, achieving highly efficient all‐solution‐processed OSCs remains a significant challenge. One of the key issues is the lack of high‐quality solution‐processed electrode systems that can replace indium tin oxide (ITO) and vacuum‐deposited metal electrodes. In this paper, we comprehensively review recent advances in all‐solution‐processed OSCs, and classified the devices as the top electrode materials, including silver nanowires (AgNWs), conducting polymers and composite conducting materials. The correlation between electrode materials, properties of electrodes, and device performance in all‐solution‐processed OSCs is elucidated. In addition, the critical roles of the active layer and interface layer are also discussed. Finally, the prospects and challenges of all‐solution‐processed OSCs are presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Swin‐Transformer is a variant of the Vision Transformer, which constructs a hierarchical Transformer that computes representations with shifted windows and window multi‐head self‐attention. This method can handle the scale invariance problem and performs well in many computer vision tasks. In image retrieval, high‐quality feature descriptors are necessary to improve retrieval accuracy. This paper proposes a self‐ensemble Swin‐Transformer network structure to fuse the features of different layers of the Swin‐Transformer network, eliminating noise points present in a single layer, and improving the retrieval effect. Two experiments were conducted, one on the In‐shop Clothes Retrieval dataset and another on the Stanford Online Product dataset. The experiments showed that the proposed method significantly increased the retrieval effect of features extracted using Vision Transformer, surpassing previous state‐of‐the‐art image retrieval methods. In the second experiment, the feature map of the trained model was visualized, revealing that the improved network significantly reduces focus on some noise points and enhances focus on image features compared to the original network. A quasi-resonant Flyback (QR-Flyback) converter with 65 W output was designed. The valley switching principle and the switching loss reduction mechanism of QR-Flyback were analyzed, the frequency and loss characteristics of the system under different working conditions were compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of frequency conversion control were summarized. Combined with the frequency hopping control function of the NCP1380 controller, the hardware circuit parameters of each part of the system were designed and the efficiency of the system was effectively improved.
