The recently introduced coati optimization algorithm suffers from drawbacks such as slow search velocity and weak optimization precision. An enhanced coati optimization algorithm called CMRLCCOA is proposed. Firstly, the Sine chaotic mapping function is used to initialize the CMRLCCOA as a way to obtain better-quality coati populations and increase the diversity of the population. Secondly, the generated candidate solutions are updated again using the convex lens imaging reverse learning strategy to expand the search range. Thirdly, the Lévy flight strategy increases the search step size, expands the search range, and avoids the phenomenon of convergence too early. Finally, utilizing the crossover strategy can effectively reduce the search blind spots, making the search particles constantly close to the global optimum solution. The four strategies work together to enhance the efficiency of COA and to boost the precision and steadiness. The performance of CMRLCCOA is evaluated on CEC2017 and CEC2019. The superiority of CMRLCCOA is comprehensively demonstrated by comparing the output of CMRLCCOA with the previously submitted algorithms. Besides the results of iterative convergence curves, boxplots and a nonparametric statistical analysis illustrate that the CMRLCCOA is competitive, significantly improves the convergence accuracy, and well avoids local optimal solutions. Finally, the performance and usefulness of CMRLCCOA are proven through three engineering application problems. A mathematical model of the hypersonic vehicle cruise trajectory optimization problem is developed. ObjectivesThe advanced exergoeconomics analysis method based on exergetic analysis development can refine the economic costs of splitting system components and deeply explore the underlying reasons for the formation of economic costs.MethodsCombining advanced exergetic analysis, advanced exergoeconomics analysis method is used to split the costs of the components in the gas-steam combined cycle power generation system into endogenous, exogenous, avoidable and unavoidable costs, and calculate them.ResultsUnder the design conditions, the avoidable loss in the combustion chamber in the combined cycle power system is the largest, which is 28.41 MW, accounting for 26.55% of the combustion chamber loss. Based on the results of the analysis, different improvement measures are proposed for the turbine to reduce the endogenous and exogenous losses of the system. The largest share of the annualized cost of the system is the endogenous avoidable portion, and the bottom-cycle improvement is prioritized highest for the high-pressure cylinder, followed by the low-pressure cylinder. The exogenous share of annualized costs in the combined cycle power system is 80.59%, of which the exogenous avoidable portion is 40.04%.ConclusionsThe findings of the study can provide the system with a multifaceted energy efficiency evaluation perspective and an improvement direction to optimize the cost.

Objective To evaluate and compare the treatment efficacy between concentrated growth factor(CGF) and blood clots(BC) as scaffolds in regenerative endodontic procedures(REPs). Methods Twenty young permanent teeth from 18 healthy children with pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into CGF group and BC group. In the CGF group(n=10), after apical bleeding, CGF was inserted into the root canal as a stent. In the BC group(n=10), by stimulating apical bleeding, blood entered the root canal and produced blood clots as scaffolds. Clinical examination and apical X-ray shooting were conducted for each follow-up visit. Cone beam computed tomographic(CBCT) images were acquired preoperatively and at the 24-month recall. The increase of root length, root wall thickness, and newly-formed calcified tissue were calculated. Results The root length increased by (1.68±0.90)mm in the CGF group and (2.36±1.34)mm in the BC group. Root wall thickness increased by (0.44±0.34)mm in the CGF group and (0.50±0.31)mm in the BC group. There was no statistically significant difference in root lengthening and root wall thickening between two groups(P>0.05). The amount of newly formed calcified tissue in the CGF group ((22.13±19.12)mm3) was significantly less than that in the BC group ((42.97±22.69)mm3)(P0.05). 40% of the CGF cases(4/10) and 60% of the BC cases(6/10) achieved the tertiary goal(P>0.05). Conclusion CGF is found to be useful as a scaffold for REPs, but the success rate is slightly lower than that of BC group and the difference is not statistically significant.

Na0.5Bi0.49Ti1-xFexO3-δ (NBT) powder materials with x=0, 0.02, 0.04, and 0.06 were prepared by solid-state synthesis method. Flaky ceramic samples were prepared by pressing and sintering at 1000-1150 ℃. The effect of Fe3+ doping amount x on NBT ceramic properties was studied by XRD, SEM and EIS testing. The results show that a new phase NaBiTi6O14 appears in the NBT material after Fe3+ doping, and the content increases with the increase of doping amount. After doping, the sintering temperature of the sample decreases by 100-150 ℃, while the grains become smaller. Within the testing temperature range of 300-700 ℃, the conductivity of samples with x=0.02, 0.04, and 0.06 is on the same order of magnitude at the same temperature, which are about 1000 times higher than that of samples with x=0. The sample with x=0.04 has the highest conductivity, reaching 9.8 mS/cm and 17.0 mS/cm at the test temperatures of 600 ℃ and 700 ℃, respectively.

Lighting in aircraft cabin is an important part of the aircraft interior lighting system. A reasonable cabin lighting design can improve the quality of flight services and enhance passenger satisfaction and comfort. In this paper, an aircraft cabin lighting design method is proposed based on the DIALux calculation and simulation software. Based on a quantitative evaluation, calibration and analysis of average illuminance, glare and uniformity of illuminance from the perspectives of travel safety, visual comfort and high quality service, the method explores and proposes an innovative approach to the design of aircraft cabin lighting. Finally, based on this method, an optical simulation model is established and visual simulation calculations are carried out to verify the feasibility of the method.

In the context of the globalization era, language conversion plays an important role in cross-cultural communication. Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology enables computers to automatically convert text from one language to another, i.e., to achieve cross-language communication and understanding through machine translation. In this paper, we first extract webpage content through distributed crawlers to construct a parallel corpus of cultural contexts in English and Chinese. We then conduct an empirical analysis of cross-cultural translation in English-Chinese bilingualism using the improved Transformer translation model. If you compare the PPL and HM values of the Transformer improved model to the baseline model, they are -54.18 and 24.79 points lower than the baseline model. This is better than the improved values of Transformer (+BD+DE), which were -38.41 and 15.63 points lower. This indicates that the Transformer improvement model outperforms other models in terms of language conversion quality, specifically the translation effect. Therefore, we have verified the effectiveness of NLP technology in enhancing the quality of cross-cultural language conversion.

This paper first analyzes the development trend of environmental design education from two aspects of environmental design’s diversified beginnings and aesthetic foundation and creates a conceptual idea of environmental design teaching system design. The second step is to construct an environmental design teaching index evaluation system, then pre-process the evaluation data and construct the environmental design teaching evaluation model using principal component analysis. Finally, the principal component analysis is conducted by example to evaluate the index weights and the index evaluation. The structure showed that the aesthetic analysis and aesthetic enhancement ratings were 3.56 and 3.33 before environmental design teaching and 8.1 and 8.6 after environmental design teaching. When taken together, environmental design instruction improves students’ aesthetic level.

Introduction: Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are a diverse group of cells that significantly impact the tumor microenvironment and therapeutic responses in breast cancer (BC). Despite their importance, the comprehensive profile of CAFs in BC remains to be fully elucidated., Methods: To address this gap, we utilized single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to delineate the CAF landscape within 14 BC normal-tumor paired samples. We further corroborated our findings by analyzing several public datasets, thereby validating the newly identified CAF subtype. Additionally, we conducted coculture experiments with BC cells to assess the functional implications of this CAF subtype., Results: Our scRNA-seq analysis unveiled eight distinct CAF subtypes across five tumor and six adjacent normal tissue samples. Notably, we discovered a novel subtype, designated as SFRP4+ CAFs, which was predominantly observed in normal tissues. The presence of SFRP4+ CAFs was substantiated by two independent scRNA-seq datasets and a spatial transcriptomics dataset. Functionally, SFRP4+ CAFs were found to impede BC cell migration and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process by secreting SFRP4, thereby modulating the WNT signaling pathway. Furthermore, we established that elevated expression levels of SFRP4+ CAF markers correlate with improved survival outcomes in BC patients, yet paradoxically, they predict a diminished response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cases of triple-negative breast cancer., Conclusion: This investigation sheds light on the heterogeneity of CAFs in BC and introduces a novel SFRP4+ CAF subtype that hinders BC cell migration.
