Paeoniflorin (PF) is one of the active constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine Paeoniae Radix Rubra and has been actively explored in the pharmaceutical area due to its numerous pharmacological effects. However, severe difficulties such as limited bioavailability and low permeability limit its utilization. Therefore, this study developed and synthesized 25 derivatives of PF, characterized them by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HR‐MS, and evaluated their antioxidant activity. Firstly, the antioxidant capacity of PF derivatives was investigated through DPPH radical scavenging experiment, ABTS radical scavenging experiment, reducing ability experiment, and O2.− radical scavenging experiment. PC12 cells are routinely used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of medicines, therefore we utilize it to establish a cellular model of oxidative stress. Among all derivatives, compound 22 demonstrates high DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS radical scavenging ability, reduction ability, and O2.− radical scavenging ability. The results of cell tests reveal that compound 22 has a non‐toxic effect on PC12 cells and a protective effect on H2O2‐induced oxidative stress models. This might be due to the introduction of 2, 5‐difluorobenzene sulfonate group in PF, which helps in scavenging free radicals under oxidative stress. Western blot and molecular docking indicated that compound 22 may exert antioxidant activity by activating Nrf2 protein expression. To improve the forming quality of agricultural tractor engine hood and effectively solve the problems of wrinkling and cracking during the drawing forming process, DYNAFORM 5.9 finite element software was used for numerical simulation of the part. Based on a comprehensive scoring method of orthogonal experiments and grey relational analysis, the critical process parameters affecting the "maximum thickening rate" and "maximum thinning rate" were determined. Latin hypercube sampling was used to randomly sample the key process parameters, and the sampled samples served as the data basis for the optimization stage of the neural network genetic algorithm function; an optimization model of the neural network genetic algorithm function was established, with the key process parameters, and the "maximum thickening rate" and "maximum thinning rate" as inputs and outputs respectively, to construct a nonlinear mapping relationship and optimize the process parameters. The study showed that the blank holder force and die clearance had the greatest impact on the "maximum thickening rate" and "maximum thinning rate", identifying them as key process parameters; the optimal process parameter combination was the blank holder force of 462.71 kN, the die clearance of 1.09 mm, and corresponding "maximum thickening rate" and "maximum thinning rate" of 3.97% and 25.96%, respectively. Overall, this research provides a practical optimization strategy to solve the quality issues of the engine hood, offering a theoretical basis for its actual production and processing with significant practical application value. The softening of aluminum–lithium alloy welded joints generally leads to a reduction in mechanical properties. In this study, a piece of 2A97-T3 aluminum–lithium alloy with a thickness of 2.8 mm was selected as the test material, and the tool and process used for wire-filled stationary shoulder friction stir welding (SSFSW) were developed. By increasing the bearing area of the softening zone, an equal-strength T-joint was manufactured. Good weld formation was obtained when the rotation speed was set to 2000 rpm and the welding speed ranged from 100 to 120 mm/min. The thickness of the softening zone was controlled by adjusting the reserved gap between the shoulder and the workpiece. The softening mechanism of the weld joint was revealed. The softening was attributed to the coarsening of the main precipitated phases (T1 and θ′ phases) in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and the dissolution of precipitated phases in the thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ). Grain refinement in the nugget zone (NZ) led to a certain fine-grained strengthening effect, although the precipitated phase was almost completely dissolved. Due to the thermal effect of second-pass welding, the hardness value of the NZ and HAZ in the center of the skin further decreased, and the minimum hardness was approximately 70% that of the base material. Tensile testing results indicated that the softening effect was largely offset by the increased bearing area of the softening zone, resulting in the successful welding of high-strength Al-Li alloy T-joints with equal strength. Population growth and improved industrialization have led to a sharp rise in the demand for plant medicine. In recent years, there has been a general concern about developing new medicinal resources, cutting down on pharmaceutical waste, and discovering new, effective components of traditional Chinese medicine. A novel medication called Wuteng tablets is made from Schisandra chinensis stems and shows promise as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease. This work is the first development of an overall identification technique based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q/TOF-MS). Using the MS-DIAL integrated informatics platform and UNIFI software, the chemical components of Wuteng tablets were identified, and the amount of lignin in the tablets was ascertained.
