The pursuit for high-performance supercapacitor electrodes has received considerable interest, fueled by the urgent need for reliable energy storage solutions in the face of the impending exhaustion of fossil fuels and the necessary transition towards renewable resources. Herein, CoWO4/MWCNT nanocomposite (NCs) are grown on Ni-foam substrate via a facile hydrothermal process. The CoWO4 nanoparticles (NPs) anchored with 1D-MWCNT on the Ni-foam substrate were confirmed through XRD, FT-IR, and SEM analysis. The XRD analysis showcased CoWO4 NP size of about 54 nm; also, the SEM findings demonstrated 20.6 ± 4 nm-sized aggregated CoWO4 NPs. Interestingly, the CoWO4/MWCNT NCs exhibited a high specific capacity of 115 C g−1 at 1 Ag−1, with 98% retention even after 5000 cycles at 5 A g−1. Notably, the dielectric properties were studied, showing a dielectric constant of 73.56 for CoWO4 and 82.24 for CoWO4/MWCNT at 1 MHz, suggesting potential for ferroelectric applications. This article examines the risk factors and prevalence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients undergoing major surgeries. It highlights the importance of understanding factors such as age, obesity, smoking, malignancy, and medical conditions, which contribute to two-thirds of initial DVT episodes. The study conducted at a government hospital found that 24% of patients developed DVT, with males and older age groups being more prone to it. Risk factors for DVT included higher BMI, smoking, previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy, general anesthesia, and longer surgery duration. In our previous paper we discussed about the concept of SOBPFS, SOBPFT and its mathematical modelling in medical diagnosis. In this paper, the detailed study about SOBPFT accordance with FOBPFT and crisp topological spaces are analysed and also some natural examples of SOBPFT are provided. In third section, the connections between FOBPFT and SOBPFT under five different cases are discussed. And last section tells that, from a crisp topology τ on X there exists three different SOBPFT denoted by ω̂(τ), ω̂∗(τ) and ω̂ε(τ) and from a SOBPFT on X there exists three crisp topologies denoted by i(τ̂𝔅), i∗(τ̂𝔅) and iε(τ̂𝔅). CHOLELITHIASIS, A WIDESPREAD GLOBAL CONCERN, OFTEN NECESSITATES SURGERY. SYMPTOMS VARY, AND GALLSTONES MAY NOT SOLELY TRIGGER SYMPTOMS, REQUIRING PRECISE DIAGNOSIS TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY CHOLECYSTECTOMIES. EMPLOYING UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY ASSISTS IN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS, AVERTING SYMPTOM MISINTERPRETATION. THIS STUDY DELVES INTO THE CORRELATION BETWEEN CHOLELITHIASIS, GERD, AND THEIR SYMPTOMS, ADVOCATING PREOPERATIVE UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY TO DETECT ASSOCIATED UPPER GI DISORDERS AND MINIMIZE UNNECESSARY SURGERIES. THE AIM IS TO PROBE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GERD AND CHOLELITHIASIS. OBJECTIVES INCLUDE EVALUATING GERD SYMPTOMS USING THE "GERDQ" SCORE, SCRUTINIZING UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY FINDINGS, AND CORRELATING GERDQ SCORES WITH ENDOSCOPY RESULTS IN 120 PATIENTS FROM GMC, GGH ANANTAPURAMU. INCLUSION CRITERIA ENCOMPASS PATIENTS AGED 18 OR OLDER WITH CONFIRMED GALLBLADDER STONES VIA ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND, CONSENTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY. EXCLUSIONS COMPRISE COMPLEX GALLSTONE CONDITIONS. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS PERFORMED USING SPSS 16.0 SOFTWARE. AMONG 120 PATIENTS WITH DYSPEPTIC SYMPTOMS AND CONFIRMED CHOLELITHIASIS, THOSE AGED 30-60 YEARS (65.8%) WERE PREDOMINANT, WITH FEMALES CONSTITUTING 64.2%. NAUSEA, REGURGITATION, HEARTBURN, AND ABDOMINAL PAIN WERE PREVALENT SYMPTOMS, WITH GASTRITIS/GASTRIC ULCERS (45.8%) AS THE MOST FREQUENT ENDOSCOPIC FINDINGS. THE GERDQ SCORE EFFICIENTLY SCREENS PATIENTS AND HAS POSITIVE CORRELATION WITH GERD. TYPICAL ENDOSCOPIC FINDINGS INCLUDE GASTRITIS/GASTRIC ULCERS, HIATUS HERNIA, ESOPHAGITIS, AND DUODENITIS. INITIAL MEDICAL MANAGEMENT IS ADVISED FOR PATIENTS WITH DYSPEPSIA, GALLSTONES, HIGH GERDQ SCORES, AND SIGNIFICANT ENDOSCOPIC FINDINGS. Literature has numerous dimensions, among which novels and short stories are worth the mention. Stories from the past have been including disabled male and female characters in their plots, but the question of how these characters have been depicted is still debatable. When it comes to writers of the disability study, it has been noticed that they have been trying to establish the present state of people with impairments with the help of their deformed or disabled characters. It has been witnessed that novels and short stories concentrate on bringing out the darker side of a disabled person by focusing on his/her issues and sufferings. The objective of this paper is to expose that literary works rarely focus on the brighter facet of a disabled character, especially a woman. It projects the differences that are endured by fictional individuals. The analysis undertakes the theory of Intersectionality to support its arguments of projecting the discrepancies in the picturisations of disabled female dramatic personas in novels and short stories. Adolescents are the most vulnerable group, who are denied to access information and guidance related to sexual and reproductive health needs because of the social taboos that lead them to encumbrances. This review study helps to understand the different perspectives of sexual and reproductive health based on cultural, sociological, physiological, and economical aspects. The paper explains sexuality from the theoretical perspectives. Adolescence is the transitional stage where physiological, biological, and psychological changes occur, at the same time proper knowledge about sexual and reproductive health should be provided with importance of sexual and reproductive health interventions. It intricates the availability and effectiveness of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH). The methodology is a systematic review with PRISMA guidelines sourced from various databases of PubMed databases, Research Gate, Science Direct, BMC Public Health, Web of Science, SAGE, Scopus, WHO library, and other websites relevant to this study. The recent literature highlighted the importance of sexual and reproductive health interventions among adolescents. The study has concluded with the findings impact of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) intervention programmes and to develop an increase in effective ASRH programmes, which will help the adolescents to know the importance of sexual hygiene and reproductive hygiene. Background: Spinal hypotension in a parturient can occur precipitously and may contribute significantly to regional anesthesia-related maternal mortality. The primary research within the field of obstetric anesthesia has been about the prevention of spinal hypotension. The objective of the present study is to compare the patients not receiving phenylephrine infusion and those receiving prophylactic phenylephrine infusion of 50 µg/min, and those of 100 µg/min. Material and Methods: This prospective randomized comparative study done on 75 ASA I and II patients, undergoing elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, randomly divided into three groups of 25 each, control group (Group-A), phenylephrine-50mcg group (Group-B), and phenylephrine- 100mcg group (Group-C). All the patients were preloaded with 500ml of ringer lactate. According to the group, phenylephrine infusion of 50 µg/min or 100 µg/min was started immediately after spinal anesthesia and continued till baseline vitals were achieved. All the vitals are monitored and studied. Results: Demographic variables are comparable among the groups. There was a statistically significant difference in mean heart rates between three groups at 5, 10, and 20 minutes point of time for heart rate. There was a statistically significant difference in systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressure between the three groups from 3 minutes to 25 minutes. Hypotension and nausea were more in the control group than in the phenylephrine-50 and phenylephrine-100 groups. Bradycardia and maternal hypertension were more in the phenylephrine-100 group compared to the other two groups. No significant adverse effects in the both the groups. Conclusion: Prophylactic phenylephrine infusion is an effective and simple method of reducing the incidence and magnitude of spinal hypotension for cesarean delivery compared to the control group. Phenylephrine 50 mcg/min group had comparatively fewer adverse events like hypertension, bradycardia than the phenylephrine 100 mcg/min group. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
