The prevalence of comedy and satirical programming on television and online platforms has contributed to a growing divide between entertainers (musicians) and their audiences, with the former offering guidance, criticism, and a reflection of everyday life through their work. As far as the researchers's search and exploration, there are still a few who examine and can even be said to rarely relate music through the culture of Karungut and Deder song, a culture that exists and lives in Dayak Ngaju, Central Kalimantan. This research is interesting because besides music as a fun strategy, Deder song as local wisdom is an expression of the daily life of the Dayak people in Central Kalimantan. This song contains advice, satire, advice and is still present today as part of the richness of world civilization. Lantunan Deder is presented in traditional events (weddings, welcoming guests and various Manasai dances that include men and women in rhythm or balance). Participation in Lantunan Deder has become interesting as a strategy for learning about the content of Christian religious education lessons in schools, living rooms and churches. The usefulness is more about the love of culture, God also sensitizes the participation of women and men as part of the sustainable development goals (SGDs). The research method used 4D model development with analysis and validation space and considered diversity, and song structure. The results showed that Deder as method, strategy, development, cultural actualization, as well as an instrument rarely done in the learning process of Christian religious education and researchers conducted direct practice in the field by melting Deder chants with the learning process which resulted in the creativity of students as actors and user subjects as well as cultural preservation subjects for Ngaju Dayak culture.

Capital adequacy is an important part of a company's financial performance, because achieving an optimal capital adequacy ratio (CAR) indicates that the company has sufficient capital to fund each of its operations. Sufficient capital allows the company to easily innovate, so that it can develop the company's productivity. Interestingly, CAR is influenced by various factors, so it is necessary to study academically the factors that influence CAR. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence CAR. This study uses a quantitative approach with empirical methods using Bank BTN data for the 2010-2020 period. The results show that this model contributes 81% to changes in CAR, partially showing that ROA has a negative effect on CAR, meaning that the lower the ROA, the higher the CAR, LDR has a negative effect on CAR, meaning that the lower the LDR, the higher the CAR, and the NPL has an effect negative to CAR means that the lower the NPL, the higher the CAR. This indicates that increases or decreases in ROA, LDR, and NPL have an impact on changes in CAR at Bank BTN.

Background Problems: The lack of variety in exercises applied by coaches makes players feel bored, so they must be given training variations by looking at training methods that significantly improve basic tennis technique skills between game training methods and drills. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine differences in the effect of game and drill training methods on improving basic tennis technical skills based on the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. Methods: In this context, the method used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 24 male athletes in Lampung who were separated into 4 groups. Findings and Results: (i) There are differences in the effect of game practice and drill methods on improving basic tennis technique skills. (ii) There is a difference in improving basic tennis technique skills between the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. (iii) There is an influence of interaction between training methods and age groups on improving basic tennis technique skills. Conclusion: The age group 10-12 years is more appropriate if given the game training method, and the age group 13-15 years is more appropriate if given the practice training method. The findings of this study provide an important contribution by highlighting the importance of both applied training methods for basic tennis technique. This training method is also adapted for age-based characteristics. Therefore, the recommendation to use game and drill training methods as part of tennis training can help athletes cope with intense playing conditions. Based on the analysis above, the novelty of the research developed by the researcher was two exercise methods compared, two age groups that were sampled, and research instruments using International Tennis Number (ITN) On Court Assessment. Researchers used game and drill training methods that could affect the sample after treatment. Different from previous research, the sample used was male athletes aged 10-15 years.

Pendidikan kepramukaan berfungsi sebagai pelengkap pendidikan keluarga dan pendidikan sekolah formal yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan payung hukum Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 238 Tahun 1961 tentang Gerakan Pramuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, terdapat 6 informan dalam penelitian ini, semuanya merupakan informan kunci, yaitu 5 orang kepala pusdiklat kepramukaan tingkat kabupaten/kota dan 1 orang kepala pusdiklat kepramukaan tingkat provinsi DIY. Data primer dan data sekunder diintegrasikan ke dalam konten analisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, analisis data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan kepramukaan di DIY memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi dalam mendukung predikat Yogyakarta sebagai kota pendidikan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan berbagai kebijakan yang dipilih oleh Kwarda XII DIY, antara lain kebijakan kampung pramuka, pramuka istimewa, dan museum pramuka. Di tingkat kwarcab, setiap kwarcab membantu PT dalam penguatan kualitas lulusan prodi pendidikan khususnya PGSD dan penyuluhan pertanian, dengan suplemen kursus pelatihan pramuka mahir tingkat dasar, kursus orientasi dan terdapat dua belas OPD yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan kepramukaan yang bermitra dengan kwarda dan kwarcab.

This research aims to produce an authentic assessment for fundamental forehand and backhand groundstroke techniques, using the actions method of learning outcomes in tennis courses, for students at Yogyakarta State University's (FIK UNY) Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences. This study employed development research with a 4D model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). This research was implemented through the preliminary research stage, designing assessment instruments, and validating the instrument model developed. In this study, 30 students were chosen to sample using a purposive sampling strategy, with 5 experts serving as validators. Data was collected through questionnaires and expert validation with the Delphi technique. The collected data is analyzed and concluded. Based on the analysis of the collected data, it can be concluded that authentic assessment instruments of fundamental forehand and backhand groundstrokes techniques using the Actions Method are needed to evaluate the learning objectives of tennis courses for students at FIK UNY. This assessment model can be used to evaluate the learning outcomes of tennis courses for FIK UNY students. It makes it easy for lecturers to evaluate students' learning outcomes authentically, has excellent validity, and has a high rater reliability coefficient.

AISI 4140 steel under annealing conditions was subjected to single- and multi-austempering heat treatments. The mechanical performance of the compact tension (CT) specimens was evaluated via axial tensile tests and fatigue crack growth (FCG) tests. The single-austempered steel showed a significant increase in its tensile strength with a gradual reduction in the elongation as the temperature decreased. However, the multi-austempered steel had a higher tensile strength than the single-austempered steel at 362 °C and 412 °C. The FCG performance of the austempered steel at 362 °C had the highest number of cycles compared to those of the austempered steel at 312 °C and 412 °C; additionally, the multi-austempered steel underwent more cycles than those of the steel under single-austempering conditions at 312 °C and 412 °C. The bainitic structure with a larger martensitic austenite (MA) island and greater thickness of the retained austenite (RA) in the microstructure of austempered steel at 362 °C provided the optimum mechanical properties in terms of higher tensile strength and the highest fatigue crack growth resistance. The intergranular fracture in the pyramidal like-morphology of BF, the cracking of the larger MA islands, the more ductile fracture of RA, and the steel under multi-austempering conditions are the main reasons for the highest fatigue crack growth resistance compared to steel austempered at 312 °C and 412 °C.

Indonesia's geographical positioning along the 'Ring of Fire' exposes it to frequent seismic activities, making effective disaster mitigation education crucial. Current educational strategies may not adequately foster the necessary empathy and understanding among students regarding the socio-environmental impacts of disasters. This study aims to develop and evaluate a digital learning platform designed to enhance GeoCapabilities in students, particularly focusing on the social-environmental empathy dimension. The objective is to improve students' empathetic responses to disaster scenarios through integrated disaster mitigation pedagogy. Utilizing the design-based research method, this research involved a systematic blend of iterative development and evaluation phases to refine educational interventions. Data collection was achieved through a combination of qualitative feedback from students and quantitative pre-and post-test measures to assess empathy levels. Data analysis involved statistical testing to determine the effectiveness of the digital learning platform in enhancing empathetic capabilities among learners. The research reveals that the digital learning platform (D-Learning), significantly improves students' empathy towards disaster impacts. Students demonstrated a deeper understanding and emotional engagement with the content, highlighting an increase in their ability to empathize with affected communities. The findings suggest that the scalability of D-Learning can be tailored to different regions, providing a valuable tool for enhancing disaster preparedness worldwide. The integration of technology and empathy-focused pedagogy in disaster education could serve as a model for developing similar educational programs globally, aiming to foster a more resilient and empathetic future generation.

The music education industry in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, is growing rapidly as people's interest in music increases. However, the industry faces challenges in retaining customers and increasing their loyalty. This study aims to identify the factors that affect Customer Loyalty of music course customers in Jakarta, focusing on the influence of customer value, trust, and customer satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, as well as the role of customer engagement as a mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample consisted of 95 respondents who were consumers of music courses in Jakarta over 18 years old and had used music course services for at least three months. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for music course managers in developing effective marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty. By understanding the factors that affect Customer Loyalty, managers can increase customer value, build trust, and increase customer satisfaction, which will ultimately increase customer engagement and customer loyalty. This study aims to investigate the impact of customer value, trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, with customer engagement as a mediating variable, focusing on music course customers in Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 95 respondents who have been customers of music courses for more than three months and are over 18 years old. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that trust and customer value positively and significantly influence customer engagement, which in turn significantly enhances customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction did not show a significant direct effect on either customer engagement or customer loyalty. Additionally, while customer engagement mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty, it does not mediate the relationship between trust or customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The findings suggest that building customer engagement through perceived value can strengthen loyalty among music course customers. Limitations of this study include a focus on a specific geographic location (Jakarta) and the relatively small sample size, which may affect the generalizability of the results. The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of brand collaboration and price image on purchase intention, as well as to examine the role of design as a mediating variable among consumers of the Passion Jewelry brand in Jakarta. Data for this study were collected through both online and offline methods, involving 185 respondents who are diamond jewelry consumers and owners in Jakarta. This research adopts a quantitative approach utilizing structural equation modeling, processed using the AMOS 24 software. The findings of this study reveal that brand collaboration and price image exert a positive and significant influence on purchase intention among Passion Jewelry consumers in Jakarta. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both independent variables, along with the mediating variable, can effectively enhance the purchase intention of Passion Jewelry consumers. A limitation of this study is that the survey was conducted with only one diamond jewelry brand, and the respondents were exclusively consumers of the Passion Jewelry brand residing in Jakarta. The implication of this research is to analyze the interaction between the variables of brand collaboration, price image, and design on purchase intention. This study seeks to understand how brand collaboration can enhance price image, which ultimately influences purchase intention. The results of this research are anticipated to provide valuable insights for marketers and producers in formulating effective brand collaboration strategies and price image settings to increase consumer purchase intention. Currently,the process of budgeting, expenditure budget execution and reporting the state revenue and expenditure budget in ministries/agencies uses an integrated information system. Using an integrated system, all data is available in an information system and can be accessed easily, faster and more safely. This study aims to analyze how successful the implementation of web-based SAKTI pilot project. The data used comes from a questionnaire on the number of respondents who obtained 244 samples from 10 ministries/ government agencies. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using R-Studio and WarpPLS 7.0 software. According to the findings, system quality, information quality, service quality all had a positive significant effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction had a significant and positive effect on net profit. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the SAKTI piloting has been going well and according to user expectations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
