A sequence-stratigraphic model of the Tanopchinskaya Suite of coastal continental genesis was constructed in order to establish the distribution patterns of reservoir properties, clarify the geometry of sand bodies, and identify the main hydrocarbon concentration zones within the studied sediments. The system approach to well correlation was substantiated, which formed the basis for creating a model of Cretaceous sediments with high predictive ability. Regional peculiarities of the structure of the Tanopchinskaya Suite of a large field in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District of the Russian Federation were analysed; core and GIS data from 64 exploration wells and 224 production wells in TP1–TP26 formations were analysed; an algorithm for building a sequence-stratigraphic model that takes into account sedimentation peculiarities was formulated; peculiarities of sand bodies formation were revealed for the whole Cretaceous section. As a result of the analysis, all wells in the Tanopchinskaya Suite interval (TP1–TP26 formations) were correlated with the definition of facies environment and the main surfaces of sedimentation regime change (flooding surfaces, erosion incisions, transgressive surfaces). Taking into account the correlation of formations for the entire well stock, a geostatistical section was constructed and sequence-stratigraphic subdivisions characterising the Tanopchinskaya Suite formations were identified. The 1D sequence-stratigraphic model of wells was analysed for the main hydrocarbon accumulation zones, taking into account open deposits, and the regularities of their location in the section were formulated.

Relevance. One of the ways to solve the issues of resource and energy conservation is the production and use of porous aggregates. Porous aggregates allow obtaining effective lightweight concrete for thermal insulation, wall panels, monolithic walls and other load-bearing structures, contribute to the increase of energy efficiency, improvement of thermal insulation, reliability, increase of fire resistance, frost resistance and seismic resistance of buildings, reduction of their weight. Therefore, in the production of porous aggregates, the primary task is the use of industrial waste and products of their processing. Solving these problems leads not only to saving valuable natural resources, but also to solution of environmental problems. Aim. Development of compositions and study of properties of porous aggregate based on bentonite clay of Navbakhar deposit and coal-containing clay of Angren brown coal deposit. Object. Coal-containing clay of Angren brown coal deposit, bentonite clay of Navbakhar deposit and artificial porous aggregate based on them. Methods. Chemical, energy-dispersive X-ray, X-ray phase and infrared spectroscopic analysis, scanning electron microscopy, mathematical modeling, etc. Results. The authors have determined chemical and mineralogical compositions of the clays used. Using the mathematical modeling method they developed the regression equations describing the effects of the amount of bentonite clay in the batch, firing temperature and isothermal holding time on the bulk density and water absorption of the porous aggregates. The resulting porous aggregates with a bulk density of 395 to 690 kg/m3 have a compressive strength in a cylinder of 2.74 to 6.46 MPa, respectively. It was found that the aggregates obtained meet the requirements of regulatory documents.

The article provides an overview of ionmodified waterflooding technology, also known as low salinity, controlled salinity, or Smart water. This technology is currently considered one of the most promising approaches in the development of oil deposits in carbonate reservoirs due to its economic efficiency and environmental safety.The article discusses the main mechanisms and processes underlying ion-modified waterflooding and presents the results of laboratory studies conducted on core samples from foreign oil deposits. It includes an analysis of several studies, including contact angle measurements and core flooding experiments on core samples from oil deposits in carbonate reservoirs on the eastern side of the Melekess depression in the Republic of Tatarstan.It is important to note that the Vereyian deposits explored in this article are not a typical example of test objects for ion-modified water injection. This is because they are characterized by a low reservoir temperature of 23 °C, which suggests that the efficiency of the technology would likely be lower compared to studies conducted abroad, where reservoir temperatures were significantly higher. For example, Darvish Sarvestani et al. studied reservoir conditions at 90 °C, Yousef et al. – reservoir temperature of 100 °C, and Austad et al. examined the Ekofisk field at 130 °C and the Volhall field at 90 °C in Norway.However, as several studies have indicated, prolonged contact between rock samples and ion-modified water contributes to significant hydrophilization of the rock surface, as confirmed by contact angle measurements. The contact angle decreases from approximately 138.3° to 53.45° after exposure to ion-modified water.Additionally, the core flooding experiment demonstrated a slight increase in the oil displacement coefficient, reaching 9.2%.These findings suggest the potential for enhanced oil recovery by injecting Smart water into the Vereyian sediments, although further research is required to confirm the underlying mechanism.

Current problems in mature oil fields are high water cut and flow profile estimating of oil and associated brines from different layers. To establish the flow profile in production wells, geophysical research (Production Logging) is traditionally used by lowering special equipment into the well. Production Logging requires production stops and labor costs. Geochemical methods (Production Geochemistry) are used as an alternative solution: sampling is simple and efficient, which makes it possible to cover all the interesting area. Moreover, sampling does not require stopping the well. The geochemical method uses individual indicators of the composition of formation fluids produced from different perforation intervals. In this work, geochemical studies were carried out using wellhead samples from more than 100 wells, with single perforation for carbonate and terrigenous reservoirs. Some wells have joint exploitation of these formations. An automated algorithm was used to identify the distinctive characteristics of each formation based on the composition of the produced brines and oils. Data on the chemical composition of fluids from different development objects made it possible to determine the flow profiles in wells with joint production. Based on the results of the studies, the Devonian reservoir of the field under consideration is divided into 2 parts – northern and southern, which differ in the chemical composition of formation fluids. The same separation of the deposits into 2 parts is noted by field development analysis: over the past 50 years, the main production of oil and associated brines has been concentrated in the southern part of the deposit, confined to the fault, where the active work of the aquifer is assumed. It is recommended to use the obtained data for history matching of the reservoir simulation model.

This work is devoted to the peculiarities of sedimentation and geological structure of clinoform deposits of the Yarudeisky megaswell (Western Siberia). The main feature of the clinoforms under consideration is that the sediments are confined to the marginal regional clinocyclite of the western dip of the area of oncoming clinoforms, formed in relatively shallow sea conditions and differing from deep-sea clinoforms by pinching out not onto the Bazhenov formation or the early underlying clinoforms of the western dip, but by stopping their spread along the path of movement of the oncoming clinoforms eastern dip. The study of the counter clinoforms of the Yarudeisky megaswell is based on a regional analysis of the structure of cross-layered deposits in conditions of extremely poor knowledge of the study area. Within the framework of western dipping clinoforms, possible oil and gas potential prospects for the Achimov complex within the boundaries of the Yarudeisky megaswell are identified.As a result of the analysis of geological and geophysical data, the boundaries of the distribution of opposing clinoform complexes in the study area were determined. The existing paleo-geomorphological conditions that contribute to the accumulation of sandstone with improved properties in the designated seismic complexes are presented. The fields of the Nadym oil and gas bearing region with the proven productivity of the Neocomian clinoform complex are indicated, which confirms the oil and gas potential of the region and suggests favorable conditions for the accumulation of hydrocarbons in the study area.

A modern seismic interpretation of coastalcontinental deposits in the Jurassic complex of one of the fields in the north of the West Siberian Oil and Gas Province, including simultaneous stochastic inversion of seismic data was performed. The main object of the study was the interval of the group of J2 reservoirs. Petro-elastic modeling was carried out on the project. Modelling includes six wells with geophysical well logs. Feasibility study shows possibility of predicting lithology by stochastic inversion. In addition, optimal parametrization of elastic properties was determined to separate water-saturated and gas-saturated reservoirs from clay deposits. Interpretation of well and seismic data, as well as the results of stochastic inversion, made it possible to identify play zones in target interval. Probability cubes of gas-saturated reservoirs, made it possible to map the lenticular structure of the reservoirs and substantiate hydrodynamic barriers between individual gas plays.

This article is devoted to the review of one of the currently relevant methods of enhanced oil recovery – low-salinity waterflooding (LSW) – on the example of terrigenous Tulian, Bobrikovian and Devonian reservoirs of the Tatarstan Republic fields.The first part of review contains information about the key processes underlying this method, such as swelling and migration of clay particles and wettability alteration, as well as the mechanisms that explain these processes, which include cation exchange, multicomponent ion exchange, electric double layer expansion, etc. Their understanding, in turn, contributes to the identification of the main factors, the presence or absence of which at the field allows us to give a preliminary assessment of LSW application. There are main factors: the presence of clay particles, a significant content of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions, as well as multivalent ions in formation water, low formation permeability, reduced oil viscosity, an increased content of acidic and especially basic components in oil and, as a result, a hydrophobic type of initial rock wettability.Then, examples of using the method in other fields are given and the results of laboratory studies, including the measurement of the contact angle, core flooding experiments, are briefly highlighted.A preliminary screening is carried out on the basis of geological and field data from several fields of Tatarstan Republic, candidate fields are identified and a preliminary conclusion about LSW application in this region is made. The positive factors for the reservoirs under consideration, identified at the preliminary screening stage, include low formation temperature, high salinity of formation water with a significant content of divalent cations and the potential to shift the pH level from the current slightly acidic level towards increased alkalinity, and an increased content of polar oil components. In addition, the reservoirs of the Tulian and Bobrikovian horizons are characterized by the presence of clay particles, and the Devonian reservoir are characterized by a reduced oil viscosity coupled with an increased oil base number.

We work out explicit formulas for correlators in the Gaussian matrix model perturbed by a logarithmic potential, i.e. by inserting Miwa variables. In this paper, we concentrate on the example of a single Miwa variable. The ordinary Gaussian model is superintegrable, i.e. the average of the Schur functions SQ is an explicit function of the Young diagram Q. The question is what happens to this property after perturbation. We show that the entire perturbation series can be nicely summed up into a kind of Borel transform of a universal exponential function, while the dependence on R enters through a polynomial factor in front of this exponential. Moreover, these polynomials can be described explicitly through a single additional structure, which we call “truncation” of the Young diagram Q. It is unclear if one can call this an extended superintegrability, but at least it is a tremendously simple deformation of it. Moreover, the vanishing Gaussian correlators remain vanishing and, hence, are not deformed at all.

Beryllium-based intermetallic compounds, such as Be12Ti, are increasingly being considered as a material capable of replacing pure beryllium in structural elements of fusion reactors. Be12Ti is considered as a neutron breeder material, a structural part of the Helium Cooled Pebble Bed of the DEMO reactor. It is expected that the replacement of beryllium by Be12Ti will make it possible to reduce the capture of tritium in the blanket without a significant decrease in the neutronic characteristics. Unlike beryllium, beryllides have relatively recently begun to be considered for use in nuclear and thermonuclear facilities, so the radiation resistance of these compounds remains little studied. This paper presents the experimental results on effect of low temperature neutron irradiation to properties of titanium beryllide samples manufactured by industrial technology in the Ulba Metallurgical Plant (UMP, Kazakhstan). The manufactured samples before and after irradiation were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray diffraction (XRD), hydrostatic weighing method, dimension method and microhardness measurement by Vickers method.

The rapid expansion of construction and industrial activities in Uzbekistan has led to a proportional increase in secondary man-made waste. This trend underscores the urgent need for sustainable practices and resource management strategies. There is a growing consensus on the importance of conserving natural resources and recognizing construction waste as a valuable secondary resource within the economy. By focusing on the recycling and processing of this waste, not only can the environmental impact of construction and industrial sectors be mitigated, but current economic and environmental challenges can also be addressed effectively. This approach involves several key strategies, including the development of technologies and processes for the efficient recycling of construction debris, the promotion of policies that incentivize the reuse of materials, and the implementation of industry standards that encourage sustainability. Furthermore, public awareness and education on the benefits of recycling and waste management can play a crucial role in fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Through these combined efforts, the republic can make significant strides in reducing its environmental footprint, conserving natural resources, and transitioning towards a more circular economy.

The research conducted on Swiss cows imported to Uzbekistan revealed significant differences in udder shape and milk production among different groups. In group I, comprising 6 cows (50%), a pelvic udder shape was predominant, while in group II, 10 cows (83.33%) had a cup-shaped udder. Interestingly, there were no cows with pelvic udders in group III, with 8 cows (66.67%) having cup-shaped udders and 4 cows (33.33%) having round udders. Milk production data showed notable variations between cows with different udder shapes. In group I, cows with pelvic udders produced 449.7 kg of milk during lactation, with a milk fat yield of 22 kg and a milk protein yield of 19.2 kg. Comparatively, cows with pelvic udders in group II produced 513.9 kg of milk with 4% fat yield and a milk fat yield of 98.1 kg. Notably, cows in group I produced 1300.4 kg of milk, which is 40.6% of the standard requirements of the Swiss breed, while cows in group II produced 850.7 kg, equivalent to 26.6% of the standard requirements. These findings suggest a strong correlation between udder shape and milk production efficiency in Swiss cows.

The study of the integument or external integument of insects that have the most pronounced diversity of forms and functions among other invertebrates, allows to use them successfully in materials science, nanotechnology and other areas. Common in captivity, primarily due to their aesthetic appearance, assassin bugs of the genus Platymeris (Pl. biguttatus; Pl. rhadamanthus) are of particular interest since they are characterized by significant morphological features of different parts of the exoskeleton. In addition to the common chitinous covers, they have a rostrum, that differs from the general structure of the cuticle and has specific characteristics. In this regard, we set out to study the morphological features of the microstructure of various parts of the integument of assassin bugs of the genus Platymeris. To study the integument, histological preparations were made using an adapted technique. Based on the data received we can point out significant variability in the organization of the integument depending on the location and function performed. The least variety of structure was observed in the protocuticle, which is probably due to its more ancient origin and the fact that it determines the shape of a specific section of the insect. Despite the fact that it takes a long time and significant changes in the microstructure to identify them, in the studied bugs areas (rostrum) that differed from the typical organization of the protocuticle were discovered.

Artificial insemination is the main method of herd reproduction in cattle breeding and is associated with the risk of spreading genetically determined diseases. Widely used high-yield bulls are often carriers of fertility haplotypes and other harmful genetic variants. The traditional approach to identifying genetic factors associated with lethal recessive variants that cause defects or death is to track the common ancestors of sick animals using pedigrees and is unable to detect harmful genetic variants that cause the death of embryos. A homozygous harmful phenotype leads to early death of the developing embryo, the only observed consequence of this is lower fertility of the parents. With the development of genomic technologies, it has become possible to identify mutations that lead to embryonic death at different stages of fetal development. The purpose of the work was to perform an analytical review of the literature on the identification of lethal recessive genetic variants in cattle. The haplotypic approach is considered as the main method of detecting harmful mutations. The essence of the method is to search for segments in the genome, the actual homozygosity of which tends to zero, unlike the expected one. Haplotype analysis revealed lethal recessive genetic variants and causal mutations in Holstein cattle, common in populations with a frequency of 0.07-47.75%. Considering the occurrence of lethal genetic variants in cattle populations, the disclosure of the basis of genetically determined diseases will make it possible to screen animals and eliminate carriers from the breeding process.

In the practice of a veterinarian, it is not often, but you have to deal with various injuries and wounds in animals. Burn wounds heal especially hard in animals. And death often occurs from intoxication or septicaemia Physiological processes in the body of animals take place at a certain body temperature, which is peculiar only to a certain type of animal. Changes in the thermal parameters of the body lead to pathological changes. And a stronger increase or decrease in body temperature parameters can lead to death. Thermal injuries in animals can be caused by the action of open fire, boiling water, chemicals, ionizing radiation, as well as by improper use of electric heaters or insufficiently grounded plates of electric scooters. A thermal wound is a pathological process with a violation of the integrity of the skin, which leads to a decrease in the basic functions of the body, severe injury and death. The degree of tissue damage depends on the type of active damaging factor, its strength and duration of exposure. [5] Local infectious complications are very common in thermal burns. The resulting infection slows down the healing of burn wounds and contributes to the formation of scars [6]. The contamination of wounds with bacteria begins immediately after the burn and consists of conditionally pathogenic bacteria of the environment or the animal’s own biome.

Today, many countries are extraction the underground resources (non-ferrous and rare metals) by having a leading processing plants. In Uzbekistan, metals such as gold, silver, copper, uranium, rhenium, and tungsten are mined from underground resources and produced as finished products. A significant part of the costs of the extraction of underground resources is spent on the processes of crushing and grinding crushing minerals. Hard alloys used in the process of crushing and grinding ores are produced based on metals such as tungsten and cobalt. This article presents scientific-practical research on the properties of powders that form the basis of tungsten carbide-cobalt-based hard alloys used in crushing underground resources. During the research, the chemical composition of tungsten and cobalt carbide powders chosen as raw materials, the location of the powders in the raw materials, the granulometric sizes of the powders, and their morphology were studied. In all conducted studies, tungsten carbide powders produced at the JSC “Almalyk MMC” were used as a raw material to prepare samples of tungsten carbide-cobalt-based hard alloys and also as a binder. Cobalt powder produced in this enterprise was selected. All studies were carried out on a scanning electron microscope, JSM-IT200 (JEOL, Japan), at the Uzbekistan-Japan Youth Innovation Center.

The ends of linear chromosomes of most eukaryotes consist of protein-bound DNA arrays called telomeres, which play essential roles in protecting genome integrity. Despite general evolutionary conservation in function, telomeric DNA is known to drastically vary in length and sequence between different eukaryotic lineages. Bryophytes are a group of early diverging land plants that include mosses, liverworts, and hornworts. This group of ancient land plants recently emerged as a new model for important discoveries in genomics and evolutionary biology, as well as for understanding plant adaptations to a terrestrial lifestyle. We measured telomere length in different ecotypes of model bryophyte species, including Physcomitrium patens, Marchantia polymorpha, Ceratodon purpureus, and in Sphagnum isolates. Our data indicate that all analyzed moss and liverwort genotypes have relatively short telomeres. Furthermore, all analyzed ecotypes and isolates of model mosses and liverworts display evidence of substantial natural variation in telomere length. Interestingly, telomere length also differs between male and female strains of the dioecious liverwort M. polymorpha and dioecious moss C. purpureus. Given that bryophytes are extraordinarily well adapted to different ecological niches from polar to tropical environments, our data will contribute to understanding the impact of natural telomere length variation on evolutionary adaptations in this ancient land plant lineage.

We construct an algebra that is an elliptic generalization of |$A_1$| spherical DAHA acting on its finite-dimensional module at |$t=-q^{-K/2}$| with |$K=2$|⁠. We prove that |$PSL(2,\mathbb{Z})$| acts by automorphisms of the algebra we constructed, and provide an explicit representation of automorphisms and algebra operators alike by |$3 \times 3$| matrices with matrix elements given by products of elliptic functions. A relation of this construction to the |$K$| -theory character of affine Laumon space is conjectured. We point out two potential applications, respectively to |$SL(3,\mathbb{Z})$| symmetry of Felder–Varchenko functions and to new elliptic invariants of torus knots and Seifert manifolds. Wire icing seriously threatens the safety and reliability of power systems. Strengthening the simulation study of icing thickness is crucial for disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as the adjustment of power system operation strategies. The meteorological elements, including air temperature, precipitation and wind speed, are the key factors affecting wire icing. In this study, the meteorological elements related to icing thickness are obtained by numerical models, and the relationship between these elements and icing thickness observations is established to develop a model for simulating icing thickness. The model is applied to study typical icing in Yunnan Province, China. The results indicate that the deviation of the simulated icing thickness is about 2 mm, smaller than that from the traditional model. Batch experiments demonstrate that the new model developed in this research is applicable to the vast majority of 238 observation stations in Yunnan Province for icing thickness simulation, and the method can yield lower simulation deviations.
