Abstract

Antimony doped Indium Selenide crystal (Sb0.05In0.95)Se has been grown by direct vapour transport (DVT) technique. The structural parameters of grown crystal have been observed using X-ray diffractogram and it shows that all the reflection peaks of the (Sb0.05In0.95)Se crystal following to hexagonal lattice structure. Here, the intrinsic strain and particle size from the XRD peak broadening analyses have been examined through using Scherrer method, Size-Strain Plot (SSP), and Halder-Wagner Method (H-W).
