This article uses experimental methods to measure the operational performance and pollutant emissions of micro gas turbines in different intake environments, and analyzes the feasibility of replacing mine ventilation fans with micro gas turbines. The results show that when the compressor efficiency is increased from 70 % to 90 %, the total efficiency of the micro combustion engine is increased from 28% to 34 %, with an increase of up to 21.4 %. When the demand power is 25 kW, the fluctuation range of NOx emission concentration is within 5.4 %. When the intake opening is below 50 %, the effect is obvious. When the intake opening is reduced from 50 % to 25 %, the performance of the micro gas turbine decreases by 0.7 %; The influence of intake humidity on various operating parameters of micro gas turbines is generally within 3 %, which can meet the requirements of high humidity environment operation; The intake temperature has the greatest impact, with an increase in intake temperature leading to a decrease in power generation efficiency. After comprehensive analysis, we believe that the application of gas turbines in mines is feasible.

This study evaluates the impact of compaction on the soil–water characteristic curve of unsaturated remodeled weakly expansive soils by assessing changes in soil pore structure resulting from variations in compaction. The remodeled weakly expansive soil in the Xinjiang Hami area is taken as the research subject to investigate how compaction affects microscopic pore structure using mercury intrusion testing. Subsequently, mercury intrusion porosimetry is employed to examine pore structure and distribution patterns at different dry densities. Based on the capillary principle and experimental methods (filter paper method and pressure plate method test), modified soil–water characteristic curves are obtained by fitting them with a three-parameter model law. The results indicate that higher dry density leads to an increased air intake value and significantly reduces the total volume of large pores within samples. Both the Fredlund and Xing model and the three-parameter model effectively capture the influence of initial dry density on the development pattern of the soil–water characteristic curve. Background: Pneumonia has a high incidence in traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients and lacks effective treatments. Early mobilization (EM) may be a potentially effective treatment. Aim: To explore the impact of EM on TBI‐related pneumonia in the neurosurgical intensive care unit (NICU). Study Design: This study was a historical control study. 100 TBI patients who received EM intervention were prospectively included as the experimental group (EM cohort), and 250 TBI patients were retrospectively included as the control group. The propensity score matching (PSM) method was employed to balance baseline and minimize potential bias. The relationship between EM and TBI‐related pneumonia was investigated by univariate and multivariate logistic regression, then further determined by subgroup analysis. The influence of other variables was excluded by interaction analyses. Finally, the effect of EM on the prognosis of TBI patients was analysed by comparing the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and the hospital stay. Results: After screening, 86 patients were included in the EM cohort and 199 patients were included in the control cohort. There were obvious differences between the two cohorts at baseline, and these differences were eliminated after PSM, when the incidence of pneumonia was significantly lower in the EM cohort than in the control cohort (35.0% vs. 61.9%, p <.001). Multivariate logistic regression showed that EM was an independent risk factor for TBI‐related pneumonia and was significantly associated with a decreased incidence of pneumonia. This correlation was present in most subgroups and was not affected by other variables (p for interaction >.05). Patients in the EM cohort had shorter length of ICU stay (6 vs. 7 days, p =.017) and higher GCS at discharge (12 vs. 11, p =.010). Conclusion: EM is a safe and effective treatment for TBI patients in NICU, which can reduce the incidence of pneumonia, help to improve prognosis and shorten the length of ICU stay. Relevance to Clinical Practice: Although the utilization rate of EM is low in TBI patients for various reasons, EM is still an effective method to prevent complications. Our study confirms that a scientific and detailed EM strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of pneumonia while ensuring the safety of TBI patients, which is worthy of further research and clinical application. Offshore structures are deployed extensively to harvest marine resources. Due to the harsh marine environments and heavy-duty working conditions, the risks associated with failure due to scour are high, and the need for accurate prediction of these risks is increasing. Often, pipelines and cables are critical elements of subsea energy transportation and telecommunication, and they are highly susceptible to scour-induced failure. The scour around spheres is relevant to the offshore industry as a simplified three-dimensional representation of subsea structures. This paper presents a numerical study, using FLOW-3D HYDRO, of the scour around on-bottom cylinders and spheres. Whereas most published research investigated scour around stationary solid objects, this paper presents numerical results of a more challenging case of scour around sagging cylinders and spheres. The model was validated against published experimental and numerical results. The scour depth was found to increase with the decrease of the sagging velocity of the solid object. For sagging horizontal cylinders, the scour depth reaches a plateau of 1.1 times the cylinder diameter when the dimensionless sagging velocity is smaller than 0.094. For sagging spheres, the maximum scour depth reaches 0.37 times the sphere diameter when the dimensionless sagging velocity is reduced to 0.0103. The findings provide guidelines for future research on more complicated interactions between flow, solid objects, and the seabed, accounting for the deformation of infrastructure over time. Practical Applications: This paper concerns the flow, sediment transport, and scour around horizontal cylinders and spheres undergoing slow downward motion, which resembles the sagging of on-bottom infrastructure under the influence of gravity and bed erosion. Spherical objects are commonplace in the offshore industry, so a sphere can be deemed as an idealized three-dimensional body. This paper provides detailed FLOW-3D simulations and developed empirical relationships between the dimensionless scour depth and dimensionless sagging speed. Most previous research considered only the scour around fixed objects, so this paper provides a novel addition to the existing knowledge on the scour phenomenon. The computational methods established in this study are useful for simulating more-complicated scenarios. In recent years, cobalt sulfide has become a potential electrode material due to its considerable theoretical capacitance and high conductivity. However, its agglomerate susceptibility and structural instability during the charging/discharging process have impeded its widespread application. Herein, we synthesize Co9S8/MXene nanohybrids using a straightforward one-step solvothermal method, employing MXene nanosheets as a conducting substrate. The strong interfacial interaction of both phases is exploited to efficiently alleviate the above problems. Furthermore, a metal-doped strategy has been adopted to modulate the composition and the structure of the nanocomposites, which could expose more redox active sites and considerably improve the redox kinetics. The obtained Al–Co9S8/MXene material has a remarkable electrical conductivity and excellent charge/discharge performance, with the specific capacitance up to 1657.33 F g−1 at 2 A g−1 and a superior rate capability of 75% retention even at 12 A g−1. This strategy not only provides an efficient method for synthetic anode electrode materials but also offers ideas for the development of materials more suitable for industrial applications. Intestinal absorption of compounds is significant in drug research and development. To evaluate this efficiently, a method combining mathematical modeling and molecular simulation was proposed, from the perspective of molecular structure. Based on the quantitative structure–property relationship study, the model between molecular structure and their apparent permeability coefficients was successfully constructed and verified, predicting intestinal absorption of drugs and interpreting decisive structural factors, such as AlogP98, Hydrogen bond donor and Ellipsoidal volume. The molecules with strong lipophilicity, less hydrogen bond donors and receptors, and small molecular volume are more easily absorbed. Then, the molecular dynamics simulation and molecular docking were utilized to study the mechanism of differences in intestinal absorption of drugs and investigate the role of molecular structure. Results indicated that molecules with strong lipophilicity and small volume interacted with the membrane at a lower energy and were easier to penetrate the membrane. Likewise, they had weaker interaction with P‐glycoprotein and were easier to escape from it and harder to export from the body. More in, less out, is the main reason these molecules absorb well. This study examined the relationship between exercise self-efficacy and aggressive behavior in college students, with interpersonal trust and prosocial behavior as mediators. We conducted a survey of 1,571 college students. The results were as follows: (a) exercise self-efficacy was significantly and negatively related to aggression, and the direct path of exercise self-efficacy to aggressive behavior was significant; (b) exercise self-efficacy positively predicted interpersonal trust and prosocial behavior, while interpersonal trust significantly and positively predicted prosocial behavior, and prosocial behavior significantly predicted aggressive behavior; and (c) interpersonal trust and prosocial behavior played a significant mediating role in the relationship between exercise self-efficacy and aggressive behavior.
