The process of urbanization leads to the rapid expansion of construction land and brings a series of ecological and environmental problems. The ecological network, as a linear landscape element, is of great significance to improve the quality of the regional ecological environment. In this study, the Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA) and the model of Minimum Cumulative Resistance (MCR) were used to construct the ecological corridors in the central city of Fuzhou, and the land use pattern under the constraints of the ecological network was simulated and quantified by the patch-level land use simulation (PLUS) tool with the results of the identification of ecological corridors. Meanwhile, with the help of InVEST habitat quality model, the regional habitat quality under different development scenarios was compared. The results show that (1) 19 ecological sources and 35 ecological corridors were identified; (2) under the constraints of ecological corridors, the area of forested land in the study area in 2027 was increased by 1.57% and the area of built-up land was reduced by 0.55% compared with that in 2022; (3) and under the constraints of ecological corridors, the mean value of habitat quality in Fuzhou City improved by 0.0055 and 0.0254 compared with 2022 and 2027 natural evolution scenarios, respectively. The spaceborne high-resolution and wide-swath synthetic aperture radar (HRWS-SAR) system combined with the ground moving target indication (GMTI) mode provides a promising prospect in the realization of wide-area target surveying and high-resolution target imaging. In this paper, a system design method is proposed for an HRWS-SAR-GMTI system with ideal reconstruction configuration. In the proposed method, the whole azimuth receiving channels are uniformly divided into multiple groups, where HRWS-SAR imaging is implemented in each sub-group and then GMTI processing is performed based on the reconstructed SAR images. Then, an optimal candidate PRF is properly selected with respect to the optimal reconstruction configuration. After that, the digital beam forming scanning on receive (DBF-SCORE) technique is applied to further enlarge the range swath and improve the noise equivalent scattering coefficient (NESZ). Based on the predesigned system, HRWS-SAR image-based GMTI processing can finally be accomplished. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulated experiments. We report a dual-junction strategy for fabricating a high-performance In2SexOy/In2Se3/Si heterojunction photodiode by oxidizing the epitaxial In2Se3 thin films. The device exhibits a suppressed dark current (4.2 × 10−11 A) and enhanced photocurrent at zero bias, benefiting from the double built-in electric fields. Consequently, it demonstrates excellent and uniform self-powered broadband (255–1050 nm) photodetection performance with the typical responsivity of several hundred mA/W, and detectivity of over 5 × 1011 Jones. Moreover, a fast response speed with a response time of 0.20 ms is achieved. Our investigation offers a potential route to construct full-spectrum photodetectors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Imaging through scattering media is a classical inverse issue in computational imaging. In recent years, deep learning(DL) methods have excelled in speckle reconstruction by extracting the correlation of speckle patterns. However, high-performance DL-based speckle reconstruction also costs huge hardware computation and energy consumption. Here, we develop an opto-electronic DL method with low computation complexity for imaging through scattering media. We design the "end-to-end" optronic structure for speckle reconstruction, namely optronic fully convolutional neural network (OP-FCNN). In OP-FCNN, we utilize lens groups and spatial light modulators to implement the convolution, down/up-sampling, and skip connection in optics, which significantly reduces the computational complexity by two orders of magnitude, compared with the digital CNN. Moreover, the reconfigurable and scalable structure supports the OP-FCNN to further improve imaging performance and accommodate object datasets of varying complexity. We utilize MNIST handwritten digits, EMNIST handwritten letters, fashion MNIST, and MIT-CBCL-face datasets to validate the OP-FCNN imaging performance through random diffusers. Our OP-FCNN reveals a good balance between computational complexity and imaging performance. The average imaging performance on four datasets achieves 0.84, 0.91, 0.79, and 16.3dB for JI, PCC, SSIM, and PSNR, respectively. The OP-FCNN paves the way for all-optical systems in imaging through scattering media.
