In this study, the effects of Trichoderma erinaceum M6-5 volatile components on metabolites, respiration and energy metabolism of Alternaria alternata from postharvest Korla fragrant pear were investigated. Non-targeted metabolomics based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was used to determine the changes of metabolites in A. alternata after treatment with M6-5 volatile substances. At 0, 3, 5 and 7 days after fumigation with M6-5 volatile substances, the respiratory rate of A. alternata was measured, and the respiration inhibition rate were calculated. The levels of ATP, ADP, AMP and energy charge in the M6-5-treated and control groups as a function of culture time were determined by liquid chromatography (LC). The results showed that among the identified differential metabolites, 6-amyl-2h-pyrano-2-one (6pp), 4-ethylbenzaldehyde, 3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid, 4-phenylbutyric acid and 2-methoxyresorcinol were up-regulated, while 6-aminonicotinamide, 11-ketoacetyl cholesterol, 3-hydroxyconilone, jasmonic acid and benzoylsphenine were down-regulated by M6-5 volatile substances. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis showed that the significantly differential pathway was involved in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. At the end of the 7 day incubation period, the respiration inhibition rate of A. alternata by M6-5 volatile substances was (49.64 ± 2.04)%. Compared with the control group, treatment with M6-5 volatile substances significantly reduced the levels of ATP, ADP, AMP and energy charge, indicating that it can keep the energy charge at lower levels, thereby resulting in imbalanced energy metabolism and inhibited respiratory rate and affecting metabolite changes.

Dual gate device with mobility of 20cm2/Vs has been applied to improve power consumption of oxide products, the devices show high on‐state current of more than 45uA, good uniformity of ΔVth 1.03V, PBTS of 2.18V. The optimized pixel design of 14inch WQXGA achieves high aperture ratio of 74% and transmittance of over 9.5%. To develop the internal compensation for medium size OLED display with high resolution, heavy RC load, and high refresh rate based on oxide TFTs, we employed the pixel of separating compensation and refreshing data, a new PWM‐GOA circuit and a new scan‐GOA circuit. After compensation, the uniformity can be increased from less than 40% to over 80%. We successfully demonstrated 6 inch Panels, which have sufficient stability during operation at 60℃for over 500 hours and 60℃&90% humidity for over 240 hours. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It's well‐known that the medium size OLED panel of high resolution, heavy RC load, and high refresh rate has a short period of 1 line (1 H), so it can't compolete internal compensation and refresh data steps in 1 H time. This article elaborates on a method of separating compensation and refreshing data using oxide TFTs,which can take a long time for compensation, and its PWM GOA can work within the range of‐2V

In order to study the effects of different preservatives combined with antibacterial fresh-keeping bags on the quality of germinated soybean sprouts during storage, ethylene absorbent, 0.6 mmol/L Melatonin, 1.5% H2O2, 1 µL/L of 1-MCP were used respectively to atomize and fumigate post-harvest soybean sprouts for 5 minutes, and untreated soybean sprout samples were used as the control group. They were stored under the condition of 2 °C and a relative humidity of 90%, and the nutritional composition and antioxidant activity of soybean sprouts were regularly measured. The results show that the browning index of soybean sprouts in ethylene absorbent treatment group is only 62.1% of CK on the 7th day of storage, and the hardness and hydrogen peroxide removal rate are 56.7% and 44.4% higher than CK, respectively. Among them, The soybean sprouts treated by melatonin have the best effect. The research provides a theoretical support for seeking the most suitable preservation materials for soybean sprout storage.
