- Abstract
In this study, we devised a practical and effective method for synthesizing ynones from terminal alkynes and anhydride utilizing a continuous flow apparatus at ambient temperature. Moreover, we coupled the ynones with hydrazines, and hydroxylamine hydrochloride to synthesize pyrazole and isoxazole derivatives. This protocol's unique characteristics include a metal‐free approach, mild reaction conditions, a short residence time, and a wide range of functional group tolerance. Sustainable strategies are most useful and affordable than conventional benchtop approaches. This convention is from different ynones and synthesizes different pyrazoles and isoxazoles via a continuous flow system. The effects of various heterocycles to synthesize di‐ and tri‐substituted pyrazoles and isoxazoles simultaneously with high to aberrant yields. The unique characteristics of this process are the metal‐free approach, the mild reaction conditions, the short residence time, and the high reagent control.
