In recent years, all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted tremendous attention due to their superb stability under thermal and moisture induction. Great efforts have been made to fabricate CsPbBr3 PSCs with enhanced efficiency and stability. To date, the power conversion efficiency of CsPbBr3 PSCs has steadily increased from the initial 5.95% to the current 11.08%, demonstrating attractive potential in the photovoltaic field. In this article, we briefly review the development and current status of CsPbBr3 PSCs, summarize the solution preparation methods of CsPbBr3 films, and analyze emphatically the optimization strategies of CsPbBr3 PSCs. Antimony selenosulfide (Sb2(S,Se)3) has been emerging as a promising light absorber owing to its tunable bandgap (1.1–1.7 eV), high absorption coefficient (>105 cm−1), and excellent phase and environmental stability. Lithium salt‐doped 2,2′,7,7′‐tetrakis(N,N‐di‐p‐methoxy‐phenylamine)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene (spiro‐OMeTAD) has been generally used as the hole transport layer (HTL) in these high‐efficiency antimony selenosulfide solar cells so far. However, the lithium‐ion reactions and migration in this HTL may cause serious challenges for the stability of these solar cells. Herein, stable and low‐cost tin monosulfide (SnS) nanoparticles surface‐modified nickel oxide (NiOx) as an inorganic hole transport layer to fabricate highly efficient and stable all‐inorganic solar cells is developed. It is found that NiOx films not only demonstrate a higher conductivity but also form better energy band alignment after SnS surface treatment. Consequently, the power conversion efficiency of the full inorganic Sb2(S,Se)3 solar cells increases from 4.85% to 6.41%. Most importantly, the devices also demonstrate much improved thermal, moisture, and long‐term stabilities as compared to the solar cells with spiro‐OMeTAD hole transport layer. Objectives: Polymyxins are a vital class of antibiotics used to combat multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria. However, their use is limited due to potential nephrotoxicity and the availability of alternative antibiotics. This review aims to examine the properties of polymyxins and the clinical advances in their use for treating infections caused by carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria (CR-GNB)., Methods: This review analyses literature on polymyxin properties and various clinical approaches, including intravenous drip infusion, nebulized or dry powder inhalation, and ointment application. Treatment efficacy in terms of bacterial eradication, cure rate and mortality rate are reviewed and evaluated., Results: Polymyxins have been reintroduced to treat critical infections due to the increasing prevalence of CR-GNB. Clinical trials and studies have confirmed that polymyxins can effectively treat CR-GNB infections when the formulation and administration are appropriate, with acceptable levels of nephrotoxicity., Conclusions: In the future, the development of polymyxin formulations will aim to improve their clinical effectiveness while reducing toxicity and side effects and preventing the emergence of polymyxin-resistant strains. Enhanced efficacy and minimized potential side effects can be achieved by developing new polymyxin-delivery systems that provide a smart and controlled release or customized patient administration., (© The Author(s) 2024.
