Cervical cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor. Vaccination with human papilloma virus （HPV） vaccine is of great significance to prevent condyloma acuminatum， HPV infection， and cervical cancer. This paper reviews the epidemic situation and risk factors of cervical cancer， the prevention strategies of cervical cancer， HPV types， HPV vaccine types and mechanisms of action， the safety and effectiveness of vaccines， men’s HPV vaccination， vaccination policies in various countries and so on， and further puts forward suggestions on HPV vaccination policies in China.

In the process of coal-filling mining, the gangue fly-ash slurry (GFS) needs to be transported over a long distance to reach the gobs. The abrupt closure of the valve during the transportation of GFS can result in a water hammer that significantly endangers the stability and safety of the pipeline transport system. To study the fluctuations in pressure induced by abrupt closure of the valve, experiments on the rheological parameters of gangue-coal ash slurry were conducted. Transient numerical simulations were carried out using the computational fluid dynamics method for various valve closing times. The results indicate that, with the increase of slurry concentration, the yield stress of the slurry significantly increases. When the concentration exceeds 76%, the increase in yield stress reaches 38.4% and 35.1%, respectively. Upon valve closure, the internal pressure of the slurry in the pipeline exhibits periodic dynamic oscillations. As the duration of valve closure increases, the frequency of periodic water hammer events decreases. The maximum water hammer pressure caused by valve closure decreases with the increasing distance between the valve and the closure point. At the same time, the intensity of maximum water hammer pressure fluctuations increases with the increase in slurry concentration and flow velocity in the pipeline. AbstractThe variable thickness function is innovatively added. The carbon fiber layer and the porous foam metal aluminum, are selected to composite the composition of a variable thickness cantilevered trapezoidal plate for modeling and free vibration analysis. Hamilton’s principle is used to develop the motion control equation of the trapezoidal plate with variable thickness cantilevered sandwich, and Galerkin’s approach is used to determine the inherent frequency of the system. The research employs suitable analytical methods to solve them, and analyzes the outcomes to uncover the effects of geometric parameters, material properties, and thickness variations on the structure. Visual word recognition is crucial for improving reading skills in second language learners (L2Ls). It is unclear whether L2Ls who are native speakers of languages that use alphabetic scripts can recognize Chinese characters at an early stage of visual processing and if their visual specialization can reach a level of word recognition comparable to that of native Chinese speakers. This study aims to uncover the visual specialization mechanism of Chinese L2Ls. A delayed-color matching task was carried out with participants who were Chinese first language speakers (L1Ss) and advanced Chinese L2Ls with Indonesian as their first language. The results of the event-related potentials (ERPs) indicated that L2Ls exhibited significant visual specialization with a predominant distribution of the left-lateralized N170, along with some activation in the right hemisphere. Integrin α5β1 is crucial for cell attachment and migration in development and tissue regeneration, and α5β1 binding proteins could have considerable utility in regenerative medicine and next-generation therapeutics. We use computational protein design to create de novo α5β1-specific modulating miniprotein binders, called NeoNectins, that bind to and stabilize the open state of α5β1. When immobilized onto titanium surfaces and throughout 3D hydrogels, the NeoNectins outperform native fibronectin and RGD peptide in enhancing cell attachment and spreading, and NeoNectin-grafted titanium implants outperformed fibronectin and RGD-grafted implants in animal models in promoting tissue integration and bone growth.
