Few-shot hyperspectral image classification aims to develop the ability of classifying image pixels by using relatively few labeled pixels per class. However, due to the inaccuracy of the localization system and the bias of the ground survey, the potential noisy labels in the training data pose a very significant challenge to few-shot hyperspectral image classification. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a weighted contrastive prototype network (WCPN) for few-shot hyperspectral image classification with noisy labels. WCPN first utilizes a similarity metric to generate the weights of the samples from the same classes, and applies them to calibrate the class prototypes of support and query sets. Then the weighted prototype network will minimize the distance between features and prototypes to train the network. WCPN also incorporates a weighted contrastive regularization function that uses the sample weights as gates to filter the fake positive samples whose labels are incorrect to further improve the discriminative power of the prototypes. We conduct experiments on multiple hyperspectral image datasets with artificially generated noisy labels, and the results show that the WCPN has excellent performance that can sufficiently mitigate the impact of noisy labels. Aim: Our study aims to provide an updated estimate of age‐ and sex‐specific deaths and disability‐adjusted life years (DALYs) associated with high body mass index (BMI) from 1990 to 2019 at the global, regional and national levels, and to forecast the global burden of disease attributed to high BMI from 2020 to 2035. Methods: We used the data for the number of deaths, DALYs, age‐standardized rate (per 100 000 population), percentage change and population attributable fraction from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 (GBD 2019) to examine the disease burden attributable to high BMI. We further applied an autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model to predict the disease burden for the period 2020‐2035. Results: From 1990 to 2019, the deaths and DALYs attributable to high BMI increased by 148% and 155.86% for men, and by 111.67% and 121.78% for women, respectively. In 2019, high BMI directly accounted for 8.52% [95% uncertainty intervals (UI) 0.05, 0.12] of all‐cause deaths and 5.89% (95% UI 0.04, 0.08) of global DALYs. The highest death rates were observed in men aged 65‐69 and women aged 75‐79. The highest DALY rates were observed in the age group of 60‐64 for both sexes. In 2019, the highest age‐standardized deaths and DALY rates were observed in the Central Asia region [163.15 (95% UI 107.72, 223.58) per 100 000 people] and the Oceania region [4643.33 (95% UI 2835.66, 6902.6) per 100 000 people], respectively. Fiji [319.08 (95% UI 213.77, 444.96) per 100 000 people] and Kiribati [10 000.58 (95% UI 6266.55, 14159.2) per 100 000 people] had the highest age‐standardized deaths and DALY rates, respectively. In 2019, the highest age‐standardized rates of high BMI‐related deaths and DALYs were observed in the middle‐high socio‐demographic index quintile and in the middle socio‐demographic index quintile. The age‐standardized deaths and DALY rates attributable to high BMI are projected to increase in both sexes from 2020 to 2035. The death rates are projected to rise from 62.79 to 64.31 per 100 000 people, while the DALY rates are projected to rise from 1946 to 2099.54 per 100 000 people. Conclusions: High BMIs significantly contribute to the global disease burden. The projected rise in deaths and DALY rates attributable to high BMI by 2035 highlights the critical need to address the impact of obesity on public health. Enhancing crop nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) in agricultural sciences is a pivotal challenge, particularly for high-demand crops like potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.), the world's third most significant food crop. This study delves into the molecular responses of potatoes to low nitrogen (LN) stress, employing an integrative approach that combines transcriptomics and metabolomics to compare two cultivars with divergent NUE traits: XS6, known for its high NUE, and NS7, characterized by lower NUE. Our research unveils that XS6 exhibits higher chlorophyll and N content, increased tuber yield, and elevated N assimilation capacity under LN stress conditions compared to NS7. Through transcriptome analysis, we identified critical genes involved in C and N metabolism that had higher expression in XS6. A significant discovery was the high-affinity nitrate transporter 2.7 gene, which showed elevated expression in XS6, suggesting its key role in enhancing NUE. Metabolomics analysis further complemented these findings, revealing a sophisticated alteration of 1252 metabolites under LN stress, highlighting the dynamic interplay between carbon and N metabolism in coping with N scarcity. The integration of transcriptomic and metabolomic data underscored the crucial role of trehalose in mitigating N deficiency and enhancing NUE. This study provides novel insights into the molecular mechanisms governing NUE in potatoes, offering valuable perspectives for molecular breeding to enhance NUE in potatoes and potentially other crops. Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 CRF59_01B, identified in China in 2013, has been detected nationwide, exhibiting notably high prevalence in Guangzhou and its vicinity. This study aimed to unravel its origin and migration. A data set was established, incorporating all available CRF59_01B pol gene sequences and their metadata from Guangzhou and the public database. Bayesian phylogeographic analysis demonstrated that CRF59_01B originated in Shenzhen, the neighboring city of Guangzhou, around 1998 with posterior probability of 0.937. Molecular network analysis detected 1131 transmission links and showed a remarkably high clustering rate (78.9%). Substantial inter‐city transmissions (26.5%, 300/1131) were observed between Shenzhen and Guangzhou while inter‐region transmissions linked Guangzhou with South (46) and Southwest (64) China. The centre of Guangzhou was the hub of CRF59_01B transmission, including the inflow from Shenzhen (3.57 events/year) and outflow to the outskirts of Guangzhou (>2 events/year). The large‐scale analysis revealed significant migration from Shenzhen to Guangzhou (5.08 events/year) and North China (0.59 events/year), and spread from Guangzhou to Central (0.47 events/year), East (0.42 events/year), South (0.76 events/year), Southwest China (0.76 events/year) and Shenzhen (1.89 events/year). Shenzhen and Guangzhou served as the origin and the hub of CRF59_01B circulation, emphasizing inter‐city cooperation and data sharing to confine its nationwide diffusion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The proportion of bridge structure in the suburban railway is relatively high, and combined with station track design, the turnout structure inevitably needs to be set on the continuous beam before and after the elevated station. On account of the fact that the turnout type, bridge structure and design load of suburban railway are obviously different from high-speed railway, the research on the distance from welded turnout to bridge joint is relatively lacking. Due to the design speed of suburban railway being higher than that of subway, wheel and rail force being larger and the vibration and impact between wheel and rail having a great impact on the surrounding environment, the continuous welded rail with welded turnout technology is adopted on bridge. Based on the turnout-bridge interaction principle, the finite element model of turnout-slab-beam-pier No. 12 ballastless track continuous welded turnout is established, the distance between the commonly used welded single turnout and 4.3 m spacing crossing turnout to the bridge joint is calculated and analyzed and its influence rules are studied. Based on the turnout rail strength, the displacement value of point of switch and frog, relative displacement of stock rail and bridge at switch machine and the rail broken gap value as the limit conditions, the reasonable distance from welded turnout to bridge joint is proposed. The result of research shows that the greater the distance between welded turnout to bridge joint, the displacements of point of switch and frog and relative displacement of stock rail and bridge at switch machine decrease more obviously, the expansion force and braking force of the turnout rail have little difference. The distance from the start and end of the turnout to the bridge joint in warm areas is not less than 10m and for the cold areas it is not less than 18m. Importance: Patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) have poor prognoses and unmet medical needs., Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab plus etoposide and platinum-based chemotherapy (EP) vs placebo plus EP as a first-line treatment for patients with ES-SCLC., Design, Setting, and Participants: This multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 randomized clinical trial (EXTENTORCH study) enrolled patients from September 26, 2019, to May 20, 2021, and was conducted at 49 sites in China. Eligible patients had histologically or cytologically confirmed ES-SCLC without previous systemic antitumor therapy for ES-SCLC. Data were analyzed between May 6, 2023, and June 1, 2024., Interventions: Patients were randomized (1:1) to receive toripalimab, 240 mg, or placebo plus EP every 3 weeks for up to 4 to 6 cycles, followed by maintenance with toripalimab or placebo until disease progression, intolerable toxic effects, or up to 2 years of treatment., Main Outcomes and Measures: The primary end points were investigator-assessed progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Whole-exome sequencing results identified correlative biomarkers for clinical efficacy., Results: Among 595 screened patients, 442 eligible patients were randomized (median [range] age, 63 [30-77] years; 366 [82.8%] male); 223 patients were randomized to toripalimab plus EP, and 219 to placebo plus EP. By April 20, 2023, the median (range) survival follow-up was 13.7 (0.0-42.7) months. Compared with placebo, toripalimab improved investigator-assessed PFS (hazard ratio [HR], 0.67 [95% CI, 0.54-0.82]; P < .001), and significantly reduced the risk of death (HR, 0.80 [95% CI, 0.65-0.98]; P = .03). The median OS was 14.6 (95% CI, 12.9-16.6) months in the toripalimab group vs 13.3 (95% CI, 11.8-14.4) months in the placebo group. Whole-exome sequencing results from 300 patients identified low intratumor heterogeneity, HLA-A11+ HLA-B62- haplotype, wild-type KMT2D and COL4A4, or sequence variations in CTNNA2 or SCN4A correlated with favorable PFS and OS in the toripalimab group. No new safety signals were observed. Grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent adverse event incidence was similar between the toripalimab and placebo safety set groups (199 of 222 patients [89.6%] vs 193 of 216 patients [89.4%], respectively)., Conclusions and Relevance: In this phase 3 randomized clinical trial, adding toripalimab to first-line chemotherapy demonstrated significant improvements in PFS and OS for patients with ES-SCLC. Since 2017, China has started a pilot exploration of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)/post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) service aiming for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) control. Efforts to summarize the pilot experience and sort out the gaps in service provision must be prioritized. In June-October, 2023, three provincial capital cities with two years of PrEP/PEP pilot experience in eastern, central and western China were chosen. A structural information collective tool was developed, as a framework to identify key links and steps in reviewing service procedures for PrEP/PEP service. Two main service models have been formed, including the independent offline service model led by professional health institutions and Multi-agencies (health institution/Community Based Organizations (CBOs)/Internet platform) online and offline collaborative service model. The pilot experience conceptualizes opportunities to integrate PrEP/PEP into HIV prevention efforts and, illustrates the optimizing path to move forward to reach for a high level HIV prevention and care continuum. Systematic barriers during the process of integration need to be noted and addressed. Purpose: This study investigated for the HIV-1 CRF59&#95;01B epidemic's spatiotemporal dynamics and its transmission networks in China., Methods: Between 2007 and 2020, a total of 250 partial pol gene sequences of HIV-1 CRF59&#95;01B were collected from four regions (10 Chinese provinces). Phylogenetic tree construction and cluster identification were then performed. The Bayesian skyline and birth-death susceptible-infected-removed models were employed for the phylodynamic analyses of subtypes and large clusters, respectively. Phylogenetic analyses and trait diffusion of these sequences were performed using Bayesian phylogenetic methods (beast-classic package). Distance-based molecular network analyses were performed to identify putative relationships., Results: Using a genetic distance threshold of 1.3 %, We identified 45 clusters that included 62.40 % (156/250) of the sequences. Three clusters (6.67 %, 3/45) had 10 or more sequences, and were considered "large clusters". Six clusters (13.33 %) included sequences from different regions (Southeast, Northeast, Southeast, and Central China). Thirteen clusters (28.89 %) included sequences of men who had sex with men only, three clusters (6.67 %) included sequences of heterosexuals only, and 12 clusters (26.67 %) included sequences of both groups. The substitution rate of CRF59&#95;01B was 1.91 × 10 -3 substitutions per site per year [95 % highest posterior density (HPD) interval: 1.39 × 10 -3 -2.49 × 10 -3 )], the time to the most recent common ancestor of CRF59&#95;01B was to be 1992.83 (95 % HPD: 1977.97-2002.81). A Bayesian skyline plot revealed that the effective population size of CRF59&#95;01B increased from 2000 to 2015 and remained stable after 2015. The large clusters showed continuous growth from 2013 to 2020. A coherence sidelobe suppression method for a laser diode (LD) is proposed, based on the white-noise-current modulation and external cavity feedback. The theoretical model of the coherence of the white-noise-current-modulated external cavity laser (WECL) is established, which details the spectrum broadening mechanism and the coherence sidelobe suppression. At the noise current modulation, the coherence sidelobe induced by the internal cavity is lowered by the external cavity feedback, and the position of the coherence sidelobe induced by the external cavity is controlled with the cavity length, which can extend the coherence range without the sidelobes. The experimental results demonstrate that the 98.4% sidelobe suppression ratio (SLSR) of the WECL is achieved in dynamic interferometry, which is about 20% higher than that of the laser diode only with the white-noise-current modulation. This new, to the best of our knowledge, method can avoid the stray fringe cross talk caused by the multiple coherence sidelobes in the surface error measurements of parallel plates.

This paper presents a multi-laser beam focusing on laser welding based on a reflective splitting mirror, aiming to improve the stability of the laser welding process and reduce welding defects. By validating the laser welding process on Q235 mild steel using a newly developed multi-focused laser beam, the results show that by increasing the number of laser focal points, the porosity and spattering are effectively reduced, thus achieving higher process stability. Additionally, the rotation of the laser focal point further reduces the occurrence of welding defects such as porosity and spattering.
