To study the impact of upwarp deformation in the ballastless track on the jumping behavior of the high-speed vehicle, utilizing UM and ANSYS joint simulation, a vertical vibration model of high-speed vehicle on CRTS II slab ballastless track was developed based on the non-Hertz wheel–rail contact model of virtual penetration theory. By using the single-wave cosine curve simulating the characteristics of upwarp deformation in the track slab, we calculated the whole process of wheel jumping. This allowed us to analyze how the amplitude and wavelength of the track slab upward deformation influence the vibration response of the vehicle–track system. Our findings indicate that when a wheel passes through the arch section of the track slab, the entire wheel jumping process consists of distinct stages: "wheel–rail bonding, wheel–rail separation, wheel–rail impact (one or more times), and wheel–rail bonding." As the amplitude of upwarp deformation increases and the wavelength decreases, significant changes occur in several parameters, including the vertical force between the wheel and rail, wheel unloading rate, wheel jump height, frequency, duration, and vertical displacement of the rail. Additionally, when the wavelength is between 2 and 6 m and the amplitude is 8 mm, the vertical force between the wheel and rail becomes zero, the wheel load reduction rate is one, and the wheel jumps. When the wavelength is less than 3 m, the wheel jump height exceeds the flange height, increasing the risk of derailment. Meanwhile, during the first wheel–rail impact, the wheel–rail vertical force and the rail vertical displacement reach their maximum, potentially impacting rail service performance negatively. Finally, compared to the amplitude of the track slab camber deformation, its wavelength has a greater impact on the entire process of wheel jumping. While deep learning techniques have been extensively employed in malware detection, there is a notable challenge in effectively embedding malware features. Current neural network methods primarily capture superficial characteristics, lacking in-depth semantic exploration of functions and failing to preserve structural information at the file level. Motivated by the aforementioned challenges, this paper introduces MalHAPGNN, a novel framework for malware detection that leverages a hierarchical attention pooling graph neural network based on enhanced call graphs. Firstly, to ensure semantic richness, a Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers-based (BERT) attribute-enhanced function embedding method is proposed for the extraction of node attributes in the function call graph. Subsequently, this work designs a hierarchical graph neural network that integrates attention mechanisms and pooling operations, complemented by function node sampling and structural learning strategies. This framework delivers a comprehensive profile of malicious code across semantic, syntactic, and structural dimensions. Extensive experiments conducted on the Kaggle and VirusShare datasets have demonstrated that the proposed framework outperforms other graph neural network (GNN)-based malware detection methods. Dormancy release is an important process for improving the quality of cut-flower lily production and promoting the factory production of lily bulbs. However, the regulatory mechanisms of microRNAs (miRNAs) and their target genes during the dormancy release of lily remain elusive. Anatomy, transcriptomic, molecular biology, and transient transformation techniques involving subcellular localization were applied in our study. There were significant results showing that 0.1 mM riboflavin promoted dormancy release and floral bud differentiation and influenced the flowering time of the Lilium 'Siberia'. Moreover, some differentially expressed miRNAs and their targets (miR395-y: LoAPS1, miR529-z: LoSPL14, miR396-y: LoCFDP1, miR1863-z: LoFBA3, miR399-y: LoDIT1, and miR11525-z: Lopgm) were identified and predicted. Exogenous riboflavin may activate primary metabolic processes and promote dormancy release in Lilium 'Siberia' bulbs. Furthermore, riboflavin upregulated genes related to the riboflavin pathway, H3K4me3 methylation, dormancy control, and the flowering pathway and downregulated dormancy maintenance genes. Moreover, riboflavin promoted endogenous riboflavin and acetyl-CoA accumulation. LoPurple acid phosphatase17 (LoPAP17), a pivotal gene of the riboflavin metabolism pathway, was subsequently cloned. LoPAP17 was most closely related to the orthologous genes of Acorus calamus, Asparagus officinalis, and Musa acuminata. The LoPAP17 protein was subcellularly located in the nucleus. Our study revealed that miRNAs and their target genes might regulate the primary metabolic pathway, promote the accumulation of endogenous riboflavin and acetyl-CoA, and affect protein acetylation during the riboflavin-promoted release of dormancy and flower bud differentiation in the Lilium Oriental hybrid 'Siberia'. The lily is a globally popular cut flower, and managing dormancy in lily bulblets is essential for continuous, year-round production. While nitric oxide (NO) has been shown to influence seed dormancy and germination, its role in dormancy release in lilies was previously unconfirmed. In this study, we investigated the effects of NO on dormancy release in lily bulblets using SNP and c-PTIO. Results showed that SNP treatment promoted dormancy release, while c-PTIO inhibited it. Measurement of endogenous NO levels in the bulbs, along with enzyme activities of NOS-like and NR and gene expression levels of LoNOS-IP and LoNR, confirmed that NO plays a role in promoting dormancy release in lilies. To further elucidate the physiological mechanisms involved, we analyzed H2O2 levels, antioxidant enzyme activities, endogenous hormone levels, and carbohydrate metabolism in the bulbs. Findings demonstrated that NO facilitated dormancy release by increasing H2O2, gibberellins (GAs), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), zeatin riboside (ZR), reducing sugars, and by accelerating the metabolism of abscisic acid (ABA) and starch. Objective: In 2018, the Chinese tobacco industry initiated the nationwide 'civilised smoking environment' campaign via a 5-year action plan. The goal of this study was to analyse content of reports regarding this topic as evidence to policy-makers to prevent interference from the tobacco industry., Methods: A search of WiseNews, a Chinese media information service provider, for reports regarding the 'civilised smoking environment' between January 2018 and December 2022. Reports were coded separately by two trained researchers using a codebook developed by the team, including four sections with 19 items., Results: A total of 1062 reports were included, of which 66.5% were from general media. Key themes include mention of approaches to promote the civilised smoking environment (59.8%), primarily by establishing civilised smoking areas (86.1%). A majority of reports (72.9%) disclosed key promoters of these initiatives, including the Tobacco Monopoly Administration (69.5%), Tobacco Corporation (52.3%) and other government agencies (20.4%). Funders were mentioned in 252 reports (23.7%), primarily the Tobacco Monopoly Administration (60.3%) and Tobacco Corporation (50.8%). Most reports (92.8%) supported these initiatives, while only 45 (4.2%) opposed it., Conclusions: 'Civilised smoking environment' in China was promoted and financed primarily by tobacco industry and widely supported by media. This undermines smoke-free environments and violates the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
