This study aimed to identify predictive factors for ILO derived from aortoiliac morphology, endovascular procedure-related parameters, and aneurysmal remodeling characteristics.Patients and Methods: Patient demographics, pre-EVAR anatomical characteristics of the aneurysm, endovascular procedure details, and post-EVAR aneurysmal remodeling outcomes were analyzed and compared using univariate analysis. Statistically significant factors were subsequently subjected to Cox regression and Kaplan–Meier analyses.Results: Between January 2013 and April 2022, 66 patients were included in this study. Fourteen patients presented with ILO and were compared with 52 control patients with patent endograft limb over at least 1-year of follow-up. The tortuosity indices of the common iliac artery (CIA) and endograft iliac limb to vessel oversizing were significantly larger in the ILO group than in the patent endograft limb group. The CIA index of tortuosity ≥ 1.08, and endograft iliac limb to vessel oversizing ≥ 18.8% were independent predictors for ILO. During the follow-up of all patients, the proximal aortic neck and CIA diameters increased, aneurysm sac diameter decreased, and aortic neck and aortic length increased. The aortoiliac length increased over time in patients with patent endograft limb but not in patients with ILO. A change in the lowest renal artery-left iliac bifurcation distance ≦0.07 mm increased the risk of ILO.Conclusion: ILO is predisposed to occur when the CIA index of tortuosity ≥ 1.08 and endograft iliac limb to vessel oversizing ≥ 18.8% are present. Significant aortoiliac remodeling, including proximal aortic neck dilatation, neck straightening, aneurysmal sac regression, iliac artery enlargement, and aortic lengthening, occurs after EVAR. Aortoiliac elongation was observed in patients with patent endograft limb, but not in patients with ILO. Anti‐dipolarization fronts (ADFs), characterized by the rapid increase of the negative magnetic field Bz component, are typically formed at the leading edge of the tailward reconnection jets in the Earth's magnetotail. To date, the electron‐scale current structures, which govern the energy conversion at ADFs, are still barely understood due to the lack of high‐resolution measurements. Here, using Magnetospheric Multiscale mission, we for the first time report a tailward ADF associated with strong field‐aligned current (FAC). The FAC appears at the leading part of the ADF and its densities can reach about 200 nA/m2, which is significantly larger than those reported before. Such current is primarily contributed by the electron flow, which also forms electron beam distribution in the anti‐parallel direction. Significant energy conversion (E⋅ J, E is electric field and J is current density) is also observed at the ADF, which is mainly contributed by the FAC and the fluctuating electric fields. This study makes essential steps toward understanding the current system and the energy conversion at the ADF in the Earth's magnetotail. Plain Language Summary: Dipolarization fronts (DFs) and anti‐dipolarization fronts (ADFs) are the leading edge of the reconfigured magnetic field after reconnection, expanding earthward and tailward from the reconnection site respectively. The field‐aligned current (FAC) at DFs play crucial roles in global mass transport and energy conversion during substorm and they have been widely studied by in situ observation and simulation. However, the FAC at ADFs and the corresponding energy conversion have not been studied so for. Here, for the first time, we report an ADF associated with strong FAC using high‐resolution data from the MMS mission. We investigate the detailed features of the currents, electron distribution functions, electric fields and energy conversion at the ADF. This study shed light on how strong FAC drive energy conversion at ADFs. Bioactive peptides (BAPs) represent a unique class of peptides known for their extensive physiological functions and their role in enhancing human health. In recent decades, owing to their notable biological attributes such as antioxidant, antihypertensive, antidiabetic, and anti-inflammatory activities, BAPs have received considerable attention. Simulated gastrointestinal digestion (SGD) is a technique designed to mimic physiological conditions by adjusting factors such as digestive enzymes and their concentrations, pH levels, digestion duration, and salt content. Initially established for analyzing the gastrointestinal processing of foods or their constituents, SGD has recently become a preferred method for generating BAPs. The BAPs produced via SGD often exhibit superior biological activity and stability compared with those of BAPs prepared via other methods. Algal blooms can produce substantial amounts of algal organic matter (AOM). Microplastics (MPs) in aquatic environments inevitably interact with AOM. Meanwhile, the aging and type of MPs may increase the uncertainty surrounding interaction. This study focused on polyethylene (PE) and polylactic acid (PLA) to investigate their interaction with AOM before and after aging. The results shw that PLA has a stronger adsorption capacity for AOM than PE. Meanwhile, aging enhanced and weakened the adsorption of PE and PLA for AOM. Compared to unaged PE (UPE) and aged PLA (APLA), aged PE (APE) and unaged PLA (UPLA) more significantly promote the humification of AOM and alter its functional groups. 2D-IR-COS analysis reveals that the sequence of functional group changes in AOM interacting with MPs is influenced by the type and aging of MPs. After interacting with AOM, surface roughness increased for all MPs. FTIR and XPS analyses show that the addition of AOM accelerated the oxidation of MPs surfaces, especially for UPE and APLA, with oxygen content increasing by 9.32 % and 1 %. Aging enhances the interaction between PE and AOM, while weakening the interaction between PLA and AOM. Perovskite nanocrystals (PCNs) exhibit a significant quantum confinement effect that enhances multiexciton generation, making them promising for photocatalytic CO 2 reduction. However, their conversion efficiency is hindered by poor exciton dissociation. To address this, we synthesized ferrocene-methanol-functionalized CsPbBr 3 (CPB/FcMeOH) using a ligand engineering approach. By manipulating the electronic coupling between ligands and the PCN surface, facilitated by the increased dipole moment from hydrogen bonding in FcMeOH molecules, we effectively controlled exciton dissociation and interfacial charge transfer. Under 5 h of irradiation, the CO yield of CPB/FcMeOH reached 772.79 μmol g -1 , 4.95 times higher than pristine CPB. This high activity is due to the formation of hydrogen-bonded FcMeOH clusters on the CPB surface. The nonpolar disruption and strong dipole moment of FcMeOH molecules enhance electronic coupling between the FcMeOH ligands and the CPB surface, reducing the surface barrier energy. Consequently, exciton dissociation and interfacial charge transfer are promoted, efficiently utilizing multiple excitons in quantum-confined domains. Transient absorption spectroscopy confirms that CPB/FcMeOH exhibits optimized exciton behavior with fast internal relaxation, trapping, and a short recombination time, allowing photogenerated charges to more rapidly participate in CO 2 reduction.

Abscisic acid (ABA) signaling is crucial for plant responses to various abiotic stresses. The Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) transcription factor ABA INSENSITIVE 5 (ABI5) is a central regulator of ABA signaling. ABI5 BINDING PROTEIN 1 (AFP1) interacts with ABI5 and facilitates its 26S-proteasome-mediated degradation, although the detailed mechanism has remained unclear. Here, we report that an ABA-responsive U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase, PLANT U-BOX 35 (PUB35), physically interacts with AFP1 and ABI5. PUB35 directly ubiquitinated ABI5 in a bacterially reconstituted ubiquitination system and promoted ABI5 protein degradation in vivo. ABI5 degradation was enhanced by AFP1 in response to ABA treatment. Phosphorylation of the T201 and T206 residues in ABI5 disrupted the ABI5-AFP1 interaction and affected the ABI5-PUB35 interaction and PUB35-mediated degradation of ABI5 in vivo. Genetic analysis of seed germination and seedling growth showed that pub35 mutants were hypersensitive to ABA as well as to salinity and osmotic stresses, whereas PUB35 overexpression lines were hyposensitive. Moreover, abi5 was epistatic to pub35, whereas the pub35-2 afp1-1 double mutant showed a similar ABA response to the two single mutants. Together, our results reveal a PUB35-AFP1 module involved in fine-tuning ABA signaling through ubiquitination and 26S-proteasome-mediated degradation of ABI5 during seed germination and seedling growth., Competing Interests: Conflict of interest statement. Purpose: In multiple myeloma (MM), therapy-induced clonal evolution is associated with treatment resistance and is one of the most important hindrances toward a cure for MM. To further understand the molecular mechanisms controlling the clonal evolution of MM, we applied single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to paired diagnostic and posttreatment bone marrow (BM) samples., Experimental Design: scRNA-seq was performed on 38 BM samples from patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (n = 1), MM patients at diagnosis (n = 19), MM posttreatment (n = 17), and one healthy donor (HD). The single-cell transcriptome data of malignant plasma cells (PC) and the surrounding immune microenvironment were analyzed., Results: Profiling by scRNA-seq data revealed three primary trajectories of transcriptional evolution after treatment: clonal elimination in patients with undetectable minimal residual disease (MRD-) and clonal stabilization and clonal selection in detectable MRD (MRD+) patients. We noted a metabolic shift toward fatty acid oxidation in cycling-resistant PCs, whereas selective PCs favored the NF-κB pathway. Intriguingly, when comparing the genetic and transcriptional dynamics, we found a significant correlation between genetic and nongenetic factors in driving the clonal evolution. Furthermore, we identified variations in cellular interactions between malignant PCs and the tumor microenvironment. Selective PCs showed the most robust cellular interactions with the tumor microenvironment., Conclusions: These data suggest that MM cells could rapidly adapt to induction treatment through transcriptional adaptation, metabolic adaptation, and specialized immune evasion. Background: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a common cause of heart failure. However, the role of cellular senescence in DCM has not been fully elucidated. Here, we aimed to investigate senescence in DCM, identify senescence related characteristic genes, and explore the potential small molecule compounds for DCM treatment., Methods: DCM-associated datasets and senescence-related genes were respectively obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and CellAge database. The characteristic genes were identified through methods including weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO), and random forest. The expression of characteristic genes was verified in the mouse DCM model. Moreover, the CIBERSORT algorithm was applied to analyze immune characteristics of DCM. Finally, several therapeutic compounds were predicted by CMap analysis, and the potential mechanism of chlorogenic acid (CGA) was investigated by molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation., Results: Three DCM- and senescence-related characteristic genes (MME, GNMT and PLA2G2A) were ultimately identified through comprehensive transcriptome analysis, and were experimentally verified in the doxorubicin induced mouse DCM. Meanwhile, the established diagnostic model, derived from dataset analysis, showed ideal diagnostic performance for DCM. Immune cell infiltration analysis suggested dysregulation of inflammation in DCM, and the characteristic genes were significantly associated with invasive immune cells. Finally, based on the specific gene expression profile of DCM, several potential therapeutic compounds were predicted through CMap analysis. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease and is difficult to cure. In this work, a series of novel chrysin derivatives have been designed and prepared while evaluating anti-inflammatory activities in vitro and in vivo. In vitro, RAW264.7 cells were used to detect the inflammatory activities at first, and compounds 4h, 4k, and 4o significantly decreased the levels of NO, TNF-α, and IL-6. In particular, compound 4o showed superior anti-inflammatory activities than other compounds. Moreover, compound 4o decreased the level of IL-17A in LPS-induced HaCaT cells in vitro. The effect and mechanism of anti-inflammatory activities on psoriasis were determined by imiquimod (IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mice in vivo. Compound 4o deduced the level of IL-6, IL-17A, IL-22, IL-23, and TNF-α, and showed potent anti-psoriasis activity. Background: Infertility affects 186 million people worldwide, with male factors contributing to 50% of infertility cases. Semen analysis is a key for diagnosing male factor infertility, but sperm parameters can be influenced by ejaculatory abstinence (EA) duration. Shortening or prolonging EA can impact on semen quality and assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes, but the optimal EA duration remains unclear, particularly for infertility patients., Objectives: This study conducts a comprehensive meta-analysis to explore the impact of varying abstinence durations on semen quality and fertility outcomes., Methods: Three English database (PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials) as well as four Chinese database (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Scientific Journals database, WanFang database, and Chinese Biomedical Literature database) were searched from 2000 to August 2023. The classical meta-analysis and "one-stage" dose-response meta-analysis were conducted to compare the associations of different abstinence durations (short-term abstinence vs. long-term abstinence) on semen quality in healthy adult and different type of infertile patients., Results: There were 85 eligible studies were finally included. The meta-analysis of volume (mean difference [MD] = -0.95 mL, 95% confidence interval [CI]: -1.16 to -0.74 mL), total sperm count (TSC) (MD = -102.45×10 6 , 95% CI: -117.98×10 6 to -86.91×10 6 ), sperm concentration (SC) (MD = -11.88×10 6 /mL, 95% CI: -18.96×10 6 /mL to -4.80×10 6 /mL), DNA fragmentation index (DFI) (MD = -2.37%, 95% CI: -4.73% to -0.01%) in healthy men showed a significant decrease with different abstinence durations (short-term abstinence vs. long-term abstinence). The meta-analysis of infertile men showed significant decrease in volume in various subgroups (MD range: -0.73 to -1.17 mL) with P < 0.01; TSC (MD = -61.93×10 6 , 95% CI: -88.84×10 6 to -35.01×10 6 ), SC (MD = -5.39×10 6 /mL, 95% CI: -9.97×10 6 to -0.81×10 6 /mL), DFI (MD = -5.63%, 95% CI: -10.19% to -1.06%) in unexplained infertility subgroup; significant increase in viability (MD = 6.14%, 95% CI: 3.61% to 8.68%) in the unexplained infertility subgroup. The dose-response meta-analysis showed that TSC in oligozoospermia showed a nonlinear increase (coefficient from 3.38 to -5.76, P from 0.02 to 0.22) and the truncation point was around the 4th to 5th abstinence day. The percentage of progressive motile sperm (PR) in asthenozoospermia showed a significant decrease (coefficient = -2.39, 95% CI: -4.28 to -0.50). For fertility outcomes of different ARTs, only the clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) in the intrauterine insemination (IUI) subgroup showed a significant decrease around the 3rd day (coefficient = 0.85, 95% CI: 0.75 to 0.97)., Conclusions: Short-term abstinence may be associated with limited improvements in semen quality in healthy men but could be more beneficial for infertile men, especially within the first 4 days of abstinence. Blister beetles (Coleoptera: Meloidae) produce a natural defensive toxin cantharidin (CTD), which has been used for various cancer treatments and other diseases. Currently, the lack of chromosome-level reference genomes in Meloidae limits further understanding of the mechanism of CTD biosynthesis and environmental adaptation. In this study, the chromosome-level genome assembly of Mylabris phalerata was generated based on PacBio and Hi-C sequencing. This reference genome was about 136.68 Mb in size with contig N50 of 9.17 Mb and composed of 12 chromosomes. In comparison to six other Coleoptera insects, M. phalerata exhibited multiple expanded gene families enriched in juvenile hormone (JH) biosynthetic process pathway, farnesol dehydrogenase activity, and cytochrome P450, which may be related to CTD biosynthesis. Consistently, the transcriptomic analysis suggested the "terpenoid backbone biosynthesis" pathway and "the juvenile hormone" as putative core pathways of CTD biosynthesis and presented eight up-regulated differential expression genes in male adults as candidate genes. It is possible that the restricted feeding niche and lifestyle of M. phalerata were the cause of the gene family's contraction of odorant binding proteins. The ABC transporters (ABCs) related to exporting bound toxins out of the cell and the resistance to the self-secreted toxins (e.g. CTD) were also contracted, possibly due to other self-protection strategies in M. phalerata. Background: Fusarium infection has caused huge economic losses in many crops. The study aimed to compare the microbial community of suppressive and conducive soils and relate to the reduction of Fusarium wilt., Results: High-throughput sequencing and microbial network analysis were used to investigate the differences in the rhizosphere microbiota of the suppressive and conducive soils and to identify the beneficial keystone taxa. Plant pathogens were enriched in the conducive soil. Potential plant-beneficial microorganisms and antagonistic microorganisms were enriched in the suppressive soil. More positive interactions and keystone taxa existed in the suppressive soil network. Thirty-nine and 16 keystone taxa were identified in the suppressive and conducive soil networks, respectively. Sixteen fungal strains and 168 bacterial strains were isolated from suppressive soil, some of which exhibited plant growth-promotion traits. Thirty-nine bacterial strains and 10 fungal strains showed antagonistic activity against F. solani. Keystone taxa Bacillus and Trichoderma exhibited high antifungal activity. Lipopeptides produced by Bacillus sp. RB150 and chitinase from Trichoderma spp. inhibited the growth of F. solani. Microbial consortium I (Bacillus sp. RB150, Pseudomonas sp. RB70 and Trichoderma asperellum RF10) and II (Bacillus sp. RB196, Bacillus sp. RB150 and T. asperellum RF10) effectively controlled root rot disease, the spore number of F. solani was reduced by 94.2% and 83.3%., Conclusion: Rhizospheric microbiota of suppressive soil protects plants against F. solani infection. Antagonistic microorganisms in suppressive soil inhibit pathogen growth and infection. Microbial consortia consisted of keystone taxa well control root rot disease. The misregulation of protein phosphatases is a key factor in the development of many human diseases, notably cancers. Here, based on a 100 MHz quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensing platform, the dephosphorylation process of phosphopeptide (P-peptide) caused by protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) was monitored in real time for the first time and PTP1B activity was assayed rapidly and sensitively. The QCM chip, coated with a gold (Au) film, was used to immobilized thiol-labeled single-stranded 5'-phosphate-DNAs (P-DNA) through Au-S bond. The P-peptide, specific to PTP1B, was then connected to the P-DNA via chelation between Zr 4+ and phosphate groups. When PTP1B was injected into the QCM flow cell where the P-peptide/Zr 4+ /MCH/P-DNA/Au chip was placed, the P-peptide was dephosphorylated and released from the Au chip surface, resulting in an increase in the frequency of the QCM Au chip. This allowed the real-time monitoring of the P-peptide dephosphorylation process and sensitive detection of PTP1B activity within 6 min with a linear detection range of 0.01-100 pM and a detection limit of 0.008 pM. In addition, the maximum inhibitory ratios of inhibitors were evaluated using this proposed 100 MHz QCM biosensor. Long-tailed distributions frequently emerge in real-world data, where a large number of minority categories contain a limited number of samples. Such imbalance issue considerably impairs the performance of standard supervised learning algorithms, which are mainly designed for balanced training sets. Recent investigations have revealed that supervised contrastive learning exhibits promising potential in alleviating the data imbalance. However, the performance of supervised contrastive learning is plagued by an inherent challenge: it necessitates sufficiently large batches of training data to construct contrastive pairs that cover all categories, yet this requirement is difficult to meet in the context of class-imbalanced data. To overcome this obstacle, we propose a novel probabilistic contrastive (ProCo) learning algorithm that estimates the data distribution of the samples from each class in the feature space, and samples contrastive pairs accordingly. In fact, estimating the distributions of all classes using features in a small batch, particularly for imbalanced data, is not feasible. Our key idea is to introduce a reasonable and simple assumption that the normalized features in contrastive learning follow a mixture of von Mises-Fisher (vMF) distributions on unit space, which brings two-fold benefits. First, the distribution parameters can be estimated using only the first sample moment, which can be efficiently computed in an online manner across different batches. Second, based on the estimated distribution, the vMF distribution allows us to sample an infinite number of contrastive pairs and derive a closed form of the expected contrastive loss for efficient optimization. Other than long-tailed problems, ProCo can be directly applied to semi-supervised learning by generating pseudo-labels for unlabeled data, which can subsequently be utilized to estimate the distribution of the samples inversely. Theoretically, we analyze the error bound of ProCo. Empirically, extensive experimental results on supervised/semi-supervised visual recognition and object detection tasks demonstrate that ProCo consistently outperforms existing methods across various datasets.

Background: In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the utilization of biologic therapies for the management of asthma. Both TSLP and IgE are important immune molecules in the development of asthma, and they are involved in the occurrence and regulation of inflammatory response., Methods: A comprehensive search of PubMed and Web of Science was conducted to gather information on anti-TSLP antibody and anti-IgE antibody., Results: This investigation elucidates the distinct mechanistic roles of Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) and Immunoglobulin E (IgE) in the pathogenesis of asthma, with a particular emphasis on delineating the therapeutic mechanisms and pharmacological properties of monoclonal antibodies targeting IgE and TSLP. Bladder cancer (BCa) is a highly prevalent type of cancer worldwide, and it is responsible for numerous deaths and cases of disease. Due to the diverse nature of this disease, it is necessary to conduct significant research that delves deeper into the molecular aspects, to potentially discover novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Lately, there has been a significant increase in the focus on non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs), due to their growing recognition for their involvement in the progression and manifestation of BCa. The interest in exosomes has greatly grown due to their potential for transporting a diverse array of active substances, including proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, and lipids. The combination of these components differs based on the specific cell and its condition. Research indicates that using exosomes could have considerable advantages in identifying and forecasting BCa, offering a less invasive alternative. The distinctive arrangement of the lipid bilayer membrane found in exosomes is what makes them particularly effective for administering treatments aimed at managing cancer. Background: Mastery may shape the way individuals cope with life challenges and influence cognitive function in later life. Mastery grows out of traumatic experience and could change over the life course. This study examined the within-person and between-person associations of mastery and cognitive function, and if these associations were moderated by age in the United States., Method: Data were derived from three time points (2006-2008, 2010-2012, and 2014-2016) of the Health and Retirement Study, with 14,461 adults (aged 51 or above). Cognitive function was measured through a 27-point Telephone Interview Cognitive Screen (TICS). Mastery was measured by a modified Pearlin Mastery Scale. Multilevel modeling was employed to analyze the data., Results: Both within-person ( β =0.124, SE = 0.023, p < 0.001) and between-person ( β =0.089, SE = 0.029, p = 0.002) mastery were significantly associated with cognitive function. Older adults with higher between-person mastery tended to have slower cognitive decline ( β =0.063, SE = 0.021, p < 0.001). Moreover, age moderated the within-person ( β =0.013, SE = 0.003, p < 0.001) associations between mastery and cognition with a stronger association observed among individuals with older age., Conclusions: The current study provides evidence for within-person and between-person associations between mastery and global cognition in the United States as well as the moderating role of age. The design of the current study did not directly assess the causal direction between mastery and cognitive function. Herein, we proposed a smartphone-assissted aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorogen tetraphenylethene (TPE)-incorporated amorphous Fe-doped phosphotungstates (Fe-Phos@TPE) nanozyme-based ratiometric fluorescence-colorimetric dual-mode biosensor for achieving the onsite visual detection of Hx. In eukaryotes, RNA N 6 -methyladenosine (m 6 A) modification and microRNA (miRNA)-mediated RNA silencing represent two critical epigenetic regulatory mechanisms. The m 6 A methyltransferase complex (MTC) and the microprocessor complex both undergo liquid-liquid phase separation to form nuclear membraneless organelles. Although m 6 A methyltransferase has been shown to positively regulate miRNA biogenesis, a mechanism of reciprocal regulation between the MTC and the microprocessor complex has remained elusive. Here, we demonstrate that the MTC and the microprocessor complex associate with each other through the METHYLTRANSFERASE B (MTB)-SERRATE (SE) interacting module. Knockdown of MTB impaired miRNA biogenesis by diminishing microprocessor complex binding to primary miRNAs (pri-miRNAs) and their respective MIRNA loci. Additionally, loss of SE function led to disruptions in transcriptome-wide m 6 A modification. Further biochemical assays and fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) assay indicated that SE enhances the liquid-liquid phase separation and solubility of the MTC. Moreover, the MTC exhibited enhanced retention on chromatin and diminished binding to its RNA substrates in the se mutant background. Concerns regarding the hazard of the carcinogenic ethyl carbamate (EC) have driven attempts to exploit efficient, timely, straightforward, and economic assays for warning early food safety. Here, we proposed a novel molecularly imprinted polymer Co@MOF-MIP, with a high peroxidase (POD)-like activity and a bright blue fluorescence emission, to develop a versatile visual assay for colorimetric, fluorescent, and photothermal trimodal detection and logic gate outputting of EC. Briefly, the POD-like activity of Co@MOF-MIP made it to decompose H 2 O 2 into · OH for oxidizing colorless 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) into a blue oxTMB, resulting in a 660 nm irradiated photothermal effect and bursting the blue fluorescence of Co@MOF-MIP via inner filter effect, observing a decreased fluorescence signal together with an increased colorimetric and 660 nm irradiated photothermal signals. However, EC could specifically fill the imprinted cavities of Co@MOF-MIP to block the catalytic substrates TMB and H 2 O 2 out of Co@MOF-MIP for further reacting with the inside catalytic center of Co 2+ , resulting in the transformation suppressing of TMB into oxTMB, yielding an EC concentration-dependent trimodal responses in fluorescence signal enhancement, colorimetric, and 660 nm irradiated photothermal signal decreases. Assisted by the portable devices such as smartphones and hand-held thermal imagers, a visual onsite portable trimodal analytical platform was proposed for EC fast and accurate detection with the low detection limits of 1.64, 1.24, and 1.78 μg/L in colorimetric, fluorescent, and photothermal modes, respectively. Interestingly, these reactive events could be programmed by the classical Boolean logic gate analysis to offer a novel promising avenue for the big data Internet of Things monitoring and warning early residual EC in a more intelligent, dynamical, fast, and accurate manner, safeguarding food safety.

The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the circulation of non-SARS-CoV-2 respiratory viruses. In this study, we carried out wastewater surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A virus (IAV) in three key port cities in China through real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Next, a novel machine learning algorithm (MLA) based on Gaussian model and random forest model was used to predict the epidemic trajectories of SARS-CoV-2 and IAV. The results showed that from February 2023 to January 2024, three port cities experienced two waves of SARS-CoV-2 infection, which peaked in late-May and late-August 2023, respectively. Two waves of IAV were observed in the spring and winter of 2023, respectively with considerable variations in terms of onset/offset date and duration. Furthermore, we employed MLA to extract the key features of epidemic trajectories of SARS-CoV-2 and IAV from February 3rd, to October 15th, 2023, and thereby predicted the epidemic trends of SARS-CoV-2 and IAV from October 16th, 2023 to April 22nd, 2024, which showed high consistency with the observed values. Congenital birth defects (CBD) play a significant role in causing child mortality globally. The incidence and mortality of CBD vary widely across countries, and the underlying causes for this divergence remain incompletely comprehended. We conducted an analysis to investigate the relationship between the incidence and mortality of CBD in 189 countries and their Human Development Index (HDI). In this study, CBD data from 189 countries was used from the Global Burden of Diseases Study (GBD) 2019, and HDI data was collected for the same countries. Later, the relationship between CBD and HDI was analyzed, and the impact of gross national income (GNI) per capita, expected years of schooling, mean years of schooling and life expectancy at birth was quantified using principal component regression. The age-standardized incidence rate (ASIR) varied between 66.57 to 202.24 per 100,000, with a 95% uncertainty interval (UI) of 57.20-77.51 and 165.87-241.48 respectively. The age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) also showed a rang from 1.38 to 26.53 (14.03-39.90) per 100,000, with the 95%UI of 0.91-2.09 and 14.03-39.90 respectively. Both the incidence and mortality rates of CBD decreased with the increased HDI (incidence: r = -0.38, p < 0.001, mortality: r = -0.77, p < 0.001). Our investigation revealed significant variations in the incidence and mortality of CBD among countries with different development levels. In conclusion, the global incidence and mortality of CBD vary significantly among countries, possibly due to differences in the accessibility of health services.

This study used the horizontal tubular heating furnace to explore the melting potential of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) incinerator fly ash and mechanical grate furnace (MGF) incinerator fly ash. The horizontal cyclone melting furnace was then built to explore further the feasibility of scale melting of MSWI fly ash. The melting characteristic temperature, amorphous content, and heavy metal leaching concentration characterized the melting potential and solidification effect of MSWI fly ash. The experimental results show that the amorphous content of CFB fly ash after melting is up to 92.37%, and the volatilization rate of heavy metals Zn, Pb, and Ni does not exceed 30%. MGF fly ash exhibits the "sintering into shells" phenomenon during heating, and the leaching concentrations of heavy metals Pb in the sintered products still exceed the standard limits. In addition, the volatilization rates of heavy metals Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Cr, and Ni in Slag II are above 50%, and the volatilization rate of Cr reaches 85%. So, slag's amorphous content also affects heavy metals' volatilization rate. The MSWI fly ash melting characteristic temperature decreases with the decrease of alkalinity value. When the alkalinity value drops to 0.6, the melting characteristic temperature reaches its lowest value. Mixing 80% CFB fly ash or 50% MGF bottom ash into MGF fly ash can significantly enhance the melting potential to reduce hazardous waste. When using the horizontal cyclone melting furnace to process MSWI fly ash on a large scale, MSWI fly ash achieves an excellent melting effect with an amorphous content of over 93% at the positions of the furnace middle section, inner tail cone, slag discharge outlet, and flue gas outlet. The digestive characteristics of wheat starch are closely related to human health. However, the digestive mechanisms of distinct wheat starch granules are not well understood. To address this problem, A- and B-type wheat starch granules (AWS and BWS, respectively) were digested in vitro and the structural evolution of the digestive remnants was compared. After stomach-intestinal digestion of AWS, its crystallinity decreased from 12.75 % to 6.65 %, its fractal dimension decreased from 3.12 to 2.35, and the median particle size decreased from 20.613 to 10.135 μm. Additionally, the number of short chains (polymerization degree<14) and thermodynamic stability decreased after digestion. For BWS, Fourier transform infrared ratio of 1047/1022 cm -1 and 995/1022 cm -1 increased from 0.665 and 0.725 to 0.990 and 0.800, respectively. The median particle size decreased from 5.480 to 4.769 μm. An enzyme-resistant scattering peak was observed in the 1.35 nm -1 lamellar structure. Additionally, the number of B 2 and B 3 chains and the thermodynamic stability increased after digestion. Our study confirmed that BWS is more likely than AWS to form enzyme-resistant structures during digestion. Insect gut microbiota and their metabolites play a significant role in the shaping of hosts' diets and feeding habits. We conducted 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing on the gut microbiota of specialist blister beetle larvae that feed on locust eggs and artificial food at different instars, to explore the relationship between gut microbiota and the specialized feeding habit of the blister beetle larvae. There is no significant difference in the gut microbial structure among the second to the fourth instar larvae under the same rearing conditions, but the gut microbial structure of the first instar larvae was significantly different from the second to the fourth instar larvae fed by different diets. Bacteria associated with polysaccharide utilization are relatively barren in first instar larvae. Compared to the carbohydrate content between the artificial diet and locust eggs, we speculate that an excessive amount of polysaccharides in the artificial diet may be detrimental to the growth and development of first instar larvae. Gut microbiota of the second to the fourth instar larvae fed with different diets significantly differ in microbial community structure. The different bacteria, especially the metabolism-related intestinal bacteria in locust eggs-fed larvae, may help the hosts adapt to the environment and contribute to the production of active ingredients. The relative abundance of polysaccharide utilization-related bacteria was significantly higher in the artificial diet-fed larvae compared to the locust eggs-fed larvae, which showed the same result when compared to the first instar larvae. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) employ a very unique metabolic pattern to maintain themselves, while the spectrum of their metabolic adaptations remains incompletely understood. Here, we uncover a distinct and heterogeneous serine metabolism within HSCs and identify mouse HSCs as a serine auxotroph whose maintenance relies on exogenous serine and the ensuing mitochondrial serine catabolism driven by the hydroxymethyltransferase 2 (SHMT2)-methylene-tetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase 2 (MTHFD2) axis. Mitochondrial serine catabolism primarily feeds NAD(P)H generation to maintain redox balance and thereby diminishes ferroptosis susceptibility of HSCs. Dietary serine deficiency, or genetic or pharmacological inhibition of the SHMT2-MTHFD2 axis, increases ferroptosis susceptibility of HSCs, leading to impaired maintenance of the HSC pool. Moreover, exogenous serine protects HSCs from irradiation-induced myelosuppressive injury by fueling mitochondrial serine catabolism to mitigate ferroptosis. The development of an efficient and environmentally friendly dust suppressant is crucial to address the issue of dust pollution in limestone mines. Leveraging the synergistic microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) technology involving NaHCO 3 and dodecyl glucoside (APG), the optimal ratio of the dust suppressant was determined through single-factor and response surface tests. The dust suppression efficacy and mechanisms were analyzed through performance testing and microscopic imaging techniques, indicating that the optimal ratio of the new microbial dust suppressant was 20% mineralized bacteria cultured for 72 h, 0.647 mol L -1 cementing solution, 3.142% NaHCO 3 , and 0.149% APG. Under these conditions, the yield of calcium carbonate increased by 24.89% as compared to when no NaHCO 3 was added. The dust suppressant demonstrated excellent wind, moisture, and rain resistance, as well as curing ability. More calcite was formed in the dust samples after treatment, and the stable form of the dust suppressant contributed to consolidating the limestone dust into a cohesive mass. These findings indicate that the synergistic effect of NaHCO 3 and APG significantly enhanced the dust suppression capabilities of the designed microbial dust suppressant., (© 2024. Two-dimensional (2D) materials with excellent properties and widespread applications have been explosively investigated. However, their conventional synthetic methods exhibit concerns of limited scalability, complex purification process, and incompetence of prohibiting their restacking. The blowing strategy, characterized by gas-template, low-cost, and high-efficiency, presents a valuable avenue for the synthesis of 2D-based foam materials and thereby addresses these constraints. Whereas, its comprehensive introduction has been rarely outlined so far. This review commences with a synopsis of the blowing strategy, elucidating its development history, the statics and kinetics of the blowing process, and the choice of precursor and foaming agents. Thereafter, we dwell at length on across-the-board foams enabled by the blowing route, like B x C y N z foams, carbon foams, and diverse composite foams consisting of carbon and metal compounds. Following that, a wide-ranging evaluation of the functionality of the foam products in fields such as energy storage, electrocatalysis, adsorption, etc . is discussed, revealing their distinctive strength originated from the foam structure. Finally, after concluding the current progress, we provide some personal discussions on the existing challenges and future research priorities in this rapidly developing method.

Background: Increased oxidative stress (OS) activity following intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) had significantly impacting patient prognosis. Identifying optimal genes associated with OS could enhance the understanding of OS after ICH., Methods: We employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to investigate the heterogeneity of OS across various cellular tiers following ICH, aiming to acquire biological insights into ICH. We utilized AUCell, Ucell, singscore, ssgsea, and AddModuleScore algorithms, along with correlation analysis, to identify hub genes influencing high OS post-ICH. Furthermore, we employed four machine learning algorithms, eXtreme Gradient Boosting, Boruta, Random Forest, and Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator, to identify the optimal feature genes. To validate the accuracy of our analysis, we conducted validation in ICH animal experiments., Results: After analyzing the scRNA-seq dataset using various algorithms, we found that OS activity exhibited heterogeneity across different cellular layers following ICH, with particularly heightened activity observed in monocytes. Further integration of bulk data and machine learning algorithms revealed that ANXA2 and COTL1 were closely associated with high OS after ICH. Our animal experiments demonstrated an increase in OS expression post-ICH. Additionally, the protein expression of ANXA2 and COTL1 was significantly elevated and co-localized with microglia. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis revealed a significant correlation between ANXA2 and OS, indicating strong consistency (r = 0.84, p < 0.05). Similar results were observed for COTL1 and OS (r = 0.69, p < 0.05)., Conclusions: Following ICH, ANXA2 and COTL1 might penetrate the brain via monocytes, localize within microglia, and enhance OS activity. Objective: This study aims to evaluate a novel prone position ventilation device designed to enhance patient safety, improve comfort, and reduce adverse events, facilitating prolonged tolerance in critically ill patients., Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 60 critically ill patients from January 2020 to June 2023. Of which, one self-discharged during treatment and another was terminated due to decreased oxygenation, leaving an effective sample of 58 patients. Patients were allocated to either a control group receiving traditional prone positioning aids (ordinary sponge pads and pillows) or an intervention group using a newly developed adjustable prone positioning device. A subset of patients in each group also received life support technologies such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). We assessed prone position ventilation tolerance, oxygen saturation increments postintervention, duration of prone positioning, CRRT filter lifespan, and the incidence of adverse events., Results: The intervention group exhibited significantly longer average tolerance to prone positioning (16.6 hours vs. 8.3 hours, P < 0.001 with a difference of 8.3 (4.4, 12.2) hours), higher increases in oxygen saturation postventilation (9% vs. 6%, P < 0.001 with a difference of 3.0 (1.5, 4.5)), and reduced time required for medical staff to position patients (11.7 min vs. 21.8 min, P < 0.001 with a difference of -10.1 (-11.9, -8.3)). Adverse events, including catheter displacement or blockage, facial edema, pressure injuries, and vomiting or aspiration, were markedly lower in the intervention group, with statistical significance ( P < 0.05). Sound Event Detection and Localization (SELD) is a comprehensive task that aims to solve the subtasks of Sound Event Detection (SED) and Sound Source Localization (SSL) simultaneously. The task of SELD lies in the need to solve both sound recognition and spatial localization problems, and different categories of sound events may overlap in time and space, making it more difficult for the model to distinguish between different events occurring at the same time and to locate the sound source. In this study, the Dual-conv Coordinate Attention Module (DCAM) combines dual convolutional blocks and Coordinate Attention, and based on this, the network architecture based on the two-stage strategy is improved to form the SELD-oriented Two-Stage Dual-conv Coordinate Attention Model (TDCAM) for SELD. TDCAM draws on the concepts of Visual Geometry Group (VGG) networks and Coordinate Attention to effectively capture critical local information by focusing on the coordinate space information of the feature map and dealing with the relationship between the feature map channels to enhance the feature selection capability of the model. To address the limitation of a single-layer Bi-directional Gated Recurrent Unit (Bi-GRU) in the two-stage network in terms of timing processing, we add to the structure of the two-layer Bi-GRU and introduce the data enhancement techniques of the frequency mask and time mask to improve the modeling and generalization ability of the model for timing features. Through experimental validation on the TAU Spatial Sound Events 2019 development dataset, our approach significantly improves the performance of SELD compared to the two-stage network baseline model. Furthermore, the effectiveness of DCAM and the two-layer Bi-GRU structure is confirmed by performing ablation experiments.

Air sensitivity remains a substantial barrier to the commercialization of sodium (Na)-layered oxides (NLOs). This problem has puzzled the community for decades because of the complexity of interactions between air components and their impact on both bulk and surfaces of NLOs. We show here that water vapor plays a pivotal role in initiating destructive acid and oxidative degradations of NLOs only when coupled with carbon dioxide or oxygen, respectively. Quantification analysis revealed that reducing the defined cation competition coefficient (η), which integrates the effects of ionic potential and sodium content, and increasing the particle size can enhance the resistance to acid attack, whereas using high-potential redox couples can eliminate oxidative degradation. These findings elucidate the underlying air deterioration mechanisms and rationalize the design of air-stable NLOs.

WRKY transcription factors (TFs) can participate in plant biological stress responses and play important roles. SlWRKY80 was found to be differentially expressed in the Mi-1 - and Mi-3 -resistant tomato lines by RNA-seq and may serve as a key node for disease resistance regulation. This study used RNAi to determine whether SlWRKY80 silencing could influence the sensitivity of 'M82' ( mi-1 / mi-1 )-susceptible lines to M. incognita . Further overexpression of this gene revealed a significant increase in tomato disease resistance, ranging from highly susceptible to susceptible, combined with the identification of growth (plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area) and physiological (soluble sugars and proteins; root activity) indicators, clarifying the role of SlWRKY80 as a positive regulatory factor in tomato defense against M. incognita . Based on this phenomenon, a preliminary exploration of its metabolic signals revealed that SlWRKY80 stimulates different degrees of signaling, such as salicylic acid (SA), jasmonic acid (JA), and ethylene (ETH), and may synergistically regulate reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation and scavenging enzyme activity, hindering the formation of feeding sites and ultimately leading to the reduction of root gall growth. To our knowledge, SlWRKY80 has an extremely high utilization value for improving tomato resistance to root-knot nematodes and breeding.

The electrochemical corrosion behaviors of Ti 3 SiC 2 /Cu composites in harsh media including dilute HNO 3 and concentrated H 2 SO 4 were studied in detail and the related corrosion mechanisms were explored. Under open-circuit potential, the corrosion resistance of Ti 3 SiC 2 /Cu in dilute HNO 3 was worse than that in concentrated H 2 SO 4 . In dilute HNO 3 , Ti 3 SiC 2 /Cu exhibited a typical passivation character with a narrow passivation interval. During the corrosion process, the dissolution of Cu-Si compounds resulted in the destruction of the passivation layer on the surface. Additionally, with the increasing of the potentials, the oxidation of Cu and Si atoms led to the generation of the oxide film again on the surface. In concentrated H 2 SO 4 , the Ti 3 SiC 2 /Cu composite was covered by a double-layered passivation layer, which was composed of an internal layer of TiO 2 and an external layer of Cu 2 O and SiO 2 . This was because Cu diffused into the surface and was oxidized into Cu 2 O, which formed a denser oxidized film with SiO 2 . In addition, it was found that Ti 3 SiC 2 /Cu has better corrosion resistance in concentrated H 2 SO 4 .

Objective: Myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) plays a crucial role in diagnosing ischemia, infarction, masses and other cardiac conditions. In the realm of MCE image analysis, accurate and consistent myocardial segmentation results are essential for enabling automated analysis of various heart diseases. However, current manual diagnostic methods in MCE suffer from poor repeatability and limited clinical applicability. MCE images often exhibit low quality and high noise due to the instability of ultrasound signals, while interference structures can further disrupt segmentation consistency., Methods: To overcome these challenges, we proposed a deep-learning network for the segmentation of MCE. This architecture leverages dilated convolutions to capture high-scale information without sacrificing positional accuracy and modifies multi-head self-attention to enhance global context and ensure consistency, effectively overcoming issues related to low image quality and interference. Furthermore, we also adapted the cascade application of transformers with convolutional neural networks for improved segmentation in MCE., Results: In our experiments, our architecture achieved the best Dice score of 84.35% for standard MCE views compared with that of several state-of-the-art segmentation models. For non-standard views and frames with interfering structures (mass), our models also attained the best Dice scores of 83.33% and 83.97%, respectively., Conclusion: These studies proved that our architecture is of excellent shape consistency and robustness, which allows it to deal with segmentation of various types of MCE. Background: This study aimed to determine the postoperative intestinal functioning, quality of life (QoL), and psychological well-being of patients treated either with organ-preserving surgery (OPS) or organ-resection surgery (ORS) for high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HIN) or T1 colorectal cancer (CRC)., Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted at a single tertiary care center. In total, 175 eligible individuals with T1 CRC or HIN were divided into the OPS (n = 103) or ORS (n = 72) group based on whether the relevant segment of the intestine was preserved or resected. Intestinal function was evaluated using low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) scores. QoL was evaluated using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC-QLQ)-C30 and EORTC-QLQ-CR29. Psychological status was evaluated using the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form and the Self-rating Anxiety and Depression scales. Propensity score matching (PSM) was used to minimize the influence of potential confounders., Results: Overall, 130 of 175 patients (74.29%) responded to the questionnaires; 56 and 74 were in the ORS and OPS groups, respectively. Thirty-five patient pairs were successfully matched through PSM. The mild and severe LARS rates were significantly higher in the ORS group than in the OPS group (P < 0.001). The EORTC-QLQ-C30 and EORTC-QLQ-CR29 scores revealed significantly better physical, role, and emotional functioning and an overall improved state of health (with multiple reduced symptom scores) in the OPS group than in the ORS group (P < 0.05). Significantly more patients were depressed in the ORS group than in the OPS group (P = 0.034), whereas anxiety or fear of disease progression did not differ significantly between the groups., Conclusions: OPS for the treatment of HIN or T1 CRC was found to be more advantageous for patients in terms of improved intestinal function, QoL, and psychological status than was ORS., (© 2024. Vanadium tetrasulfide (VS 4 ) is one of the most promising cathodic materials for rechargeable magnesium battery systems (RMBSs). Elemental substitution to expand layers, creation of sulfur vacancies, and reduction of particle sizes of VS 4 are undoubtedly effective strategies to enhance cathodic performances. Experimental and DFT analysis revealed that valence states of vanadium and cobalt have been elevated from V 2+ to V 3+ and Co 2+ to Co 3+ in VS 4 and that the Co-S bond length shortened due to cobalt substitution, which resulted in enhanced overall internal polarization in the layered atomic structure of VS 4 by increasing cobalt concentrations. This phenomenon of charge accumulation contributes toward regulated magnesiation and accommodated volume expansion while cycling, resulting in the enormous structural stability of VS 4 and sustainable battery performance during a long and stable cycling at a cost of 20% capacity diminution as compared to pristine VS 4 in RMBS. Hence, 9% CoVS 4 demonstrated a capacity of 158 mAh g -1 at a current density of 500 mA g -1 with approximately 98% capacity retention after 1000 cycles. Sustainable cathodic performance is the most desirous feature for commercialization. This work provides insight realization regarding structural limitations and opportunities of VS 4 for sustainable cathodic performances in RMBS with non-nucleophilic 0.25 mol/L (R-PhOMgCI) 2 -A1Cl 3 /THF (PMC) electrolyte and has laid a theoretical plus experimental foundation for future developments.

The fraudulent adulteration of goat milk with cheaper and more available milk of other species such as cow milk is occurrence. The aims of the present study were to investigate the effect of goat milk adulteration with cow milk on the mid-infrared (MIR) spectrum and further evaluate the potential of MIR spectroscopy to identify and quantify the goat milk adulterated. Goat milk was adulterated with cow milk at 5 different levels including 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. Statistical analysis showed that the adulteration had significant effect on the majority of the spectral wavenumbers. Then, the spectrum was preprocessed with standard normal variate (SNV), multiplicative scattering correction (MSC), Savitzky-Golay smoothing (SG), SG plus SNV, and SG plus MSC, and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and partial least squares regression (PLSR) were used to establish classification and regression models, respectively. PLS-DA models obtained good results with all the sensitivity and specificity over 0.96 in the cross-validation set. Regression models using raw spectrum obtained the best result, with coefficient of determination (R 2 ), root mean square error (RMSE), and the ratio of performance to deviation (RPD) of cross-validation set were 0.98, 2.01, and 8.49, respectively. The results preliminarily indicate that the MIR spectroscopy is an effective technique to detect the goat milk adulteration with cow milk. Here we designed enantiomeric lipid-mimetic glutamic acid derivatives (L/D-UG) and investigated their self-assembled chiral nanostructures and performance with the protein adsorption as well as the osteogenesis. It was found that L or D-UG can self-assemble into vesicle bilayers and two-dimensional (2D) nanocrystals via a kinetic and thermodynamic control, respectively. These chiral vesicles and 2D crystals showed differentiated adsorption of proteins by their curvature and chirality. Specifically, fibronectin constituted by L-amino acids adsorbed preferentially on L-UG 2D crystal in a semi-random pattern and L-2D nanocrystal show as the most effective structures to promote bone regeneration. The recent advent of in-context learning (ICL) capabilities in large pre-trained models has yielded significant advancements in the generalization of segmentation models. By supplying domain-specific image-mask pairs, the ICL model can be effectively guided to produce optimal segmentation outcomes, eliminating the necessity for model fine-tuning or interactive prompting. However, current existing ICL-based segmentation models exhibit significant limitations when applied to medical segmentation datasets with substantial diversity. To address this issue, we propose a dual similarity checkup approach to guarantee the effectiveness of selected in-context samples so that their guidance can be maximally leveraged during inference. We first employ large pre-trained vision models for extracting strong semantic representations from input images and constructing a feature embedding memory bank for semantic similarity checkup during inference. Assuring the similarity in the input semantic space, we then minimize the discrepancy in the mask appearance distribution between the support set and the estimated mask appearance prior through similarity-weighted sampling and augmentation. We validate our proposed dual similarity checkup approach on eight publicly available medical segmentation datasets, and extensive experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method significantly improves the performance metrics of existing ICL-based segmentation models, particularly when applied to medical image datasets characterized by substantial diversity.
