Abstract

Gastrointestinal malignancies are one of the major worldwide health concerns. In the present review, we have assessed the plausible therapeutic implication of Ursolic Acid (UA) against gastrointestinal cancer. By modulating several signaling pathways critical in cancer development, UA could offer anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and anti-metastatic properties. However, being of low oral bioavailability and poor permeability, its clinical value is restricted. To deliver and protect the drug, liposomes and polymer micelles are two UA nanoformulations that can effectively increase medicine stability. The use of UA for treating cancers is safe and appropriate with low toxicity characteristics and a predictable pharmacokinetic profile. Although the bioavailability of UA is limited, its nanoformulations could emerge as an alternative to enhance its efficacy in treating GI cancers. Further optimization and validation in the clinical trials are necessary. The combination of molecular profiling with nanoparticle-based drug delivery technologies holds the potential for bringing UA to maximum efficacy, looking for good prospects with GI cancer treatment. 14. Speculation of Stock Marketing Using Advanced Recursive Techniques

Abstract

In the current scenario, the economic status of countries is dependent on stock markets. However, predicting the future prices of any stock is a multifaceted task, as the nature of data is complex and unstructured in nature, which is difficult understand. The focus of the study relies on applying deep neural techniques with regression-based application to discover knowledge from financial databases. The authors have applied LSTM, an advanced version of RNN, and regression-based methods such as ARIMA for predicting future prices of stocks. The study was supported by implementing the techniques on real-world data that was captured from SBI for 6 years. The data has significant opening and closing prices of stock markets. To implement the current study approach, the authors have utilized Python language, where result predicts various performance parameters such as MAE, MSE, RMSE, and bias for both LSTM as well as ARIMA. The performance matrix of LSTM and ARIMA were compared for MAE (mean absolute error) for LSTM, which is 4.32, whereas for ARIMA is 3.83. Also, MSE (mean squared error) value for LSTM is 29.52, for ARIMA was 24.53, and RMSE (root mean squared error) for LSTM and ARIMA are 5.43 and 4.95. The overall accuracy of both of the algorithm were widely applied for real-world prediction among the stock market analysis.

15. Advancement and applicability of classifiers for variant exponential model to optimize the accuracy for deep learning

Abstract

The exploratory increment in database technology has facilitated researchers and scientist’s throughout the globe to determine best possible knowledge for discovery of hidden patterns and rules among large databases. Unfortunately, several technologies were intervened to measure the hidden patterns but tend to be incompetent, but soft computing techniques solely evaluated the different application domains and its success has potentially driven in prediction of future prognosis. In proposed study we have generalized our approach to discover a combinational model to measure the accuracy among the applicability of the classifiers. A soft computing solutions that we have utilized three different classifiers such as Random Forest, Naïve Bayes and K Nearest Neighbor with pancreatic cancer datasets utilizing varied training test data and ten fold cross validation techniques. Further, varied performance indicators were utilized to measure accuracy among the classifiers which include Area under Curve, F measure, Specificity and others. The Experimental results prove that the proposed approach can benefit end users to discriminate diversified method which can explicitly has potentially higher performance.

17. Flavonoid-Mediated Suppression of Tumor Angiogenesis: Roles of Ang-Tie/PI3K/AKT.

Abstract

Angiogenesis is a process involved in the formation of new blood capillaries from pre-existing ones. It is regulated by several anti-angiogenic molecules involved in tumor growth and metastasis. The endothelial angiopoietin Ang-Tie/PI3K/AKT growth receptor pathway is necessary for healthy vascular development. The activation of AKT is controlled by a multistep process involving phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K). This article aims to provide an overview of the role and mechanism of the Ang-Tie/PI3K/AKT signaling pathways and the potential of flavonoids as anti-angiogenic drugs. Flavonoids have shown great potential in preventing angiogenesis by targeting signaling pathways and exhibit additional anti-cancer properties. Research studies have revealed that the currently available anti-angiogenic drugs do not meet the safety and efficacy standards for treating tumor growth. Phytocompounds have long been a valuable resource for the development of novel therapeutic drugs. This article explores recent findings explaining the role and mechanism of the Ang-Tie/PI3K/AKT signaling pathways, as well as the interaction of flavonoids with angiogenic signaling pathways as a novel therapeutic approach. Several investigations have shown that synergistic studies of natural phytocompounds have great potential to target these pathways to inhibit tumor growth. Therefore, flavonoid-based medications may offer a more effective synergistic strategy to treat cancer.
