En cualquier organización es de vital importancia tener una gestión fiscal que permita actualizar todas sus obligaciones, para no correr riesgo de afectar su supervivencia corporativa; por lo que se plantea determinar la relación existente entre contingencias fiscales y obligaciones tributarias de las empresas multiservicios del Distrito de Huancavelica-Perú. Metodológicamente se siguió una investigación del tipo observacional-descriptivo para lo que utilizaron 31 compañías de la región las que fueron encuestadas. Para lo que se empleó estadística descriptiva. Lo que arrojó que el 45,2% desconocen las contingencias fiscales y el 42% tienen nociones sobre las obligaciones tributarias. Los resultados de la correlación de Spearman apuntaron a la presencia de una relación inversa, por lo que a menor capacidad de afrontar las contingencias fiscales mayores serán las obligaciones tributarias infringidas, incidiendo directamente en la rentabilidad. Se concluye que las microempresas del Distrito Huancavelica están propensas a cometer contingencias fiscales como infracciones tributarias, evasión de impuestos.

Resumen Este estudio busca abordar cómo se investiga el contexto comunicativo latinoamericano desde la academia española. En el ámbito metodológico, se emplea el meta análisis para radiografiar los artículos científicos y proyectos de investigación y desarrollo publicados en España entre 2007 y 2018, que han abordado el contexto latinoamericano como objeto de estudio. De forma complementaria se incluyen entrevistas semiestructuradas con expertos latinoamericanos del campo académico que facilitan la comprensión de algunas de las mediaciones institucionales que han intervenido en la configuración de esos estudios. Esta combinación de métodos permite la triangulación de resultados y la discusión sobre los horizontes de la investigación, sobre Latinoamérica desarrollada en España. Como resultados se detecta el carácter mayoritariamente empírico de la producción científica española que versa sobre América Latina. Además, se observa una ausencia de agendas investigadoras implicadas con la transformación social y con las necesidades comunicativas de las comunidades y territorios de América Latina.

Infographics have been recognised as effective visual tools for concise and accessible communication of data and information in various higher education disciplines, particularly in medical education. However, there is a lack of research on their impact on professional skills, difficulty levels, motivation, and overall satisfaction in health science students. Thus, the present study aimed to analyse the knowledge and usage of graphical resources among health science students and evaluate their competencies, the level of challenge they encountered, and their motivation and satisfaction after completing an infographic creation activity. The InfoHealth educational innovation project, conducted by five teachers from the Faculty of Medicine, served as the context for this study, with 143 students voluntarily participating. The intervention involved students working in groups of 2–3 and selecting their own topics for the infographics while receiving instruction, online guidance, and feedback from teachers. A questionnaire was administered to assess students’ perception of skill development and satisfaction with the activity. The findings revealed that schemes were the most recognized and used graphical summaries, compared to synoptic tables and Venn diagrams. The activity led to an increase in professional skills acquisition, motivation, and satisfaction, positively impacting students’ interest in evidence-based practice and reinforcing their knowledge. This study highlights the potential of infographics as a pedagogical tool for competency development and student engagement in health science education, suggesting the need for further research comparing infographics with traditional study methods and involving multidisciplinary teams to promote essential skills for future clinical practice.

Island electricity generation systems (IES) pose challenges in the integration of renewable energies that are compatible with security of supply. This work proposes a methodology and a proposed decision tool that allows the optimization of the production of different generation systems, both renewable and non-renewable, setting a series of objectives such as the reduction of greenhouse gases (GHG), production costs and at the same time fulfilling the best coverage in dynamic response, security, scalability, and integration. This tool is based on operational research, mathematical optimization methods, specifically the simplex algorithm and the generalized reduced gradient (GRG) and proposes different combinations to achieve an energy production that meets the demand, minimizing fuel consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
