Multimodal freight transport allows switching among various modes of transportation to efficiently utilize transport facilities. A multimodal transport system incorporates geographical scales from global to local. Travel time estimation in a multi‐modal cargo transportation network is essential for enhancing supply chain (SC) and logistics operations. Accurate travel time prediction is of great importance for cargo transportation, as it enables SC participants to increase logistics efficiency and quality. It requires adequate input data, which can be generated. In recent times, the machine learning (ML) algorithm has been well‐suited to resolve complex and nonlinear relationships in the collected tracking data. This study designs a deep learning‐powered travel time estimation in multimodal freight transportation networks (DLTTE‐MFTN) technique. The goal of the DLTTE‐MFTN technique is to estimate the travel time using a hyperparameter‐tuned ensemble learning approach. To achieve this, the DLTTE‐MFTN method initially undergoes data pre‐processing to convert the input raw data into a useful format. In addition, the singular value decomposition (SVD) model can be applied for feature dimensionality reduction in multimodal transport data, considerably improving travel time prediction. Besides, the DLTTE‐MFTN method estimates travel time using an ensemble of three DL approaches including one‐dimensional convolutional neural network (1D‐CNN), stacked autoencoder (SAE) attention, and recurrent neural network (RNN). Finally, the hyperparameter tuning of the DL models takes place using the whale optimization algorithm (WOA). The performance analysis of the DLTTE‐MFTN method takes place using the Kaggle dataset. The fabricated sample show single-phase hexagonal structure. The hexagonal-shaped grains are seen in the field emission spectroscopy (FESEM) visuals of prepared hexaferrites. The oxidation states of every element present in the developed specimens are investigated using the X-ray photoelectron spectrophotometer scrutinized. The specific surface area (SSA) of the HF1 sample is 3.523 m 2 /g, whereas the band gap values of co-doped barium hexaferrites are found within the range of 1.61 to 1.75 eV. The magnetic analysis of developed hexaferrites indicates that increasing the concentration of Dy and Co, raised in the saturation magnetization and declines in coercivity. The conducted photocatalytic evaluations reveal that the removal efficiencies of 89.85%, 91.12%, and 94.36% are obtained for the prepared HF1, HF2, and HF3 hexaferrites after 90 min of natural irradiation. Moreover, the capability for the reusability of the synthesized hexaferrites is assessed over a series of five consecutive experimental cycles. Chickpea (Cicer arietinum) and Apricot (Prunus armeniaca) both are economically and nutritionally important, these both faces severe losses due to fungal Infections. For several fungal infections, traditional methods of management rely on chemical fungicideswhich have environmental and health risks. The in-vitro antifungal efficacy of myco-synthesized and bacteria-synthesized zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles against pathogens impacting chickpea and apricot is aimed to be compared in this review article. Evaluated for their antifungal effectiveness against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris in chickpea and Alternaria solani, myco-synthesized ZnO NPs generated from Trichoderma harzianum and bacteria-synthesized ZnO NPs were using a poisoned food approach, the study evaluated minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC), and inhibition zone diameter. At lower concentrations, myco-synthesized ZnO NPs shown better antifungal activity than their bacteria-synthesized counterparts, according to results. Surface changes, size, and concentration of nanoparticles were main determinants of antifungal activity. Background: Orphaned children are often deprived of quality care, making them more susceptible to diseases due to inadequate hand hygiene. The study aimed to assess the prevalence of hand hygiene practices and detect bacterial loads on children's hands before and after hygiene interventions in an orphanage school., Methods: The study enrolled all the orphan children registered with the Save Our Souls children's orphanage school in Pakistan. Handwashing practices and swab samples from the hand was collected to evaluate the impact of hand hygiene practices on bacterial load. The Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment model was used to predict the health risk., Results: The study identified the 2 most common bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The bacterial contamination was significantly reduced after the intervention (S aureus 166 Colony-forming unit (CFU) /mL and E coli 185 CFU/mL). The higher bacterial ingestion rate was attributed to hand contamination and increased bacteria transfer from hand to mouth., Conclusions: The multicomponent hand hygiene intervention showed improvement in accessibility to hand hygiene resources and practices.
