The development of artificial intelligence technology has promoted economic development and improved people’s living standards, but it will also cause many risks and uncertainties. The purpose of this paper is to create a reciprocal fairness model for artificial intelligence collaboration and explore the causal relationship and liability allocation in artificial intelligence criminal infringement cases based on Rabin’s theory. Through the Hande formula, the criteria for determining fault in the case, as well as the marginal costs and benefits of the aggressor’s use of AI to commit crimes, are calculated. Finally, based on the theory of behavioral game evolution, this paper discusses the cooperation law of the three parties under the regulation of the Criminal Procedure Law, and discusses the illegal cost of the illegal implementation of artificial intelligence from the amount of compensation. The results show that in 68,535 cases of using AI to commit crimes in 2022, the average compensation is 74,556.87 yuan, indicating that the cost of crime is much lower than the proceeds of crime. The proposed legal regulations and the prevention and control of AI technology risks can be practiced through this study’s practical relevance.

To solve the problems of low completeness of data collection and poor accuracy of evaluation of traditional sports training movement completion, this paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based DTW pose matching algorithm. Firstly, the sports postures are matched and evaluated for movements. Then define the limb angle deviation factor and calculate the deviation degree of each limb angle, output the limbs with a deviation degrees greater than the set standard, identify the deviated limbs that affect the overall movement standard, and realize the evaluation and result in the feedback of basic movements in sports training. Under the three feature extraction methods, the accuracy of the statistical value feature extraction algorithm, LR feature extraction algorithm and integrated feature extraction algorithm of the DTW poses matching algorithm were 91.12%, 96.84% and 96.54%, respectively. The accuracy rates of LDA, KNN, NB, CART and DTW algorithms were 25%, 43%, 32%, 33%, and 72%, respectively, when the other four models were used to compare the accuracy rates with the DTW pose matching algorithm. Among them, the accuracy of the DTW algorithm is significantly higher than the other four algorithms. Therefore, the artificial intelligence-based sports training management model proposed in this paper can significantly improve the current problems, such as difficulty in assessing the accuracy of sports movement training, inefficient supervision of teachers’ guidance to students, and difficulty for students to improve their movements directly, which has strong practical significance and application value.

With developments in global economic integration and the increase in future economic uncertainty, it is imperative to have the ability to predict future capital in relation to financial capital inflow and outflow predictions to ensure capital optimization is within a controllable range within the current macroeconomic environment and situation. This paper proposes an automated capital prediction strategy for the capital supply chain using time series analysis artificial intelligence methods. Firstly, to analyze the fluctuation and tail risk of the financial characteristics, the paper explores the financial characteristics for measuring the dynamic VaR from the perspectives of volatility, tail, and peak with the Bayesian peaks over threshold (POT) model. Following this, in order to make the modeling more refined, the forecast targets are split before modeling with seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) models and Prophet models. Finally, the time series modeling of the wavelet Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model is carried out using a two-part analysis method to determine the linear separated wavelet and non-linear embedded wavelet parts to predict strong volatility in financial capital. Taking the user capital flow of the Yu’e Bao platform, the results prove the feasibility and prediction accuracy of the innovative model proposed.

DeepMind, a research division of Alphabet Inc., has made a significant advancement in artificial intelligence (AI) by developing a system called AlphaGeometry that can solve complex geometry theorems better than previous computer programs. This breakthrough demonstrates the ability of AI to apply reasoning and planning to tasks, which is crucial for the development of artificial general intelligence (AGI). DeepMind created its own dataset of 100 million unique examples of geometric constructs to train AlphaGeometry, as there is not enough available data for AI systems to learn on their own. While the system is not immediately incorporated into Google's AI model Gemini, it could potentially be used as a mathematics tutor in the future. DeepMind has decided to open-source AlphaGeometry, making the code and model freely available to others. [Extracted from the article]

Background Visual perception of catheters and guidewires on x-ray fluoroscopy is essential for neurointervention. Endovascular robots with teleoperation capabilities are being developed, but they cannot 'see' intravascular devices, which precludes artificial intelligence (AI) augmentation that could improve precision and autonomy. Deep learning has not been explored for neurointervention and prior works in cardiovascular scenarios are inadequate as they only segment device tips, while neurointervention requires segmentation of the entire structure due to coaxial devices. Therefore, this study develops an automatic and accurate image-based catheter segmentation method in cerebral angiography using deep learning. Methods Catheters and guidewires were manually annotated on 3831 fluoroscopy frames collected prospectively from 40 patients undergoing cerebral angiography. We proposed a topology-aware geometric deep learning method (TAG-DL) and compared it with the state-of-the-art deep learning segmentation models, UNet, nnUNet and TransUNet. All models were trained on frontal view sequences and tested on both frontal and lateral view sequences from unseen patients. Results were assessed with centerline Dice score and tip-distance error. Results The TAG-DL and nnUNet models outperformed TransUNet and UNet. The best performing model was nnUNet, achieving a mean centerline-Dice score of 0.98 ±0.01 and a median tip-distance error of 0.43 (IQR 0.88) mm. Incorporating digital subtraction masks, with or without contrast, significantly improved performance on unseen patients, further enabling exceptional performance on lateral view fluoroscopy despite not being trained on this view. Conclusions These results are the first step towards AI augmentation for robotic neurointervention that could amplify the reach, productivity, and safety of a limited neurointerventional workforce. StarCraft is a popular real-time strategy game that has been widely used as a research platform for artificial intelligence. Micromanagement refers to the process of making each unit perform appropriate actions separately, depending on the current state in the the multi-agent system comprising all of the units, i.e., the fine-grained control of individual units for common benefit. Therefore, cooperation between different units is crucially important to improve the joint strategy. We have selected multi-agent deep reinforcement learning to tackle the problem of micromanagement. In this paper, we propose a method for learning cooperative strategies in StarCraft based on role-based montonic value function factorization (RoMIX). RoMIX learns roles based on the potential impact of each agent on the multi-agent task; it then represents the action value of a role in a mixed way based on monotonic value function factorization. The final value is calculated by accumulating the action value of all roles. The role-based learning improves the cooperation between agents on the team, allowing them to learn the joint strategy more quickly and efficiently. In addition, RoMIX can also reduce storage resources to a certain extent. Experiments show that RoMIX can not only solve easy tasks, but it can also learn better cooperation strategies for more complex and difficult tasks.

Photovoltaic (PV) power generation is pivotal to the energy strategies of various nations, yet it is plagued by significant security challenges. This paper proposes a large-scale neural network model that integrates time-domain and frequency-domain techniques for the detection of arc faults in PV systems. The algorithm leverages sequence decomposition to extract trend information from current signals, and then applies the Fourier transform to convert various encoded data into the frequency domain. Due to the sparsity of frequency-domain information, the computational cost of extracting and processing information in the frequency domain is minimal, resulting in high efficiency. The selectively extracted information is then input into a separate lightweight classifier for classification and recognition. The proposed intelligent framework not only effectively filters out high-frequency noise signals, but also demonstrates strong robustness against various disturbances, yielding exceptional recognition performance with an accuracy rate consistently surpassing 97$ \% $. Recently, artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) has been receiving increased attention and is growing exponentially. AIGC is generated based on the intentional information extracted from human-provided instructions by generative artificial intelligence (AI) models. AIGC quickly and automatically generates large amounts of high-quality content. Currently, there is a shortage of medical resources and complex medical procedures in medicine. Due to its characteristics, AIGC can help alleviate these problems. As a result, the application of AIGC in medicine has gained increased attention in recent years. Therefore, this paper provides a comprehensive review on the recent state of studies involving AIGC in medicine. First, we present an overview of AIGC. Furthermore, based on recent studies, the application of AIGC in medicine is reviewed from two aspects: medical image processing and medical text generation. The basic generative AI models, tasks, target organs, datasets and contribution of studies are considered and summarized. Finally, we also discuss the limitations and challenges faced by AIGC and propose possible solutions with relevant studies. We hope this review can help readers understand the potential of AIGC in medicine and obtain some innovative ideas in this field.

In this paper, the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation scheme is used to develop a neural network model for the examination of the fluid flow on a magnetized flat surface with slip boundaries. The tangent hyperbolic fluid is considered along with heat generation, velocity, and thermal slip effects at the surface. The problem is modelled in terms of a non-linear differential system and Lie symmetry is used to get the scaling group of transformation. The order reduction of differential equations is done by using Lie transformation. The reduced system is solved by the shooting method. The surface quantity, namely skin friction, is evaluated at the surface for the absence and presence of an externally applied magnetic field. A total of 88 sample values are estimated for developing an artificial neural network model to predict skin friction coefficient (SFC). Weissenberg number, magnetic field parameter, and power law index are considered three inputs in the first layer, while 10 neurons are taken in the hidden layer. 62 (70%), 13 (15%), and 13 (15%) samples are used for training, validation, and testing, respectively. The Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation is used to train the network by entertaining the random 62 sample values. Both mean square error and regression analysis are used to check the performance of the developed neural networking model. The SFC is noticed to be high at a magnetized surface for power law index and Weissenberg number.

With the deepening of Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation, the demand for enterprises for Japanese intercultural communication talents is increasing. In this paper, with the assistance of artificial intelligence, we constructed an innovative teaching mode of automatic association of Japanese expressions based on natural language processing technology and semantic analysis model of Japanese Literature, which deepens students’ understanding, memorization, and application of Japanese vocabulary by dispersing and associating the cultural context of Japanese Literature. The semantic similarity calculation parses participles and morphemes in Literature to find the vocabulary that can be substituted for the specified objects and form new example sentences. Finally, through the specific application of the innovative teaching mode by the Japanese language program of University X, the impact of the mode on the cultivation of students’ intercultural communicative competence was explored. The results show that the before-and-after difference in ICC competence in the class taught with the innovative mode is -10.134, while the before-and-after difference in the class prepared with the traditional mode is only -1.012, indicating that the proposed creative reform teaching mode has a pronounced effect on the cultivation of students’ intercultural communicative competence. This study realizes the digital reform of teaching the selected Japanese literature course and provides a reference path for cultivating students’ intercultural communicative competence.

The application of artificial intelligence technology in language learning, especially English teaching, is subverting the traditional learning mode. This paper discusses in depth the innovative strategies of English practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. It introduces an AI-assisted teaching system that synthesizes the reasoning mechanism, the student independent learning system and the mathematical model of knowledge forgetting. Through practical application, this study verifies the effectiveness of the system. The results showed that the grades of all students who used the AI system and had an average score of more than 60 did not decrease. There was a significant linear relationship between students’ engagement and grade improvement, indicating that the more serious the students were, the more influential the grade improvement was. In addition, there is a positive correlation between exam difficulty, passing rate and the number of high scores, and a negative correlation with the number of scores below 60, which verifies the reasonableness of the correlation coefficient. Students’ foreign language learning pleasure, burnout and self-efficacy have significant mean differences between the two classes, with p-values less than 0.05, indicating substantial differences. These findings confirm the effectiveness of the AI-assisted teaching system and provide valuable references for future teaching models.

In recent years, the development of artificial intelligence technology and theory has been rapid, and the application in language science has been gradually comprehensive and diversified, especially the accuracy rate of artificial intelligence for Chinese language is up to 90%. In the era of artificial intelligence, the effect of different structures and parameters of arithmetic models on Chinese language recognition varies greatly. Language science is an important research area for realizing machine-human communication, and accurate comprehension of the meaning of linguistic expressions is the key to realize communication. In this paper, we construct a speech system that is different from the traditional stable time series for the irreplaceable characteristics of artificial intelligence technology to improve Chinese language ability. A dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) is used for modeling and analysis, and a DBN construction method is investigated to import a hidden Markov model in a speech recognition system to reveal the interactions between nodes within multiple time slices. The accuracy of dynamic Bayesian networks in Chinese dialect inference algorithms is demonstrated using Matlab simulations to characterize the reliability of speech features using a speech spectrogram. It proves that artificial intelligence technology and Chinese language science are complementary and mutually reinforcing, showing a good and rapid development trend.

In the environment of increasing pace of globalization and informatization, the distributed internet has effectively mobilized people from all countries to participate in the discussion of Marxist theory, which makes Marxist theory enriched in a decentralized, multi-node manner for the first time under the wave of globalization. Although the modern emerging distributed internet is faster and more rapid than the traditional information media methods, its accuracy is subject to a greater impact. In this paper, we collect the information of text-video web pages through a crawler program, and after filtering through artificial intelligence retrieval technology to obtain the Marxist globalization theory and extract key information points, and delete irrelevant information. Then K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the information collected in the distributed internet to obtain the multidimensional interpretation of Marxist’s globalization theory. This method has been proved to be effective through a large number of experiments. The existing distributed internet has a large amount of data that can be used to train artificial intelligence and has good practical conditions. This method helps Marxists to make better use of information from multiple nodes. The theoretical perspectives of working people from various countries are constantly gathered and pushed forward while saving a lot of manpower, so that Marxism can be better adapted to the rapidly developing globalized society.

In order to improve the recognition accuracy of symphonic music contour, this paper constructs an intelligent music main melody recognition system based on artificial intelligence technology to make melody recognition with certain search adaptation capabilities. Based on the traditional melody recognition system, the fundamental tone sequence of symphony fragments is obtained by using the fundamental tone extraction and short-time autocorrelation function in the melody contour feature extraction algorithm, which is transformed into the melody contour sequence after regularization and merging to determine the similarity of the music melody signal itself. The wavelet transform method and radial basis function algorithm are used to improve the defects of monophonic discrimination in the traditional recognition model so that the artificial intelligence technique can effectively fit with the symphony recognition model of music melody contour. The experiments show that: The average recognition accuracy of the AI-based music melody recognition system is 90.5%, which is significantly better than 69.5% of Sound Hunter software and 76.5% of Shazam software. For the five monophonic chords, the system’s recognition accuracy is as high as 98.3%, especially in the field of hanging chords with significant recognition effects. It can be seen that the artificial intelligence-based music main melody recognition system provides a scientific and authoritative recognition means for the dissemination and development of symphonic music and is conducive to improving the recognition accuracy of symphonic melodies.

In order to explore the development path of Hunan embroidery under the vision of artificial intelligence, promote the digital regeneration and database construction of Hunan embroidery stitches, the communication, and interaction between Hunan embroidery brands and the public, and create more possibilities for revitalizing the culture and industrial development of non-heritage Hunan embroidery. In this paper, a mechanics model of Hunan embroidery stitch is established based on the finite element idea under the view of artificial intelligence. The single yarn in the yarn is regarded as a frictionless articulation of some rows of elastic rods with a circular cross-section. The elastic rod can only be subjected to axial force without a moment, and it is a uniform, continuous, and completely elastic isotropic body. Using the displacement method, the displacement of the unit node is taken as the basic unknown quantity, the displacement in the unit is assumed to be linearly distributed, and the displacement of any node in the unit is obtained by linear interpolation. The strain, stress, and stiffness matrices of the elastic rod unit are derived, the equilibrium equations are given, and a database is established. The results of the study showed that consumers of all age levels thought that the patterns representing Hunan embroidery mainly include Hunan characteristic landscapes, portraits of Hunan great men, traditional flowers, birds and animals, and totems of Chu culture, etc., among which Hunan characteristic landscape accounted for 54% of the largest proportion. It provides a development direction for the inheritance and protection of Hunan embroidery skills.

As a pearl in the treasury of Chinese traditional culture, taijiquan is the crystallization of the wisdom of the entire Chinese nation and contains a rich cultural connotation. Its role and influence in the field of cross-cultural studies is increasing as China’s comprehensive power grows. This paper aims to promote Chinese civilization and the essence of Taiji culture to the world. Through the artificial intelligence algorithm calculations, the path of international promotion of taijiquan is inferred. By using the implementation of taijiquan teaching programs in groups as a medium to promote the culture of taijiquan from groups to the world in all aspects, thus promoting cultural exchanges around the world and thus promoting the deeper development of Chinese martial arts culture. The results of the experiment showed that students, for example, were very curious about using VR technology to learn taijiquan at 27%. Most of the students were looking forward to learning taijiquan using VR technology, indicating that VR technology in the context of artificial intelligence is important for the public to understand taijiquan and to promote taijiquan internationally.

In order to study the influence of environmental protection and economic development level under artificial intelligence technology, and to help achieve the goal of carbon peak in China, this paper studies the coupling degree of socio-economic and ecological environment system, establishes the evaluation index system of coupling between socio-economic system and ecological environment system, calculates the weight of each evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation index by using entropy value assignment method, construct the coupling degree of two systems model, and empirically analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination socio-economic and eco-environmental systems. In addition, the comprehensive evaluation index of socio-economic and ecological environmental protection systems based on artificial intelligence technology was analyzed. The results show that AI technology benefits environmental protection, the urban economy and environmental protection as a whole are currently in a mutually beneficial symbiosis, and the two systems of ecological environment and high-quality economic development promote each other and develop together. The evaluation indexes of economic scale and economic capacity and social development as a whole are steadily increasing, from 0.00, 0.00, and 0.07 in 2010 to 0.28, 0.15, and 0.53 in 2019, respectively, where the evaluation indexes of economic scale and economic capacity are steadily increasing from 2010 to 2019 due to the rapid development of the tertiary industry, and the evaluation indexes of social development. The evaluation index of the economic scale, economic capacity, and social development drove the rapid development of the economy in 2012-2013, and the rapid development of the economy also led to the rapid development of society. After 2015, the coupling between the two systems has become more and more perfect.
