The gig economy and gig work have grown quickly in recent years and have drawn much attention from researchers in different fields. Because the platform mediated gig economy is a relatively new phenomenon, studies have produced a range of interesting findings; of interest here are the socio‐technical issues that this work has surfaced. This systematic literature review (SLR) provides a snapshot of a range of socio‐technical issues raised in the last 12 years of literature focused on the platform mediated gig economy. Based on a sample of 515 papers gathered from nine databases in multiple disciplines, 132 were coded that specifically studied the gig economy, gig work, and gig workers. Three main socio‐technical themes were identified: (1) the digital workplace, which includes information infrastructure and digital labor that are related to the nature of gig work and the user agency; (2) algorithmic management, which includes platform governance, performance management, information asymmetry, power asymmetry, and system manipulation, relying on a diverse set of technological tools including algorithms and big data analytics; (3) ethical design, as a relevant value set that gig workers expect from the platform, which includes trust, fairness, equality, privacy, and transparency. A social informatics perspective is used to rethink the relationship between gig workers and platforms, extract the socio‐technical issues noted in prior research, and discuss the underexplored aspects of the platform mediated gig economy. The results draw attention to understudied yet critically important socio‐technical issues in the gig economy that suggest short‐ and long‐term opportunities for future research directions. Traditional federated learning faces challenges such as high communication costs, structural heterogeneity,and insufficient privacy protection. To address these issues, this paper proposes a federated learning evolutionary algorithm that applies sparse evolutionary training algorithm to reduce communication costs and integrates local differential privacy protection for participants’ privacy. Additionally, it utilizes the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to optimize the network structure and sparsity of the global federated learning model, adjusting the relationship between data availability and privacy protection. This achieves a balance between the effectiveness, communication costs, and privacy of the global federated learning model. Experimental results under unstable communication environments demonstrate that, on the MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets, compared to the solution with the lowest error rate using the FNSGA-Ⅲ algorithm, the proposed algorithm improves communication efficiency by 57. 19% and 52. 17%, respectively. The participants also achieved（3. 46, 10-4） and（6. 52, 10-4）-local differential privacy. Within the context of fewest-switch surface hopping (FSSH) dynamics, one often wishes to remove the angular component of the derivative coupling between states J and K . In a previous set of papers, Shu et al. [J. Phys. Chem. Lett. 11, 1135–1140 (2020)] posited one approach for such a removal based on direct projection, while we isolated a second approach by constructing and differentiating a rotationally invariant basis. Unfortunately, neither approach was able to demonstrate a one-electron operator O ̂ whose matrix element J O ̂ K was the angular component of the derivative coupling. Here, we show that a one-electron operator can, in fact, be constructed efficiently in a semi-local fashion. Over the years the number of research publications per year is growing exponentially. Finding research papers of quality from the massive literature of relevant articles is a challenging and time-consuming task. The approaches in the latest literature address citation recommendation by utilizing large bibliographic information and use machine learning and deep learning methods for the task. These techniques clearly require a large amount of training data as well as machines with high processing power. To overcome these issues, we propose a novel method by modifying the popular hyperlink induced topic search (HITS), a web page ranking algorithm, as citation recommendation using hyperlink induced topic search (CR-HITS) that works on a directed and weighted heterogeneous bibliographic network containing diverse types of nodes and edges. We define effective scoring schemes for nodes and edges based on basic bibliographic information like citations of papers, number of publications of an author, etc. Given a few seed papers, the citation recommendation algorithm CR-HITS is run on small neighborhoods of the seed papers and hence the time taken by the execution is very small to yield the final recommendations. To the best of our knowledge, HITS has been used for the first time for the citation recommendation problem. We perform extensive experimentation on DBLP (version-11) and ACM (version-9) datasets and compare the results with many baseline methods in terms of MAP, MRR, and recall@N measures. The performance of the proposed algorithms is superior with respect to the MAP metric and matches the second best for the other two metrics. Since the top two algorithms use deep learning methods and use much larger bibliographic information including abstracts of the papers, we claim that our approach utilizes very low resources, yet yields recommendations that are very close to the top recommendations. The TFAHP-FAHP algorithm model constructed in this article can preferably avoid subjective assumptions caused by human factor. The new energy vehicle power battery is a core component for improving the performance of electric vehicles, and constitutes one of the most valuable parts of the invention patent for new energy vehicles. Patent pledge financing is a brand new form with great potential. However, as a result of the imperfect system of the patent pledge financing, banks and other financial institutions are exposed to an increased risk in the process of the patent pledge financing, which seriously limits the development of the patent pledge financing for power battery. In view of the above issues, this paper uses the SPSS reliability and validity tests in order to develop a relatively complete and accurate index system. TFAHP algorithm model and fuzzy comprehensive are combined to determine the final correction coefficient. In this study, the income method is used to determine the pledge valuation value of a new energy vehicle power battery patent portfolio, and the AHP algorithm method is used to determine the weight of the value of the invention patent portfolio within the patent portfolio. As a result, in this paper, the pledge value of the patent portfolio is multiplied by a proportion of the invention patent portfolio's value, and then multiplied by a correction coefficient to obtain the final new energy vehicle power battery invention patent portfolio pledge value. To solve the control problem of time-varying state-scale nonlinear systems whose initial state is not affected by settling time, fixed-time convergence algorithms are proposed for first-order systems and higher-order systems in this paper. First, a scalar model is used to illustrate how the time-varying feedback parameter can guarantee that the system achieves asymptotic stability while achieving finite-time convergence, and it is proved that the settling time obtained in this paper is only related to the prescribed boundary. This allows us to design the settling time with an appropriate parameter based on the prescribed boundary. To exhibit the effectiveness and extensibility of the proposed algorithm for first-order scalar systems, the results are subsequently extended to general higher-order systems based on the backstepping method. By introducing numerical simulation results, this paper verifies that the proposed algorithm will make the system achieve asymptotic stability and its output can converge to a given boundary, regardless of the system's initial states. The problem of finding optimal block designs can be formulated as a combinatorial optimization, but its resolution is still a formidable challenge. This paper presents a general and user-friendly algorithm, namely Modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO), to construct optimal or near-optimal block designs. It can be used for several classes of block designs such as binary, non-binary and test-control block designs with correlated or uncorrelated observations. In order to evaluate the algorithm, we compare our results with the optimal designs presented in some published papers. Research into cultural tastes has commonly sought to analyze and understand preferences in terms of notions of familiarity. Such approaches are inadequate, however, when it comes to examining our engagement with unfamiliar cultural content. This paper responds to this gap by examining how people respond to algorithmic recommendations of culture through a case study of unfamiliar Australian art music. It firstly identifies three different "techniques' by which audiences engage with and value music: functional, emotional, and intellectual. The analysis then examines how these techniques, together with measures of familiarity and the acoustic "materiality" of the music itself, combine to predict the affective ratings given to music recommendations. The findings show that audiences display a surprising capacity to engage with the unfamiliar. The paper argues for the need to develop more nuanced understandings of the relationship between familiarity and preferences which are capable of accommodating a taste for the unfamiliar. This paper aims to map out how the field of dynamic capabilities has developed since the seminal studies by Teece et al. (1997) and Eisenhardt and Martin (2000). We identified 10,838 papers and used the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm for topic modeling. We conducted two analyses: the first was based on the temporality and characteristics of the studies; the second was interpretative and based on the network of theoretical concepts. Results indicate an approximation between the ideas of the two seminal studies, which were initially viewed as opposite. We observe a movement to value relational issues, following a collective construction path, and paying less attention to the firm itself. Overall, we were able to understand the consolidation of the dynamic capabilities field; understand the core elements involved in the development of dynamic capabilities; set out the original and current concepts of dynamic capabilities; and indicate tendencies and a possible future research agenda. Advances in computer image recognition have significantly impacted many industries, including healthcare, security and autonomous systems. This paper aims to explore the potential of improving image algorithms to enhance computer image recognition. Specifically, we will focus on regression methods as a means to improve the accuracy and efficiency of identifying images. In this study, we will analyze various regression techniques and their applications in computer image recognition, as well as the resulting performance improvements through detailed examples and data analysis. This paper deals with the problems related to visual image processing in outdoor unstructured environment. Finally, the heterogeneous patterns are converted into the same pattern, and the heterogeneous patterns are extracted from the fusion features of data modes. In recent years, with the development of low‐earth orbit broadband satellites, the combination of multi‐path transmission and software‐defined networking (SDN) for satellite networks has seen rapid advancement. The integration of SDN and multi‐path transmission contributes to improving the efficiency of transmission and reducing network congestion. However, the current SDN controllers do not support the multi‐path QUIC protocol (MPQUIC), and the routing algorithm used in current satellite networks based on minimum hop count struggles to meet the real‐time requirements for some applications. Therefore, this paper designs and implements an SDN controller that supports the MPQUIC protocol and proposes a multi‐objective optimization‐based routing algorithm. This algorithm selects paths with lower propagation delays and higher available bandwidth for subflow transmission to improve transmission throughput. Considering the high‐speed mobility of satellite nodes and frequent link switching, this paper also designs a flow table update algorithm based on the predictability of satellite network topology. It enables proactive rerouting upon link switching, ensuring stable transmission. The performance of the proposed solution is evaluated through satellite network simulation environments. The experimental results highlight that SDN‐MPQUIC significantly improves performance metrics: it reduces average completion time by 37.3% to 59.3% compared to QSMPS and by 52.8% to 72.4% compared to Disjoint for files with different sizes. Additionally, SDN‐MPQUIC achieves an average throughput improvement of 81.4% compared to QSMPS and 147.8% compared to Disjoint, while demonstrating a 26.3% lower retransmission rate than QSMPS. Buildings are significant components of digital cities, and their precise extraction is essential for the three-dimensional modeling of cities. However, it is difficult to accurately extract building features effectively in complex scenes, especially where trees and buildings are tightly adhered. This paper proposes a highly accurate building point cloud extraction method based solely on the geometric information of points in two stages. The coarsely extracted building point cloud in the first stage is iteratively refined with the help of mask polygons and the region growing algorithm in the second stage. To enhance accuracy, this paper combines the Alpha Shape algorithm with the neighborhood expansion method to generate mask polygons, which help fill in missing boundary points caused by the region growing algorithm. In addition, this paper performs mask extraction on the original points rather than non-ground points to solve the problem of incorrect identification of facade points near the ground using the cloth simulation filtering algorithm. The proposed method has shown excellent extraction accuracy on the Urban-LiDAR and Vaihingen datasets. Specifically, the proposed method outperforms the PointNet network by 20.73% in precision for roof extraction of the Vaihingen dataset and achieves comparable performance with the state-of-the-art HDL-JME-GGO network. We have recently witnessed the rapid development of several emerging technologies, including the internet of things, which lead to a high interest in wireless sensor networks. Tiny sensor nodes are now important parts of a large number of complex systems, with numerous applications, including military, environment monitoring, and surveillance and body area sensor networks. A wireless sensor network builds the core part for IoT. Besides this, lifetime maximization is the biggest challenge in the wireless sensor network. Also, In a wireless sensor network, it is difficult to find an optimal node deployment approach that would minimize costs, be robust to node failures, decrease computing overhead and communication, and maintain a high degree of coverage and network connectivity. There is numerous literature addressed this challenge which is discussed in this paper; still there are lot many challenges yet to be addressed. Considering this scenario, in this paper, we propose a scheduled-based node deployment algorithm using Firefly Optimization (FA) to offer a circumstance where we have a group of target points that satisfy p-coverage and sensor nodes that satisfy q-connectivity, with subject to the selection of the optimal number of a sensor node that has the highest energy and minimum distance. The multiple parameters as no. of sensor nodes, distance, survivability factors, coverage, and connectivity of the sensor nodes are considered for designing the fitness function. A comprehensive statistical analysis is done using the simulation results to prove the proposed scheme's efficiency with other existing state-of-the-art methods under various p-coverage and q-connectivity configurations. This paper studies the forward–reflected–backward splitting algorithm with momentum terms for monotone inclusion problem of the sum of a maximal monotone and Lipschitz continuous monotone operators in Hilbert spaces. The forward–reflected–backward splitting algorithm is an interesting algorithm for inclusion problems with the sum of maximal monotone and Lipschitz continuous monotone operators due to the inherent feature of one forward evaluation and one backward evaluation per iteration it possesses. The results in this paper further explore the convergence behavior of the forward–reflected–backward splitting algorithm with momentum terms. We obtain weak, linear, and strong convergence results under the same inherent feature of one forward evaluation and one backward evaluation at each iteration. Numerical results show that forward–reflected–backward splitting algorithms with momentum terms are efficient and promising over some related splitting algorithms in the literature. Recently, many image encryption algorithms have been proposed. Part of them failed to pass the cryptanalysis test and were found to be unsecure. Some others were more secure and could resist the known cryptanalysis methods. Many of those recent schemes followed a well-known model that consists of encrypting the image's pixels using a variety of techniques and methods. Many algorithms were claimed to be secure and performant to be used in real applications. This paper investigates this claim by performing a comparative analysis between a chaotic algorithm recently proposed and the standard general purpose AES cryptosystem in a web application context. Effective nonlinear control of manipulators with dynamically coupled arms, like those with direct drives, is the subject of the paper. Model-based predictive control (MPC) algorithms with nonlinear state-space models and most recent disturbance attenuation technique are proposed. This technique makes controller design and online calculations simpler, avoiding necessity of dynamic modeling of disturbances or resorting to additional techniques like SMC. The core of the paper are computationally effective MPC-NPL (Nonlinear Prediction and Linearization) algorithms, where computations at every sample are divided into two parts: prediction of initial trajectories using nonlinear model, then optimization using simplified linearized model. For a comparison, a known CTC-PID algorithm, which is also model-based, is considered. It is applied in standard form and also proposed in more advanced CTC-PID2dof version. For all algorithms a comprehensive comparative simulation study is performed, for a direct drive manipulator under disturbances. Additional contribution of the paper is investigation of influence of sampling period and of computational delay time on performance of the algorithms, which is practically important when using model-based algorithms with fast sampling. This paper presents a novel real-time kinematic simulation algorithm for planar N-bar linkage mechanisms, both single- and multi-degrees-of-freedom, comprising revolute and/or prismatic joints and actuators. A key feature of this algorithm is a reinterpretation technique that transforms prismatic elements into a combination of revolute joint and links. This gives rise to a unified system of geometric constraints and a general-purpose solver which adapts to the complexity of the mechanism. The solver requires only two types of methods--fast dyadic decomposition and relatively slower optimization-based--to simulate all types of planar mechanisms. From an implementation point of view, this algorithm simplifies programming without requiring handling of different types of mechanisms. This versatile algorithm can handle serial, parallel, and hybrid planar mechanisms with varying degrees-of-freedom and joint types. Train wheels are crucial components for ensuring the safety of trains. The accurate and fast identification of wheel tread defects is necessary for the timely maintenance of wheels, which is essential for achieving the premise of conditional repair. Image-based detection methods are commonly used for detecting tread defects, but they still have issues with the misdetection of water stains and the leaking of small defects. In this paper, we address the challenges posed by the detection of wheel tread defects by proposing improvements to the YOLOv8 model. Firstly, the impact of water stains on tread defect detection is avoided by optimising the structure of the detection layer. Secondly, an improved SPPCSPC module is introduced to enhance the detection of small targets. Finally, the SIoU loss function is used to accelerate the convergence speed of the network, which ensures defect recognition accuracy with high operational efficiency. Validation was performed on the constructed tread defect dataset. The results demonstrate that the enhanced YOLOv8 model in this paper outperforms the original network and significantly improves the tread defect detection indexes. A charge and discharge management scheme is proposed. The stored electric energy in distributed storage devices will converge to the consistent. The consistency of the stored electric energy of the devices helps to maintain the maximum load capacity and maximum consumption capacity of distributed storage devices. The charging and discharging process is constructed as a time-varying optimization problem, and the proposed algorithm can respond to the time-varying parameters of the distributed storage devices in real time. The time-varying neurodynamic algorithms can obtain time-varying optimal solution trajectories to give the optimal charging and discharging strategy in real time. In addition, the proposed approach in this paper focuses on the privacy protection of device data. Each device can calculate the power of discharging or charging by communicating with the partially connected nodes. Numerical simulations of the proposed scheme in the paper are given to verify the effectiveness of the scheme. Numerical simulations show that our scheme can make the electric energy stored in each storage device converge and maintain the maximum load capacity or maximum consumption capacity of the whole distributed storage device. Communication security has become particularly crucial with the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT). Frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) technology, a prevalent method in wireless communication, has a wide range of applications in the Internet of Things. Enhancing the security of frequency hopping sequences is an essential means to improve the security of frequency hopping communication in the Internet of Things, as the performance of frequency hopping sequences plays a crucial role in frequency hopping systems. This paper proposes constructing secure adaptive frequency hopping sequence sets based on the advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm. As a block cipher algorithm with superior security, the AES algorithm can provide a fundamental guarantee for the security of the proposed frequency hopping sequences. The mapping methods from ciphertext sequences to frequency hopping sequences proposed in this paper can achieve the construction of frequency hopping sequences of any frequency set size to meet the requirements of adaptive frequency hopping. In addition, we also model and analyse the problem of overlapping spectrum band of the IoT groups in the industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) band, aiming to achieve better packet transmission performance by adjusting the frequency set size. In response to the numerous challenges faced by traditional human pose recognition methods in practical applications, such as dense targets, severe edge occlusion, limited application scenarios, complex backgrounds, and poor recognition accuracy when targets are occluded, this paper proposes a YOLO-Pose algorithm for human pose estimation. The specific improvements are divided into four parts. Firstly, in the Backbone section of the YOLO-Pose model, lightweight GhostNet modules are introduced to reduce the model's parameter count and computational requirements, making it suitable for deployment on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Secondly, the ACmix attention mechanism is integrated into the Neck section to improve detection speed during object judgment and localization. Furthermore, in the Head section, key points are optimized using coordinate attention mechanisms, significantly enhancing key point localization accuracy. Lastly, the paper improves the loss function and confidence function to enhance the model's robustness. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved model achieves a 95.58% improvement in mAP50 and a 69.54% improvement in mAP50-95 compared to the original model, with a reduction of 14.6 M parameters. The model achieves a detection speed of 19.9 ms per image, optimized by 30% and 39.5% compared to the original model. Objective. The percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure, which relies on preoperative CT (Computed Tomography) images, is considered the gold standard for determining the benign or malignant nature of lung masses. However, the traditional lung puncture procedure has several issues, including long operation times, a high probability of complications, and high exposure to CT radiation for the patient, as it relies heavily on the surgeon's clinical experience. Approach. To address these problems, a multi-constrained objective optimization model based on clinical criteria for the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure has been proposed. Additionally, based on fuzzy optimization, a multidimensional spatial Pareto front algorithm has been developed for optimal path selection. The algorithm finds optimal paths, which are displayed on 3D images, and provides reference points for clinicians' surgical path planning. Main results. To evaluate the algorithm's performance, 25 data sets collected from the Second People's Hospital of Zigong were used for prospective and retrospective experiments. The results demonstrate that 92% of the optimal paths generated by the algorithm meet the clinicians' surgical needs. Significance. The algorithm proposed in this paper is innovative in the selection of mass target point, the integration of constraints based on clinical standards, and the utilization of multi-objective optimization algorithm. Comparison experiments have validated the better performance of the proposed algorithm. From a clinical standpoint, the algorithm proposed in this paper has a higher clinical feasibility of the proposed pathway than related studies, which reduces the dependency of the physician's expertise and clinical experience on pathway planning during the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure. In recent years, Sine Cosine Algorithm (SCA) is a kind of meta-heuristic optimization algorithm with simple structure, simple parameters and trigonometric function principle. It has been proved that it has good competitiveness among the existing optimization algorithms. However, the single mechanism of SCA leads to its insufficient utilization of the information of the whole population, insufficient ability to jump out of local optima and poor performance at solving complex objective function. Therefore, this paper introduces social learning strategy (SL) and elite opposition-based learning (EOBL) strategy to improve SCA, and proposes novel algorithm: enhancing Sine Cosine Algorithm based on elite opposition-based learning and social learning (ESLSCA). Social learning strategy takes full advantage of information from the entire population. The elite opposition-based learning strategy provides a possibility for the algorithm to jump out of local optima and increases the diversity of the population. To demonstrate the performance of ESLSCA, this paper uses 22 well-known benchmark test functions and CEC2019 test function set to evaluate ESLSCA. * Context.--Automated prostate cancer detection using machine learning technology has led to speculation that pathologists will soon be replaced by algorithms. This review covers the development of machine learning algorithms and their reported effectiveness specific to prostate cancer detection and Gleason grading. Objective.--To examine current algorithms regarding their accuracy and classification abilities. We provide a general explanation of the technology and how it is being used in clinical practice. The challenges to the application of machine learning algorithms in clinical practice are also discussed. Data Sources.--The literature for this review was identified and collected using a systematic search. Criteria were established prior to the sorting process to effectively direct the selection of studies. A 4-point system was implemented to rank the papers according to their relevancy. For papers accepted as relevant to our metrics, all cited and citing studies were also reviewed. Studies were then categorized based on whether they implemented binary or multi-class classification methods. Data were extracted from papers that contained accuracy, area under the curve (AUC), or κ values in the context of prostate cancer detection. The results were visually summarized to present accuracy trends between classification abilities. Conclusions.--It is more difficult to achieve high accuracy metrics for multiclassification tasks than for binary tasks. The clinical implementation of an algorithm that can assign a Gleason grade to clinical whole slide images (WSIs) remains elusive. Purpose: The article extends the distinction of semantic from syntactic labour to comprehend all forms of mental labour. It answers a critique from de Fremery and Buckland, which required envisaging mental labour as a differentiated spectrum. Design/methodology/approach: The paper adopts a discursive approach. It first reviews the significance and extensive diffusion of the distinction of semantic from syntactic labour. Second, it integrates semantic and syntactic labour along a vertical dimension within mental labour, indicating analogies in principle with, and differences in application from, the inherited distinction of intellectual from clerical labour. Visual SLAM algorithms can obtain a large amount of texture information from the environment and usually perform very well in static scenes, but there are a large number of irregular dynamic points when running in dynamic scenes, which can lead to increased error in SLAM feature point matching and loss of tracking localization. To address this challenge this paper proposes a SLAM system (YVG‐SLAM) that adapts to dynamic scenes. YVG‐SLAM is an improvement on the ORB‐SLAM3 algorithm, integrating the view geometry algorithm and the current powerful YOLOv5 algorithm, while proposing a dynamic feature removal strategy without a priori assumptions to reduce the influence of dynamic targets. In this paper, we first lighten the YOLOv5 algorithm, then process the image frame to get the bounding box, then use the view geometry algorithm to determine the dynamic feature points on the image frame, and finally remove the moving objects in the image frame according to the dynamic feature recognition strategy proposed in this paper. The performance of the algorithm is tested on the TUM RGB‐D and BONN RGB‐D datasets. Underwater acoustic (UWA) channel prediction technology, as an important topic in UWA communication, has played an important role in UWA adaptive communication network and underwater target perception. Although many significant advancements have been achieved in underwater acoustic channel prediction over the years, a comprehensive summary and introduction is still lacking. As the first comprehensive overview of UWA channel prediction, this paper introduces past works and algorithm implementation methods of channel prediction from the perspective of linear, kernel-based, and deep learning approaches. Importantly, based on available at-sea experiment datasets, this paper compares the performance of current primary UWA channel prediction algorithms under a unified system framework, providing researchers with a comprehensive and objective understanding of UWA channel prediction. Finally, it discusses the directions and challenges for future research. The survey finds that linear prediction algorithms are the most widely applied, and deep learning, as the most advanced type of algorithm, has moved this field into a new stage. The experimental results show that the linear algorithms have the lowest computational complexity, and when the training samples are sufficient, deep learning algorithms have the best prediction performance. The foundation of this research is the quantum implementation of two hashing algorithms, namely Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA1) and Message Digest (MD5). Quantum cryptography is a challenging topic in network security for future networks. Quantum cryptography is an outgrowth of two broad topics—cryptology and cryptanalysis. In this paper, SHA1 and MD5 algorithms are designed and implemented for quantum computers. The main aim is to study and investigate the time requirement to build a hash and the bit rate at which a hash value is sent through. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of these two algorithms is performed. Experiments have been done to compare and contrast the performances of the classical and proposed algorithms. In the experiment, it was found that the total time of execution of quantum SHA1 and quantum MD5 is much higher than the classical SHA1 and MD5. During quantum MD5 execution, it is observed that the time doubles when the number of chunks is increased from 1 to 2. The latent block model is used to simultaneously rank the rows and columns of a matrix to reveal a block structure. The algorithms used for estimation are often time consuming. However, recent work shows that the log-likelihood ratios are equivalent under the complete and observed (with unknown labels) models and the groups posterior distribution to converge as the size of the data increases to a Dirac mass located at the actual groups configuration. Based on these observations, the algorithm Largest Gaps is proposed in this paper to perform clustering using only the marginals of the matrix, when the number of blocks is very small with respect to the size of the whole matrix in the case of binary data. In addition, a model selection method is incorporated with a proof of its consistency. Thus, this paper shows that studying simplistic configurations (few blocks compared to the size of the matrix or very contrasting blocks) with complex algorithms is useless since the marginals already give very good parameter and classification estimates. In decentralized systems, the quest for heightened security and integrity within blockchain networks becomes an issue. This survey investigates anomaly detection techniques in blockchain ecosystems through the lens of unsupervised learning, delving into the intricacies and going through the complex tapestry of abnormal behaviors by examining avant-garde algorithms to discern deviations from normal patterns. By seamlessly blending technological acumen with a discerning gaze, this survey offers a perspective on the symbiotic relationship between unsupervised learning and anomaly detection by reviewing this problem with a categorization of algorithms that are applied to a variety of problems in this field. We propose that the use of unsupervised algorithms in blockchain anomaly detection should be viewed not only as an implementation procedure but also as an integration procedure, where the merits of these algorithms can effectively be combined in ways determined by the problem at hand. In that sense, the main contribution of this paper is a thorough study of the interplay between various unsupervised learning algorithms and how this can be used in facing malicious activities and behaviors within public and private blockchain networks. The result is the definition of three categories, the characteristics of which are recognized in terms of the way the respective integration takes place. When implementing unsupervised learning, the structure of the data plays a pivotal role. Therefore, this paper also provides an in-depth presentation of the data structures commonly used in unsupervised learning-based blockchain anomaly detection. This paper addresses the following problem: given m potential observations to determine n parameters, m > n , what is the best choice of n observations. The problem can be formulated as finding the n × n submatrix of the complete m × n observation matrix that has maximum determinant. An algorithm by Gu and Eisenstat for a determining a strongly rank-revealing QR factorisation of a matrix can be adapted to address this latter formulation. The algorithm starts with an initial selection of n rows of the observation matrix and then performs a sequence of row interchanges, with the determinant of the current submatrix strictly increasing at each step until no further improvement can be made. The algorithm implements rank-one updating strategies, which leads to a compact and efficient algorithm. The algorithm does not necessarily determine the global optimum but provides a practical approach to designing an effective measurement strategy. In this paper, we describe how the Gu–Eisenstat algorithm can be adapted to address the problem of optimal experimental design and used with the QR algorithm with column pivoting to provide effective designs. Background: Dementia is a cognitive decline that leads to the progressive deterioration of an individual's ability to perform daily activities independently. As a result, a considerable amount of time and resources are spent on caretaking. Early detection of dementia can significantly reduce the effort and resources needed for caretaking. Aims: This research proposes an approach for assessing cognitive decline by analysing speech data, specifically focusing on speech relevance as a crucial indicator for memory recall. Methods & Procedures: This is a cross‐sectional, online, self‐administered. The proposed method used deep learning architecture based on transformers, with BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and Sentence‐Transformer to derive encoded representations of speech transcripts. These representations provide contextually descriptive information that is used to analyse the relevance of sentences in their respective contexts. The encoded information is then compared using cosine similarity metrics to measure the relevance of uttered sequences of sentences. The study uses the Pitt Corpus Dementia dataset for experimentation, which consists of speech data from individuals with and without dementia. The accuracy of the proposed multi‐QA‐MPNet (Multi‐Query Maximum Inner Product Search Pretraining) model is compared with other pretrained transformer models of Sentence‐Transformer. Outcomes & Results: The results show that the proposed approach outperforms the other models in capturing context level information, particularly semantic memory. Additionally, the study explores the suitability of different similarity measures to evaluate the relevance of uttered sequences of sentences. The experimentation reveals that cosine similarity is the most appropriate measure for this task. Conclusions & Implications: This finding has significant implications for the early warning signs of dementia, as it suggests that cosine similarity metrics can effectively capture the semantic relevance of spoken language. The persistent cognitive decline over time acts as one of the indicators for prevalence of dementia. Background: CT reconstruction is of essential importance in medical imaging. In 2022, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) sponsored a Grand Challenge to investigate the challenging inverse problem of spectral CT reconstruction, with the aim of achieving the most accurate reconstruction results. The authors of this paper participated in the challenge and won as a runner‐up team. Purpose: This paper reports details of our PROSPECT algorithm (Prior‐based Restricted‐variable Optimization for SPEctral CT) and follow‐up studies regarding the algorithm's accuracy and enhancement of its convergence speed. Methods: We formulated the reconstruction task as an optimization problem. PROSPECT employed a one‐step backward iterative scheme to solve this optimization problem by allowing estimation of and correction for the difference between the actual polychromatic projection model and the monochromatic model used in the optimization problem. PROSPECT incorporated various forms of prior information derived by analyzing training data provided by the Grand Challenge to reduce the number of unknown variables. We investigated the impact of projection data precision on the resulting solution accuracy and improved convergence speed of the PROSPECT algorithm by incorporating a beam‐hardening correction (BHC) step in the iterative process. We also studied the algorithm's performance under noisy projection data. Results: Prior knowledge allowed a reduction of the number of unknown variables by 85.9%$85.9\%$. PROSPECT algorithm achieved the average root of mean square error (RMSE) of 3.3×10−6$3.3\,\times \,10^{-6}$ in the test data set provided by the Grand Challenge. Performing the reconstruction with the same algorithm but using double‐precision projection data reduced RMSE to 1.2×10−11$1.2\,\times \,10^{-11}$. Including the BHC step in the PROSPECT algorithm accelerated the iteration process with a 40% reduction in computation time. More accurate inversion of source fault geometry and slip parameters under the constraint of the Bayesian algorithm has become a research hotspot in the field of geodetic inversion in recent years. In nonlinear inversion, the determination of the weight ratio of the joint inversion of multisource data is more complicated. In this context, this paper proposes a simple and easily generalized weighting method for inversion of source fault parameters by joint geodetic multisource data under the Bayesian framework. This method determines the relative weight ratio of multisource data by root mean square error (RMSE) value and can be extended to other nonlinear search algorithms. To verify the validity of the method in this paper, this paper first sets up four sets of simulated seismic experiment schemes. The inversion results show that the joint inversion weighting method proposed in this paper has a significant decrease in the large residual value compared with the equal weight joint inversion and the single data source joint inversion method. The east–west deformation RMSE is 0.1458 mm, the north–south deformation RMSE is 0.2119 mm and the vertical deformation RMSE is 0.2756 mm. The RMSEs of the three directions are lower than those of other schemes, indicating that the proposed method is suitable for the joint inversion of source parameters under Bayesian algorithm. To further verify the applicability of the proposed method in complex earthquakes, the source parameters of the Maduo earthquake were inverted using the method of this paper. The focal depth of the inversion results in this paper is closer to the focal depth released by the GCMT agency. In terms of strike angle and dip angle, the joint inversion in this paper is also more inclined to the GCMT results. Like information science more broadly, search engine research has largely been fragmented into two factions: system‐oriented and user‐oriented studies. This limits our capacity for answering some fundamental questions surrounding an integral—often invisible—part of modern life. Given the "search‐ification" of this life, given an oligopolous global market and an information‐wealthy but attention‐poor audience, methods capable of studying search engines, as well as their relationship with users and society are increasingly necessary. This paper proposes critical discourse analysis (CDA) as an effectual, oft‐overlooked method for search engine research, one capable of interrogating both search engines and their use. The paper outlines CDA, provides examples of its application, and highlights its capacity for progressing our critical understanding of search engines. This developing understanding, evidenced by a review of the literature, suggests that challenges brought by search cannot be resolved by critiquing the power of systems alone. Rather, a reclaiming of today's information infrastructure requires we also illuminate the socio‐political environments of search systems, and the metacognitive, invisible processes pivotal to our communication with them. While power‐analyses of search continue, and some have begun to employ CDA, little recognition exists of this theoretical perspective's capacity for supporting both system‐oriented and user‐oriented studies. This paper presents an improved swarming algorithm that enhances low-illumination images. The algorithm combines a hybrid Harris Eagle algorithm with double gamma (IHHO-BIGA) and incomplete beta (IHHO-NBeta) functions. This paper integrates the concept of symmetry into the improvement steps of the image adaptive enhancement algorithm. The enhanced algorithm integrates chaotic mapping for population initialization, a nonlinear formula for prey energy calculation, spiral motion from the black widow algorithm for global search enhancement, a nonlinear inertia weight factor inspired by particle swarm optimization, and a modified Levy flight strategy to prevent premature convergence to local optima. This paper compares the algorithm's performance with other swarm intelligence algorithms using commonly used test functions. The algorithm's performance is compared against several emerging swarm intelligence algorithms using commonly used test functions, with results demonstrating its superior performance. The improved Harris Eagle algorithm is then applied for image adaptive enhancement, and its effectiveness is evaluated on five low-illumination images from the LOL dataset. The proposed method is compared to three common image enhancement techniques and the IHHO-BIGA and IHHO-NBeta methods. The experimental results reveal that the proposed approach achieves optimal visual perception and enhanced image evaluation metrics, outperforming the existing techniques. Notably, the standard deviation data of the first image show that the IHHO-NBeta method enhances the image by 8.26%, 120.91%, 126.85%, and 164.02% compared with IHHO-BIGA, the single-scale Retinex enhancement method, the homomorphic filtering method, and the limited contrast adaptive histogram equalization method, respectively. A deep learning-based Visual Inertial SLAM technique is proposed in this paper to ensure accurate autonomous localization of mobile robots in environments with dynamic objects. Addressing the limitations of real-time performance in deep learning algorithms and the poor robustness of pure visual geometry algorithms, this paper presents a deep learning-based Visual Inertial SLAM technique. Firstly, a non-blocking model is designed to extract semantic information from images. Then, a motion probability hierarchy model is proposed to obtain prior motion probabilities of feature points. For image frames without semantic information, a motion probability propagation model is designed to determine the prior motion probabilities of feature points. Furthermore, considering that the output of inertial measurements is unaffected by dynamic objects, this paper integrates inertial measurement information to improve the estimation accuracy of feature point motion probabilities. An adaptive threshold-based motion probability estimation method is proposed, and finally, the positioning accuracy is enhanced by eliminating feature points with excessively high motion probabilities. In response to the challenges posed by small objects in remote sensing images, such as low resolution, complex backgrounds, and severe occlusions, this paper proposes a lightweight improved model based on YOLOv8n. During the detection of small objects, the feature fusion part of the YOLOv8n algorithm retrieves relatively fewer features of small objects from the backbone network compared to large objects, resulting in low detection accuracy for small objects. To address this issue, firstly, this paper adds a dedicated small object detection layer in the feature fusion network to better integrate the features of small objects into the feature fusion part of the model. Secondly, the SSFF module is introduced to facilitate multi-scale feature fusion, enabling the model to capture more gradient paths and further improve accuracy while reducing model parameters. Finally, the HPANet structure is proposed, replacing the Path Aggregation Network with HPANet. Compared to the original YOLOv8n algorithm, the recognition accuracy of mAP@0.5 on the VisDrone data set and the AI-TOD data set has increased by 14.3% and 17.9%, respectively, while the recognition accuracy of mAP@0.5:0.95 has increased by 17.1% and 19.8%, respectively. The proposed method reduces the parameter count by 33% and the model size by 31.7% compared to the original model. Differential Evolution (DE) is widely recognized as a highly effective evolutionary algorithm for global optimization. It has proven its efficacy in tackling diverse problems across various fields and real-world applications. DE boasts several advantages, such as ease of implementation, reliability, speed, and adaptability. However, DE does have certain limitations, such as suboptimal solution exploitation and challenging parameter tuning. To address these challenges, this research paper introduces a novel algorithm called Enhanced Binary JADE (EBJADE), which combines differential evolution with multi-population and elites regeneration. The primary innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of strategy with enhanced exploitation capabilities. This strategy is based on utilizing the sorting of three vectors from the current generation to perturb the target vector. By introducing directional differences, guiding the search towards improved solutions. Additionally, this study adopts a multi-population method with a rewarding subpopulation to dynamically adjust the allocation of two different mutation strategies. Finally, the paper incorporates the sampling concept of elite individuals from the Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) to regenerate new solutions through the selection process in DE. To ensure the long-term stable and uninterrupted service of satellite navigation systems, the robustness and reliability of time–frequency systems are crucial. Integrity monitoring is an effective method to enhance the robustness and reliability of time–frequency systems. Time–frequency signals are fundamental for integrity monitoring, with their time differences and frequency biases serving as essential indicators. These indicators are influenced by the inherent characteristics of the time–frequency signals, as well as the links and equipment they traverse. Meanwhile, existing research primarily focuses on only monitoring the integrity of the time–frequency signals' output by the atomic clock group, neglecting the integrity monitoring of the time–frequency signals generated and distributed by the time–frequency signal generation and distribution subsystem. This paper introduces a time–frequency signal integrity monitoring algorithm based on the temperature compensation frequency bias combination model. By analyzing the characteristics of time difference measurements, constructing the temperature compensation frequency bias combination model, and extracting and monitoring noise and frequency bias features from the time difference measurements, the algorithm achieves comprehensive time–frequency signal integrity monitoring. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm can effectively detect, identify, and alert users to time–frequency signal faults. Additionally, the model and the integrity monitoring parameters developed in this paper exhibit high adaptability, making them directly applicable to the integrity monitoring of time–frequency signals across various links. In the quality inspection process of high-voltage cables, several commonly used indicators include cable length, insulation thickness, and the number of conductors within the core. Among these factors, the count of conductors holds particular significance as a key determinant of cable quality. Machine vision technology has found extensive application in automatically detecting the number of conductors in cross-sectional images of high-voltage cables. However, the presence of scratch-type defects in cut high-voltage cable cross-sections can significantly compromise the precision of conductor count detection. To address this problem, this paper introduces a novel improved total variation (TV) algorithm, marking the first-ever application of the TV algorithm in this domain. Considering the staircase effect, the direct use of the TV algorithm is prone to cause serious loss of image edge information. The proposed algorithm firstly introduces multimodal features to effectively mitigate the staircase effect. While eliminating scratch-type defects, the algorithm endeavors to preserve the original image's edge information, consequently yielding a noteworthy enhancement in detection accuracy. Furthermore, a dataset was curated, comprising images of cross-sections of high-voltage cables of varying sizes, each displaying an assortment of scratch-type defects. Experimental findings conclusively demonstrate the algorithm's exceptional efficiency in eradicating diverse scratch-type defects within high-voltage cable cross-sections. The average scratch elimination rate surpasses 90%, with an impressive 96.15% achieved on cable sample 4. A series of conducted ablation experiments in this paper substantiate a significant enhancement in cable image quality. Notably, the Edge Preservation Index (EPI) exhibits an improvement of approximately 20%, resulting in a substantial boost to conductor count detection accuracy, thus effectively enhancing the quality of high-voltage cable production. Cryo-electron micrograph images have various characteristics such as varying sizes, shapes, and distribution densities of individual particles, severe background noise, high levels of impurities, irregular shapes, blurred edges, and similar color to the background. How to demonstrate good adaptability in the field of image vision by picking up single particles from multiple types of cryo-electron micrographs is currently a challenge in the field of cryo-electron micrographs. This paper combines the characteristics of the MixUp hybrid enhancement algorithm, enhances the image feature information in the pre-processing stage, builds a feature perception network based on the channel self-attention mechanism in the forward network of the Swin Transformer model network, achieving adaptive adjustment of self-attention mechanism between different single particles, increasing the network's tolerance to noise, Incorporating PReLU activation function to enhance information exchange between pixel blocks of different single particles, and combining the Cross-Entropy function with the softmax function to construct a classification network based on Swin Transformer suitable for cryo-electron micrograph single particle detection model (Swin-cryoEM), achieving mixed detection of multiple types of single particles. Swin-cryoEM algorithm can better solve the problem of good adaptability in picking single particles of many types of cryo-electron micrographs, improve the accuracy and generalization ability of the single particle picking method, and provide high-quality data support for the three-dimensional reconstruction of a single particle. In this paper, ablation experiments and comparison experiments were designed to evaluate and compare Swin-cryoEM algorithms in detail and comprehensively on multiple datasets. The Average Precision is an important evaluation index of the evaluation model, and the optimal Average Precision reached 95.5% in the training stage Swin-cryoEM, and the single particle picking performance was also superior in the prediction stage. This model inherits the advantages of the Swin Transformer detection model and is superior to mainstream models such as Faster R-CNN and YOLOv5 in terms of the single particle detection capability of cryo-electron micrographs. Recent research has focused on applying blockchain technology to solve security-related problems in Internet of Things (IoT) networks. However, the inherent scalability issues of blockchain technology become apparent in the presence of a vast number of IoT devices and the substantial data generated by these networks. Therefore, in this paper, we use a lightweight consensus algorithm to cater to these problems. We propose a scalable blockchain-based framework for managing IoT data, catering to a large number of devices. This framework utilizes the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus algorithm to ensure enhanced performance and efficiency in resource-constrained IoT networks. DPoS being a lightweight consensus algorithm leverages a selected number of elected delegates to validate and confirm transactions, thus mitigating the performance and efficiency degradation in the blockchain-based IoT networks. In this paper, we implemented an Interplanetary File System (IPFS) for distributed storage, and Docker to evaluate the network performance in terms of throughput, latency, and resource utilization. We divided our analysis into four parts: Latency, throughput, resource utilization, and file upload time and speed in distributed storage evaluation. Our empirical findings demonstrate that our framework exhibits low latency, measuring less than 0.976 ms. The proposed technique outperforms Proof of Stake (PoS), representing a state-of-the-art consensus technique. The financial market has randomness, and the prediction of the financial market is an important task in the financial market. In traditional financial market prediction models, the prediction results are often unsatisfactory. So it needs to introduce new models for financial analysis. To solve this problem, this paper analyzed a financial market trend prediction model based on LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) NN (Neural Network) algorithm, and conducted an empirical analysis on the Shanghai stock index dataset. This paper first introduced the LSTM NN algorithm, and then divided it into training set, test set and comparison set according to the data characteristics. At last, this paper used the data preprocessing method to verify the LSTM NN algorithm. The experimental results showed that the LSTM NN algorithm analyzed in this paper can effectively improve the generalization ability of financial market trend prediction models while ensuring the prediction accuracy. Through experimental analysis, this paper found that the average accuracy rate of using LSTM NN algorithm was 2.25% higher than that of using traditional NN algorithm. This research is primarily aimed at developing effective methods for predicting stock market trends in the continuously evolving Chinese securities market. With the continuous deepening of the urbanization process and the progress of science and technology, people transform nature and develop nature on a larger and larger scale, among which the most iconic transformation is a variety of building structures built by people. And with the passage of time, the building structure in the perennial wind and sun, there will be signs of "illness", if not timely treatment, it will have a huge impact on the stability and safety of the building structure. Based on this, in this paper, according to the characteristics of crack identification on the surface of concrete structure, background subtraction algorithm is selected for image noise reduction processing. Through three steps of digital image noise reduction, crack extraction and crack parameter identification, the quantitative recognition of cracks is completed and a complete system of crack parameter identification is formed. The experimental results show that the machine learning model of building structure health monitoring and damage recognition algorithm proposed in this paper has excellent statistical performance, and the relative error accuracy of recognition can be controlled within 10%. The research of biomedical data is crucial for disease diagnosis, health management, and medicine development. However, biomedical data are usually characterized by high dimensionality and class imbalance, which increase computational cost and affect the classification performance of minority class, making accurate classification difficult. In this paper, we propose a biomedical data classification method based on feature selection and data resampling. First, use the minimal-redundancy maximal-relevance (mRMR) method to select biomedical data features, reduce the feature dimension, reduce the computational cost, and improve the generalization ability; then, a new SMOTE oversampling method (Spectral-SMOTE) is proposed, which solves the noise sensitivity problem of SMOTE by an improved spectral clustering method; finally, the marine predators algorithm is improved using piecewise linear chaotic maps and random opposition-based learning strategy to improve the algorithm's optimization seeking ability and convergence speed, and the key parameters of the spectral-SMOTE are optimized using the improved marine predators algorithm, which effectively improves the performance of the over-sampling approach. In this paper, five real biomedical datasets are selected to test and evaluate the proposed method using four classifiers, and three evaluation metrics are used to compare with seven data resampling methods. The experimental results show that the method effectively improves the classification performance of biomedical data. Moreover, this method has high storage integrity and small storage standard deviation, and the method in this paper can effectively resist network intrusion. This paper proposes a method of beforehand prediction of electric equipment faults based on chain-linked recurrent neural network algorithm, which takes the operating parameters of power equipment and other relevant environmental factors as inputs, and takes the fault characteristics as output judgment marks, and constructs a machine learning training model to realize the prediction of power equipment faults. The neural network algorithm adopted in this paper adopts a tree structure. Each sub-node can transfer information with its multiple superior nodes, so that the correlation between the data of the front and back nodes can be obtained, which meets the needs of the equipment fault prediction model. Considering that the occurrence of power transformer faults is sudden and greatly affected by changes in the surrounding environment, the input of prediction algorithms should consider more environmental factors.
