With the progress of the times and the leap of science and technology, the application of brick materials and the research on the brick skin in modern architectural design have shown a dual-track development trend of returning to tradition and innovation. Based on the core collection database resources of Web of Science and the CiteSpace visual analysis tool, this paper constructed and analyzed the spatiotemporal map of keyword co-occurrence network, cluster structure, mutation phenomenon, time course and regional distribution map of building brick skin research. The study revealed that in recent years, the research on brick materials has spanned the study of single material properties and extensively involved in the broad world of construction, especially in the integration of green energy-saving technology, the innovation of fine construction technology of brick skin, and the frontier exploration of digital technology in brick masonry, which has shown particularly significant research vitality and development potential. The landscape environment of urban blocks plays a significant role in improving the comfort of urban thermal environment and promoting green and high-quality development. The 342 papers related to the research on the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China, collected by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 2002 to 2022, are used as the research object. Through bibliometric statistical analysis, LLR algorithm, and cluster analysis, the current research status of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China is analyzed and processed, and its external characteristics are identified. Using the information visualization software CiteSpace, the research topics in the field of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort are presented in the form of knowledge graphs. In response to the inherent requirements of low-carbon land spatial planning in Jiangxi Province and the lack of existing research, this paper explored the mechanism of spatial form elements of Poyang Lake urban agglomeration on urban carbon emissions. Based on generalized linear regression and geographically weighted regression models, this paper analyzed the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of carbon emissions, the spatiotemporal relationship between urban form index and carbon emissions, and the spatial differentiation of the intensity of dominant factors from 63 county-level administrative units in the Poyang Lake city group from 2005 to 2020. The results showed that: ① The carbon emissions of urban agglomerations around Poyang Lake are generally increasing, and the spatial distribution of carbon emissions is characterized by high-value concentration in the middle and low-value agglomeration in pieces; ② The main driving factor for the spatial heterogeneity of carbon emissions was the expansion of built-up area; ③ Improving urban compactness and optimizing urban form could effectively reduce urban carbon emissions. Roads are crucial public spaces in cities and serve as a window to showcase the city’s characteristics. They serve not only as a means of urban transportation but also as a crucial spatial carrier for urban communication activities and a significant location for meeting the increasing demands of people for a better quality of life. The current road infrastructure prioritizes the right of way for cars, neglecting the design of sidewalks and green belts within the road’s boundaries, and extension spaces between buildings and boundary lines of roads. There is a pressing need to improve street space in response to the demand for development transformation and the creation of a warmer city. This paper summarizes common problems in current road spaces, draws on the experience of excellent urban road spaces in foreign countries, discusses new ideas for the refined design of road spaces based on the transformation of road planning concepts, and suggests a reference standard for guiding detailed design. In this paper, the preparation technique of lavender essential oil microcapsules and the construction method of aromatic textiles were expounded, and the research status of bed curtains and lavender microcapsules at home and abroad was analyzed and studied from the perspective of application in textiles. The application of lavender essential oil to bed curtains through the microcapsule technique was put forward to allow lavender essential oil to play its role of helping sleep in bed curtains. This paper expounded the material selection and preparation technique of lavender microcapsule agents, and put forward the preparation method of microcapsules with mixed solutions of pure Chinese medicine extracts and natural essences as core material and high-viscosity epoxy resin as wall materials. With the advancement of urban renewal, there are still problems in improving the quality of cities in the stock era and their design strategies. This paper analyzed the Linping Old City organic renewal project and the Xishui River ecological governance project in the stock era of urban quality improvement by sorting out the current development status, historical background, planning types, and design strategies of quality improvement in the stock era from the perspective of urban renewal, combining with project overview, main problems, design methods, and design content. Urban renewal is the leading direction for promoting urban development and construction on a global scale, and countries formulate different plans and practices based on their local characteristics. Urban renewal strategies should be diversified, and focus on livable environments, urban characteristics, etc., while considering human factors, green innovation, etc., in order to achieve smart community management and enhance the economic and social benefits brought by urban attractiveness. Urban parks are an important part of urban recreational spaces, and the development of analysis framework of recreational behavior and space is helpful for the design of urban parks to better meet the activity and usage requirements of visitors. In this paper, Xiaohong Stone Carving Park in Nanjing was taken as the research object to explore the relationship between landscape space and user behavior for design feedback. The orthographic image technology of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and machine deep learning were used to analyze users behavior activities in the park, and the spatial characteristics of each node in the park were evaluated by semantic differential scale to explore the potential causes of behavior activities. The results showed that ① there were significant differences in the number of visitors on holidays and working days, and young people and children were the main users. ② The users activity of the park differed greatly on the inner and outer tour roads, and the users showed stronger willingness to stay on the inner tour roads. Recreational activities received more attention than cultural ones. ③ The overall distribution of users was significantly affected by hydrophilicity, and the recreational behavior and activity type were affected by multiple factors which include the hydrophilicity, safety, accessibility of cultural relics and the amount of recreational facilities. Based on the four dimensions of PCK, this paper investigates the professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County by using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. Based on PCK related theories, this paper analyzes the current situation of professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County, explores the problems existing in the process of professional development, and provides an optimal path for the professional development of rural PE teachers, so as to improve the teaching ability and classroom quality of rural PE teachers, and promote the further development of rural PE education under the background of new curriculum reform. [Objective] The ecological vulnerability and landscape ecological risk of karst mountainous areas have increased as a result of enhanced disturbance of natural resources by human activities. This paper aimed to explore the characteristics of ecological risk evolution under different landscape patterns in the region, with a view to providing reference for land classification protection, sustainable use of resources and regional ecological risk optimization in karst mountainous areas. [Method] Taking Huangping County, a typical karst mountainous area, as an example, eight evaluation factors of natural and landscape patterns were selected to construct a landscape ecological risk evaluation model, to quantitatively explore the spatio-temporal evolution of landscape ecological risk and the trend of risk level transfer in the study area from 2010 - 2018, and to reveal the complex relationship between ecological risk and topography in karst mountainous areas. [Result] From 2010 to 2018, land use types changed to different degrees, with the most amount of woodland transferred out (1 627. 37 hm2) and the most amount of construction land transferred in (1 303. 93 hm2); a total of 3 552. 31 hm2 of land was transferred, with a change ratio of 2. 13%, and there was a significant conversion between construction land, arable land, and woodland. (2) From 2010 to 2018, the landscape ecological risk in the study area changed significantly, and the landscape ecological risk index decreased from 0.344 1 to 0. 173 3, showing an upward and then downward trend; the landscape ecological risk of the whole region was dominated by low-risk and lower-risk zones, and the ecological risk level generally shifted from a high level to a low level, and the ecological environment was improved. (3) There was a negative correlation between ecological risk and topographic position, and high-risk zones were mainly distributed among low topographic zones; with the change of time, the advantage of risk level for the selection of topography was gradually weakened, and the influence of anthropogenic factors on the ecological risk of the landscape was becoming more and more prominent. The sites of Maritime Silk Road in Haikou City are composed of sites of navigation and trade, religious temples and stone monuments, urban construction and coastal defense scattered on the south bank of the Qiongzhou Strait. They played a key role in the formation and shaping of the settlements in Haikou City, recorded the process of intercommunication and integration between Chinese civilization and other regional cultures, and witnessed the germination, flourishing and inheritance of Haikou’s unique marine culture. The mixture of points, lines and planes blends with the urban area and coastline of Haikou City in spatial distribution. Building a 15-minute radius livelihood service circle from the needs of residents is a topdown process of optimizing urban layout and promoting high-quality development implemented by the government. In September 2022, Xicheng District of Beijing served as a national pilot of the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle. Based on the data of POI, urban walking network and building outline, this paper studies the coverage of commercial service facilities in the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle of Chunshu Street by using kernel density analysis and urban network analysis tools. The research shows that the commercial facilities are concentrated in Zhuangsheng Square and Dazhalan commercial district. In this paper, managed forest ( MF) and natural forest ( NF) in the Huajiang Demonstration Zone of Guanling, Guizhou were selected as research objects, and cropland ( CL) was taken as control. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the characteristics of fungal community composition and species diversity in the surface ( 0 - 10 cm) soil of each restoration measure, in order to reveal the dominant soil fungal groups and fungal community composition in karst rocky desertification areas, which was conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the soil conditions of different vegetation restoration measures. Research has shown that vegetation restoration significantly affected the diversity of soil fungal community, with significant increases in Sob index, Ace index, and Chao index. The vegetation restoration has significantly changed the composition of fungal community. The dominant fungi in the CL topsoil are Sordariomycetes (62. 28%), Dothideomycetes (12. 34%), and Eurotiomycetes (9. 12%); the dominant fungi in the MF soil are Sordariomycetes ( 45. 05%), Dothideomycetes ( 14. 74%), and Mortierellomycetes ( 10. 40%) ; the dominant fungi in the NF soil are unclassified fungal community (26. 38%), Sordariomycetes ( 19. 78%), and Agaricomycetes ( 13. 82%). Vegetation restoration has changed the key fungal groups in the soil. Sordariomycetes, Fwarium, and Setophoma are the key dominant fungal groups in CL soil; Dioszegia is key dominant fungal group in MF soil; c_unclassified_k_Fungi, p_unclassified_k_Fungi, o_unclassified_k_Fungi, f_unclassified_k_Fungi, g_unclassified_k_Fungi, Teichospora, and Diaporthe are key dominant fungal groups in NF soil. Wetland ecosystems are important regulators of global climate change. Studying the spatiotemporal changes and driving mechanisms of their ecosystem service values ( ESV) is beneficial for the sustainable development of wetlands. This paper uses the equivalent factor method, based on land use changes, to reveal the spatiotemporal evolution of the ecosystem service value in the Caohai National Nature Reserve ( CNNR). The results show the following; (D from 2000 to 2020, there was a significant decrease in the core zone's arable land area, with an increase in forest and water areas. Construction land mainly increased in the experimental area, and the grassland area showed a fluctuating change of first increasing and then decreasing; in 2000, 2010, and 2020, the ecosystem service value of the study area was 302 million, 296 million, and 325 million yuan, respectively, showing a trend of fluctuating growth, with the value of wetland ecosystems playing a dominant role; regulatory services are the main contributors to the ecosystem service value in the study area, with a contribution rate of 60%. Hydrological regulation is the ecosystem function with the highest value in wetland ecosystem services, contributing more than 35% to the ESV in all three periods; in terms of spatial distribution, the core zone's ecosystem service value is dominant. Looking at the total ecosystem service value of the region, the core zone > the experimental area > the buffer zone. In terms of ESV per unit area, the core zone (89 000 yuan/hm²) is significantly higher than the buffer zone (39 100 yuan/hm²) and the experimental area ( 15 800 yuan/hm² ) . This paper systematically studies the flashover probability of wind turbine blade lightning arrester and the impact of strong electromagnetic pulses on the local and surrounding wind turbines during lightning strikes. The research results indicate that the flashover probability of direct lightning strikes by the wind turbine blade lightning arrester is almost negligible, and the strong electromagnetic pulse of wind turbine blade during lightning strikes has a serious impact on the electronic equipment of the machine, while the impact on the surrounding wind turbine is relatively small. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are typical persistent organic pollutants (POPs) that are commonly found in the environment. They are carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic and biodegradable obviously. In this paper, the modified mussel shells were used to adsorb and remove anthracene. The results show that the adsorption removal rate of the mussel shells was higher after calcination at 600 °C. 5% H3PO4 solution was more suitable for shell treatment than 3 mol/L ZnCL, solution. As the dosage of the modified shells was 0. 5 g/L, the adsorption reached a stable state, and the removal rate of PAHs was about 69.44%; the adsorption efficiency rose with the increase of time. At present, there is relatively little research on the synergistic effects of heavy metals in soil, sediment, and bedrock on heavy metal pollution in water bodies. In this paper, heavy metals in soil, sediment, bedrock, and water of a typical karst watershed in southwest China were investigated. The results indicated that the average values of heavy metals in soil and sediment were relatively higher than those in bedrock except for Ni and As. During the research period, As and Cd were the main heavy metal elements polluting the soil and sediment in the study area, while water bodies were mainly polluted by Ni, As, and Cd. The pollution assessment indicated that there were instances of poor or very poor water quality in the study area during the study period; the soil as a whole was slightly polluted by Cd and As; sediment was subject to moderate Cd pollution and mild As pollution. Analysis of geochemical form for heavy metals showed that heavy metals in soil and sediment were mainly in residual form, and the proportions of exchangeable As and Cd were relatively high. Multiple statistical analysis showed that heavy metals in sediment, soil, and bedrock explained 23.8%, 16. 8%, and 16. 2% of the changes in heavy metals of water, respectively. [Objectives] The paper was to establish an ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/linear ion trap complex mass spectrometry for the determination of 10 kinds of a2-receptor agonists in animal derived food. [Methods] The samples were extracted with sodium carbonate buffer solution and ethyl acetate, and analyzed by mass spectrometry after solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography separation. [Results] Ten kinds of a2-receptor agonists showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1 -100 p,g/mL, with the average recovery of over 69% and the relative standard deviation less than 8.32%. The detection limit of 10 kinds of a2-receptor agonists was up to 1 jxg/kg. [Conclusions] The method has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability, and can meet the requirements of 10 kinds of a2-receptor agonists residues in animal derived food. [Objectives] This paper was to figure out whether the dominant bacterial community has the role and effect of bacterial community and its defense mechanism against potential pathogenic fungi in Artemisia annua, and thus establish a systematic model of bacteria-fungus-plant. [Methods] Fifty-eight strains of bacteria and one strain of pathogenic fungi, Globisporangium ultimatum, were used for the experiments. These 58 bacterial strains were assembled into a bacterial community, and the bacteria with abundance in the top 1% were reassembled into a dominant bacterial community as measured by 16S rDNA. [Results] The growth of A. annua seedlings inoculated with bacterial communities and pathogenic fungi or dominant bacterial communities and pathogenic fungi was significantly better than that of A. annua seedlings inoculated with pathogenic fungi during in vitro confrontation, which was evident in both enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant assays. [Conclusions] The results suggest that the dominant bacterial community has a crucial role as a representative core microbial community of synthetic bacterial community, which can protect plants by interfering with the growth of phytopathogenic fungi mediated by chemical signals, and can be used as the main synthetic community of biocides to achieve the effect of biocontrol. [Objectives] The paper was to explore the effects of low temperature stress on germination and physiological characteristics of different sweet maize varieties. [Methods] Taking Taitian 264, Zhexuetian 1 and Chaotian 4 as the research objects, the changes in germination potential, germination index, plant height, biomass, and antioxidant enzyme activity of maize seeds were studied under optimal temperature conditions (25 °C) and low temperature stress conditions (10 °C)- [Results] Under 10 °C stress, the germination rate and germination index of Taitian 264 were higher than that of Zhexuetian 1 and Chaotian 4. Under low temperature stress, Taitian 264 exhibited the least reduction in height and biomass, while Zhexuetian 1 had the most reduction. Additionally, the SOD and POD activities of Taitian 264 were higher than that of Zhexuetian 1 and Chaotian 4 under both temperature conditions, while the MDA content of Taitian 264 was lower. [Objectives] The paper was to establish a TLC identification method for Ensete wilsonii. [Methods] Using ß-sitosterol as the reference, the effects of preparation methods of test solutions, developing solvents, developing distances and color developing agents on TLC analysis were investigated, and the best TLC conditions for E. wilsonii were determined. [Results] The test solution prepared with 90% methanol solvent was dotted on TLC silica gel G plate, and developed with dichloromethane-toluene-methanol =10: 5: 1.5 as the developing solvent. Then the plate was sprayed with 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, and dried with hot blast for color development. Finally, the plate was examined under an ultraviolet lamp at 365 nm. The TLC results of E. wilsonii obtained showed good separation and color development effect, and the spots were clear and characteristic. Taking Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area in Guangzhou as the research object, 300 online travel notes were selected as research samples, and text analysis and ROST CM6 data analysis software were used to analyze tourists’ image perception of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area in Guangzhou from three aspects of cognitive image, emotional image and perceptual image. It is found that: ① in terms of cognitive image, tourists’ perception of the tourist attractions is not balanced, and the service facilities such as catering, entertainment, shopping and accommodation are generally negative perceptions, while the perception of the tourism atmosphere tends to be positive. ② In terms of emotional image, tourists have a positive attitude towards the overall evaluation of the scenic area. Most of these positive perceptions come from the natural landscapes and scenic spots of the scenic area. Part of the negative perception mainly comes from the lack of infrastructure, amusement facilities, service facilities or construction management, and the lag of maintenance management within the scenic area. ③ In terms of overall perception, the favorable rate accounts for 81%. The overall perception image of tourists is mainly concentrated in the three core vocabulary of “Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area”, “ticket” and “cable car”. One of the most humane ways of renewal is designing and constructing the necessary urban spatial environment from the perspective of human daily behavior. In the construction of resilient cities, regional air pollution prevention plays a pivotal role. Building on the previous research experience, the relationship between air pollution concentration and urban size exhibits a sublinear allometric growth pattern. To identify effective strategies for mitigating particulate matter air pollution, this study quantitatively explored 6 variables influencing urbanization in China’s cities and established an allometry model. Empirical analysis was conducted using data from 293 prefecturelevel cities and 1,827 county-level cities to examine the relationship between annual concentrations of fine particulate matter PM2.5 and PM10 in the atmosphere. ① The findings of this study provided partial validation for the Kuznets curve and demonstrated a reverse ‘U’-shaped association between urbanization and levels of PM2.5 and PM10 pollution. ② By partitioning the Hu Huanyong line, this study identified the spatial distribution pattern of PM2.5 and PM10. In central and western regions, as urban size expands, inhalable particle concentrations tended to increase further; whereas in the southeast region, inhalable particle concentrations gradually decreased and stabilized after a certain threshold of urban scale expansion was reached. Among the factors influencing urban size, green coverage within built-up areas exerted the most significant impact on both PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations, followed by the extent of built-up areas and the scale of secondary industries.
