The mayfly Ephemera lota Navás, 1934 was described based on subimagines, and the imagines and nymphs have not been known so far. For the first time, we provide descriptions of adults and nymphs using recently collected material. Based on their morphology, the species diagnostic characters are imaginal abdomen without transverse line, penis with finger-like apex, hindwing without any dot; nymphal frons with deep anterior emargination, two mandibular tusks subequal in length. Significantly, forewings of this species have variable MP2 base: from independent to fusing with CuA in different specimens through the other characters and barcoding data confirm all specimens belong to the same species. Abstract.To check the significance of the regression coefficients in the linear component of high-dimensional partial linear models, we proposed some projection-based test statistics. These test statistics are connected with U-statistics of order two and they are applicable for diverging dimensions and heteroscedastic model errors. By using the martingale central limit theorem, we show the asymptotic normalities of the proposed test statistics under the null hypothesis and local alternative hypotheses. The performance of test statistics are evaluated by simulation studies. The simulation results show that the proposed test statistics are powerful and have the correct type-I error asymptotically under the null hypothesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Human-AI conversation provides a natural, unobtrusive, yet under-explored way to investigate trust dynamics in human-AI teams (HATs). In this paper, we modeled dynamic trust evolution in conversations using a novel method, trajectory epistemic network analysis (T-ENA). T-ENA captures the multidimensional aspect of trust (i.e., analytic and affective), and trajectory analysis segments conversations to capture temporal changes of trust over time. Twenty-four participants performed a habitat maintenance task assisted by a conversational agent and verbalized their experiences and feelings after each task. T-ENA showed that agent reliability significantly affected people's conversations in the analytic process of trust, t (38.88) = 15.18 , p < 0.001 , Cohen ′ s d = 4.72 , such as discussing agents' errors. The trajectory analysis showed that trust dynamics manifested through conversation topic diversity and flow. These results showed trust dimensions and dynamics in conversation should be considered interdependently and suggested that an adaptive conversational strategy for managing trust in HATs. Drawing on the Stimuli-Organism-Response (SOR) model, this research explores how consumers' perceptions of green brand innovativeness promote their green word-of-mouth (WOM) intention. Also, this study investigates the impact of two mediating variables (green competence enhancement and green trust) as well as a moderating variable (green knowledge) on the process above. We conducted a moderated mediation analysis on a sample of 826 participants from China to test our proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that consumers perceived innovativeness of green brands reinforces green WOM intention directly and indirectly through green competence enhancement and trust. The findings also suggest that the presence of green knowledge influences the direct and indirect association between green brand innovativeness and green WOM by means of enhancing green competence and fostering green trust. These findings address the process of eco-friendly innovation from the perspective of consumers and highlight the significance of identifying factors that moderate the mediated path between the perceived innovativeness of green brands and green WOM intentions. Hence, to enhance consumers' intention to spread positive green WOM, organizations should devote resources to offering fresh and valuable solutions to meet their needs, boost their self-efficacy and trust in eco-friendly brands, and improve their knowledge. An innovative approach involves crafting foamed concrete utilizing alkali residue and GGBS in lieu of a portion of OPC. This study employs laboratory tests and X-ray computed tomography (X-CT) to delve into the microstructural attributes of alkali residue-based foamed concrete (A-FC), evaluating their impact on physical and mechanical traits. Results demonstrate that the behavior of foams in A-FC – deformation, coalescence, or rupture – arises from the interplay of gravity drainage, surface tension drainage, air pressure disparity, and slurry extrusion pressure, leading to diverse pore sizes and shapes. Divergence in macroscopic physical and mechanical characteristics of A-FC primarily stems from significant disparages in compression, thermal, and electrical conductivity, as well as water absorption, between pores and pore walls. Furthermore, during the solidification process, solid particles (CaCO3, AFt, AFm, and Fs) bind together through C–S–H and C–A–H, culminating in a robust skeletal structure and yielding exceptional performance in A-FC.
