This document is a summary of a special issue of the International Journal on Digital Libraries (IJDL) that features selected papers from the 24th International Conference on Asia–Pacific Digital Libraries (ICADL 2022). ICADL is an annual interdisciplinary conference that connects digital library, computer science, and information science communities. The conference was held in Ha Noi, Vietnam, with the theme "From Born-Physical to Born-Virtual: Augmenting Intelligence in Digital Libraries." The special issue includes four papers that cover topics such as political opinions, web archives, cultural heritage content, and literature management. The papers underwent a rigorous review process and were selected based on their high quality. The authors hope that readers will find these papers interesting and insightful.
