As an emerging research hotspot in contemporary remote sensing, hyperspectral change detection (HCD) has attracted increasing attention in remote sensing Earth observation, covering land mapping changes and anomaly detection. This is primarily attributable to the unique capacity of hyperspectral imagery (HSI) to amalgamate both the spectral and spatial information in the scene, facilitating a more exhaustive analysis and change detection on the Earth's surface, proving to be successful across diverse domains, such as disaster monitoring and geological surveys. Although numerous HCD algorithms have been developed, most of them face three major challenges: (i) susceptibility to inherent data noise, (ii) inconsistent accuracy of detection, especially when dealing with multi-scale changes, and (iii) extensive hyperparameters and high computational costs. As such, we propose a singular spectrum analysis-driven-lightweight network for HCD, where three crucial components are incorporated to tackle these challenges. Firstly, singular spectrum analysis (SSA) is applied to alleviate the effect of noise. Next, a 2-D self-attention-based spatial–spectral feature-extraction module is employed to effectively handle multi-scale changes. Finally, a residual block-based module is designed to effectively extract the spectral features for efficiency. Comprehensive experiments on three publicly available datasets have fully validated the superiority of the proposed SSA-LHCD model over eight state-of-the-art HCD approaches, including four deep learning models. Centrifugal granulation technology using a spinning cup opens a potential way to recycle steel slag that is currently difficult to reuse. The objective of this research was to study the flow characteristics of a molten slag–metal mixture that was produced during smelting reduction in molten steel slag, passing over a spinning cup, so as to explore the feasibility of using centrifugal granulation technology to treat the steel slag. This was achieved by developing and implementing a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model that incorporated free-surface multiphase flow to predict the thickness of the liquid slag film at the edge of the spinning cup (slag film thickness for short), which was an important parameter for estimating the size of the slag particles resulting from centrifugal granulation of the molten slag–metal mixture. The influences of various relevant parameters, including spinning cup diameter, slag feeding rate, cup spinning speed, etc., on the slag film thickness were analyzed. Additionally, hot experiments on centrifugal granulation of a molten slag–metal mixture were conducted to verify the results of the numerical simulations. The experimental results indicated a progressive reduction in the Sauter mean diameter of the slag particles as the metallic iron content in the slag increased. Specifically, when the iron content rose from 5% to 15% at a cup spinning speed of 2500 RPM, the Sauter mean diameter decreased by 13.77%. The numerical simulation results showed that the slag film thickness had a positive relationship to the slag feeding rate but a negative relationship to the spinning cup diameter and the cup spinning speed. Furthermore, the ratio between the mean slag particle diameter and the slag film thickness decreased nearly linearly with the increase in the metallic iron content in slag, with the average ratio being approximately 4.25, and this relationship was useful for estimating the slag particle size from the slag film thickness. Therefore, the present research results can provide theoretical guidance for the industrial application of spinning cup centrifugal granulation technology to effectively treat and recycle steel slags. The present study investigates the roles of online dating violence and emotional dependence within the context of interpersonal relationships. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the perpetration and victimization of online dating violence and emotional dependence among men and women. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory focus, this research employed a non-experimental cross-sectional design. A sample comprising 3202 university students completed the Dating Online Abuse Scale (DOAS) and the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (EDQ). Statistical analyses, including Student's t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and simple linear regressions, were conducted. Significant gender differences (p < 0.01) emerged concerning both victimization and perpetration of online dating violence. Furthermore, a noteworthy association (p < 0.01) was observed between online dating violence and emotional dependence, with the latter serving as a predictive factor for online dating violence across genders. Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding proteins (PEBPs) play a crucial role in the growth and development of various organisms. Due to the low sequence similarity compared to plants, humans, and animals, the study of pebp genes in fungi has not received significant attention. The redifferentiation of fruiting bodies is exceedingly rare in fungal development. Hitherto, only a few studies have identified the Capebp2 gene as being associated with this phenomenon in Cyclocybe aegerita. Thus, exploring the role of pebp genes in fruiting body development is imperative. In the present study, four Capebp genes (Capebp1, Capebp3, Capebp4, and Capebp5) were cloned from the AC0007 strain of C. aegerita based on genome sequencing and gene prediction. The findings indicate that the pebp family, in C. aegerita, comprises a total of five genes. Moreover, the sequence similarity was low across the five CAPEBP protein sequences in C. aegerita, and only a few conserved sequences, such as HRY and RHF, were identical. Expression analyses revealed that, similarly to Capebp2, the four Capebp genes exhibit significantly higher expression levels in the fruiting bodies than in the mycelium. Furthermore, overexpressed and RNA interference Capebp1 or Capebp5 transformants were analyzed. The results demonstrate that overexpression of Capebp1 or Capebp5 could induce the regeneration of the lamella or fruiting body, whereas the knockdown of Capebp1 or Capebp5 could lead to the accelerated aging of fruiting bodies. These findings highlight a significant role of Capebp genes in the generation of C. aegerita fruiting bodies and provide a foundation for further exploration into their involvement in basidiomycete growth and development. Featured Application: This magnetic marker material is used for large-scale field signal marking, offering the advantages of stable, rapid, and portable detection. With the widespread application of tagging materials, existing chemical tagging materials exhibit limitations in stability and detection under field conditions. This study introduces a novel magnetic detection scheme. Hydrophilic material-modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles (COOH-PEG@Fe3O4 NPs) were synthesized using the co-precipitation technique. The content of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in the magnetic tagging liquid can reach up to 10 wt% and remain stable in an aqueous phase system for seven days. This research details the preparation process, the characterization methods (IR, 1HNMR, EDX, XRD, SEM, TEM, VSM, DLS), and the performance effects of the materials in magnetic tagging. Experimental results indicate that COOH-PEG@Fe3O4 NPs exhibit high remanence intensity (Br = 1.75 emu/g) and considerable stability, making it possible to quickly detect tagged liquids in the field using portable flux meters and optical pump magnetometers. This study provides new insights into the design and application of magnetic tagging materials, making it particularly suitable for long-term tagging and convenient detection in field scenarios. Exposure of metals to neutron irradiation results in an increase in the yield strength and a significant loss of ductility. Irradiation hardening is also closely related to the fracture toughness temperature shift or the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) shift in alloys with a body-centered cubic (bcc) crystal structure. Ion irradiation is an indispensable tool in the study of the radiation effects of materials for nuclear energy systems. Due to the shallow damage depth in ion-irradiated materials, the nanoindentation test is the most commonly used method for characterizing the changes in mechanical properties after ion irradiation. Issues that affect the analysis of irradiation hardening may arise due to changes in the surface morphology and mechanical properties, as well as the inherent complexities in nanoscale indentation. These issues, including changes in surface roughness, carbon contamination, the pile-up effect, and the indentation size effect, with corresponding measures, were reviewed. Modeling using the crystal plasticity finite element method of the nanoindentation of ion-irradiated materials was also reviewed. Simple Summary: Cas9 is limited by protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) sequences during the application process, which is particularly evident in insect genome editing. Researchers have discovered Cas9 variants with a wider range of recognition due to the development of genome-editing technology. However, the application of these variants in insects has been ineffective and time-consuming. To tackle this issue, this study established a high-throughput assay system capable of rapidly detecting recognizable PAM sequences of different Cas9 variants in Bombyx mori and the corresponding editing efficiency of the sites. We utilized this system to evaluate the editing ability of two protein variants, xCas9 and Cas9-NG, in Bombyx mori cells. Based on the editing ability of these two proteins, the editable range of the Bombyx mori genome can be greatly expanded, accelerating research on the genome's function. This system is also applicable to other insects for detecting the editing ability of Cas9 variants, thus accelerating the study of silkworm genome function. Genome editing provides novel opportunities for the precise genome engineering of diverse organisms. Significant progress has been made in the development of genome-editing tools for Bombyx mori (B. mori) in recent years. Among these, CRISPR/Cas9, which is currently the most commonly used system in lepidopteran insects, recognizes NGG protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) sequences within the target locus. However, Cas9 lacks the ability to target all gene loci in B. mori, indicating the need for Cas9 variants with a larger editing range. In this study, we developed a high-throughput screening platform to validate Cas9 variants at all possible recognizable and editable PAM sites for target sequences in B. mori. This platform enabled us to identify PAM sites that can be recognized by both xCas9 3.7 and SpCas9-NG variants in B. mori and to assess their editing efficiency. Cas9 shows PAM sites every 13 base pairs in the genome, whereas xCas9 3.7 and SpCas9-NG have an average distance of 3.4 and 3.6 base pairs, respectively, between two specific targeting sites. Combining the two Cas9 variants could significantly expand the targeting range of the genome, accelerate research on the B. mori genome, and extend the high-throughput rapid screening platform to other insects, particularly those lacking suitable NGG PAM sequences. After a transmission line is covered by ice in winter, ice-shedding and vibration occurs under special meteorological and external dynamic conditions, which leads to intense transmission line shaking. Transmission line ice-shedding and vibration often cause line flashover trips and outages. In January 2018, three 500 kV transmission lines, namely, the 500 kV Guanli line, the 500 kV Dushan line, and the 500 kV Guanqiao line, tripped and cut off due to ice-shedding and vibration in Anhui province, seriously threatening the safe operation of a large power grid. Current studies mainly focus on analyzing the influence factors and characteristics of line ice-shedding and investigating suppression measures, but they only analyze the correlation between each influencing factor and icing or shedding, and do not consider the coupling effects between multiple factors. In this paper, the key influencing factors and the probability distribution of transmission line ice-shedding were analyzed, and a multiple-factor coupling fault probability calculation model of line ice-shedding based on Copula function was proposed. The fault probability was calculated directly by considering multiple influence factors at the same time, which effectively overcame the error caused by multi-factor transformation in fuzzy membership degree and other methods. Social trust is derived from the interaction of environmental and social factors, which has important significance for the sustainable development of society and social governance. In particular, in the post-pandemic era, tourist activity will receive special attention in terms of its role in the development of the public's social trust. On the basis of the sample of big data, this research takes China as an example to study the influences of different geographical and environmental elements on individuals' social trust as well as the common role played by the tourist activity. The research showed that the geographical environment and tourism activities have interacting effects on public social trust. This influencing mechanism is specifically manifested as the rice-growing ratio and tourist reception level can have interacting effects on the social trust of the residents in a tourist destination; pathogen stress and tourist supply level can exert interacting effects on the social trust of the residents in an area from which tourists originate; and economic development and tourist reception level can have interacting effects on the social trust of the residents in a tourist destination. By doing so, this research provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for the recovery of the public's social trust from the perspective of tourism geography in the post-pandemic era. The titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel Fe-15Cr-15Ni, which shows enhanced resistance to irradiation swelling compared with more traditional 316Ti, has been selected as a core material for fast reactors. Data on the evolution of irradiation swelling in 15-15Ti steels at very high doses, which cannot be easily achieved by neutron irradiation, are still lacking. In this paper, the swelling behavior of the titanium-modified austenitic stainless steel 15-15Ti was investigated by pre-implantation of He at room temperature followed by Ni-ion irradiation at 580 °C to peak doses of 120, 240 and 400 dpa. Relatively small cavities were observed in the zone of helium implantation, while large cavities appeared in the region near the damage peak. A correction formula for the dpa curve was proposed and applied to samples with large swelling. It was found that the steady-state swelling rate of 15-15Ti remains at ~1%/dpa even at high doses. By comparing the swelling data of the helium-implanted and helium-free regions at same doses, 70 dpa and 122 dpa, the suppression of swelling by excessive helium can be deduced at such doses. The development of space exploration technologies puts higher demand on space power systems. The space reactor gas turbine cycle (SRGTC) has the advantages of compact configuration and small mass and volume and is one of the optimal options for future high-power space power systems. The SRGTC operates in an isolated island state and the radiator is fragile if it is hit by asteroids and space debris. The transient characteristics of the SRGTC are fundamental for safe operation in radiator loss accidents. In this paper, a dynamic model for the SRGTC is established, and the performance of the SRGTC with dual power conversion unit (PCU) modules (SRGTC-DPCU) after radiator loss was investigated. The results indicated that the waste heat of the system was accumulated in the radiator after radiator loss, which increased the consumed power of the compressor and further led to speed fluctuations. The bypass valve control and the temperature negative feedback effect can ensure the safe operation of the shaft and the reactor. More radiator loss decreased the speed far below the rated speed and exceeded the safety margin of the bypass valve control, which further led to system shutdown. There is a safety boundary of radiator loss accidents. Furthermore, the coupling effects of multiple PCUs after radiator loss were analyzed. The working fluid inventory was redistributed among the PCU modules. The reduction of working fluid inventory in the accident PCU module promoted the safety boundary.
