Essentially, not all students can do their school tasks well and authentically because some of them may face many problems of life which certainly affect for their study. Therefore, it is necessity that some students do need intensive guidance for their success in both study and life. In addition, to get success for all students without any exception the councelors should apply individual and collective guidance. If all students can solve their problems, so they can study well; and consequently, they have many chances to get success in study that will support the success in life. This paper is focused on elaborating the role of guidance and couceling, either individually and collectively, for students’ success.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi manajemen, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat di SMP Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif naturalistic. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kemudian data dianalisis denga cara mereduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka diketahui bahwa implementasi manajemen berjalan dengan baik karena ruang lingkup manajemen peserta didik yang diteliti, mulai dari perencanaan peserta didik, penerimaan, orientasi, kehadiran, pengelompokkan, evaluasi, kenaikan, mutasi (perpindahan), drop out (pemberhentian), kode etik, hukuman, dan disiplin sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Walaupun ada kekurangan dari sisi sarana dan prasarana yang ada, kekurangan ini berjalan dengan baik karena ada tenaga pendidik, karyawan, peserta didik, orang tua, pemerintah, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, serta masyarakat sekitar yang berpartisipasi demi kemajuan sekolah tersebut.

Effective teaching and learning process can be realized well if there is interaction between teacher and students, fellow students or with other learning resources. In other words, learning is said to be effective if there is a maximum interaction. Furthermore, maximum interaction will be easy to implement if the class and students are in a good arrangement or management. This management in the education literature is called class management. In other words, the effectiveness of learning is closely related to class management. To test this assumption the author conducted research at the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigm especially on fiqh subjects with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1. What are the procedures for Class Management in the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Palembang? 2. What is the impact of Class Management on the effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Madrasah Aliyah? What factors can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm? This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Acting as key informant is the deputy head of the curriculum, academic supervisors and 2 fiqh teachers. Then in the collection several techniques are used, namely observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation studies. After the data is collected, it is then processed using qualitative descriptive techniques and deductive and inductive conclusions. Based on data analysis can be formulated several research conclusions as follows: 1. Class arrangement and organization of students in Islamic Jurisprudence Aliyah Paradigm class subjects are in accordance with classroom management procedures. Class Management Procedures in the Teaching and Learning Process subjects of jurisprudence in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm is intended to begin with an increase in the awareness of educators as teachers. Then increase student awareness. Next is the introduction of student behavior. Making social contracts / class rules and setting alternative solutions through various approaches. 2. Class Management can improve the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process subject of Fiqh in the Palembang Islamic Elementary School Paradigm, because it has fulfilled and has implemented the elements in the effectiveness of learning. 3. Factors that can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Subjects of Fiqh in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm consists of two factors (external and internal). External factors, including environmental factors and instrumental factors such as; curriculum, program/teaching materials, facilities and facilities, and the factors of the teacher itself. Internal factors, including the physiological and psychological conditions of students in the form of interests, talents and abilities possessed by each student.

Monitoring of river aims to determine the condition of water quality. One alternative effort that can be used to have description of water quality is by reviewing the condition of the river's physical habitat. In this regard, the physical habitat condition will affect the presence of macroinvertebrates. The aims of this study was to determine the quality of river by observing the physical habitat of the river and the presence of macroinvertebrates. Data collection techniques are carried out spatially by dividing the river into several segments by taking into the state of the environment which include industry area, agriculture (rice field) area, housing area, pipe oil area and the springhead of the river. Based on the results of the study, it shown that the condition of river waters can be categorized in an unhealthy condition. This can be seen from the type of substrate cover, river bank stability and human activities in the river. It causes by eroding, agricultural activities, livestock, waste disposal, sand mining and garbage disposal. These conditions also affect the composition of macroinvertebrates found in this waters, which have a high level of tolerance in unhealthy physical habitat conditions such as Limnodrilus sp. and Aulodrilus sp

Social capital and cultural capital have a close relationship with character education in the learning process and become one of the important factors in the success of an educational goal. A deficiency of thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG) has been recognized in euthyroid subjects but has not been reported in conjunction with a depressed thyroidal I131 uptake. We have studied a 35-yr-old Indonesian male physician who lacked TBG but showed the normal localization of thyroxine (T4) binding in the albumin and prealbumin serum protein fractions. No physical abnormalities were present and mild serum hepatitis was the only prior illness of note. The subject had a consistently low protein-bound iodine (PBI), an increased red blood cell (RBC) uptake of triiodothyronine, and a normal basal metabolic rate (BMR) and serum cholesterol. The thyroidal I131 uptake was markedly low but showed a 7-fold increase after thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH); an abnormal release of trapped I131 was not induced by KSCN. This study aims to find out 1) What are the stages of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin and 2) What is the impact of implementing the system on the work system and work culture in schools. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The process of collecting data was carried out by observing, then interviewing the Deputy Principal for Quality Management and equipped with some documentation. The data analysis that the researcher uses with the Miles and Huberman Model is condensation, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) several stages carried out by SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system are a ) attend training with the guidance of a consultant, b) prepare quality documents and implement a quality management system according to documents prepared by the school, c) internal audit coordinated by the Quality Management Deputy, d) external audit conducted by PT. URS Service Indonesia, and e) granting of ISO 9001:2015 certificate/ Institutional certification. The impact of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 is the creation of a better work system, organized according to procedures and can create a team work culture that upholds solidarity and work professionalism.

ملخص البحث: قدم هذا البحث موضوعا مهما يتعلق بعملية تعليم مهارة الكتابة لدى دارسي العربية، وهم الناطقون بغيرها في المستوى المتوسط بمركز الدراسات الأساسية بالجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا. وتناول الباحثان فيه الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية، بحيث تم فيه عرض الإشكالية الدراسية لدى الدارسين الماليزيين في تعلم المهارة الكتابية في اللغة العربية، ومناقشة الأسس المناسبة في اختيار الوسائل التعليمية وتصميمها، واستخدامها و مراعاتها، ومن ثم عرض الخطوات المقترحة في تنفيذ إجراءات تعليم مهارة الكتابة عبر برنامج متاح في الإنترنيت، المسمى بـ"ويكي". ولقد قام الباحثان عبر هذه العملية أيضا بدراسة تأثير استخدام "ويكي" في إنجازات الطلبة في مهارتهم الكتابية باستخدام لائحة معايير الكتابة الموجودة فيه. وبينت النتائج أنها أدت بالفعل إلى رفع قدرات الطلبة الكتابية وتحسين إنجازاتهم فيها، وهم قادرون على تطوير تفكيرهم الإبداعي في الوقت نفسه. الكلمات المفتاحية : برنامج ويكي- النظريات-التطبيق-خطوات-نماذج Abstract : This paper discusses the learning process of writing skills among the students of the Center of Foundational Studies, International Islamic University Malaysia from the theoretical and applied aspects. The learning problems and the foundations of the suitable teaching method and its design will also be discussed. Subsequently, the steps in learning this skill from the online program in the internet called “wiki” are presented. The effect of taking up this program is studied by using the writing standards list as provided in the program itself. The analysis proved that it did manage to contribute to improve the learning abilities of the students and develop their thinking creativities. Abstrak : Kajian ini mengenengahkan sebuah topik penting berkaitan proses pengajaran kemahiran penulisan di kalangan pelajar bahasa Arab yang bahasa ibundanya bukan bahasa tersebut, di peringkat pertengahan di Pusat Matrikulasi Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia. Para pengkaji dalam kajian ini telah mengambil kira aspek teori serta aplikasi, di mana diulas dalamnya permasalahan pembelajaran dalam mempelajari kemahiran penulisan dalam bahasa Arab di kalangan pelajar Malaysia, dibincangkan juga asas-asas bersesuaian dalam pemilihan alat bantu mengajar dan pelakarannya, penggunaa serta penyelenggaraanya, seterusnya mencadangkan langkah perlaksanaannya dalam pengajaran kemahiran penulisandengan menggunakan program yang terdapat dalam laman sesawang iaitu ‘wiki’. Para pengkaji juga turut menjalankan kajian kesan penggunaan ‘wiki’ ke atas pencapaian pelajar dalam kemahiran penulisan dengan menggunakan jadual ukuran penulisan yang terdapat dalamnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa program tersebut sesungguhnya telah berjaya memperbaiki keupayaan pelajar dalam penulisan serta meningkatkan pencapaian mereka, di mana pada masa yang sama mereka juga berupaya mengembangkan pemikiran kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar fisika siswa di kelas X-MIA4 SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Pendekatan metoda penelitian ini adalah deskreptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis program SPSS versi 11.05 for Windows, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiantindakan kelas(Collaborative Classroom Action Reseach) dengan populasi/sampelnya adalah siswa kelas X-MIA4 SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep tahun ajaran 2013/2014, Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling terdiri dari 37 siswa mewakili kelas yang tidak diteliti. Data sample diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket Interviw, documenter dan hasil test. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 penggunaan model pembelajaran problem based introductuon dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar fisika siswa di kelas X-MIA4 SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi sekaligus sebagai rekomendasi kepada pihak terkait guna peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah masing-masing

An important component of many studies of cryopreservation of fish spermatozoa is the type of extenders and cryoprotectants. The suitability of extenders and cryoprotectants differs from one fish to another. There are many studies have been done in cryopreservation of fish spermatozoa. However, there are few review have been done. This review reveals some aspects of cryopreservation especially the role of extender and cryoprotectant in fish sperm cryopreservation. Fish produce high viscosity of sperm and in some cases only small volume is produced. Before cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen, sperm have to dilute with extenders and for long-term cryopreservation,cryoprotectants are needed to protect the sperm cell from cold and hot shock treatments and prevent cell dehydration during pre-freezing, freezing and post thawed. The suitability of extenders and cryoprotectants differs from one fish to another. The term of multicultural education, religious education contains of two conceptscombined, i.e between multicultural education and religious education.
