豚精漿蛋白における個体差,季節的変化および各副生殖腺液による差,および凍結融解に伴う変化を追求するため,Sephadex G-200によるゲル ?? 過法および殿粉ゲル電気泳動を行なったところ,つぎの成績が得られた。1.電気泳動によって,豚精漿には16~18本のバンドが認められ,豚の個体差がバンド数および易動度の違いとしてみられた。しかし,季節および凍結による変化はとくに認められなかった。2.ゲル ?? 過法によって,豚精漿蛋白の個体差はピークの濃度差として認められた。季節的変化については,秋期が夏期よりもピークAの濃度が高くなる傾向が認められた。凍結融解によって,ピークAは2つに分かれる傾向が認められた。3.各副生殖腺液の電気泳動像およびゲル炉過像をしらべた結果,精漿と精のう腺液との間には類似した成績が認められた。一方,精巣上体尾部抽出液および前立腺液には,主にピークBとCの分画が含まれ,ピークAは精のう腺液を主体とすることが認められた。

1. 余等ノ觀察セル迷路炎症例ニ於テハ限局性ノモノハ勿論・瀰漫性ノモノニ於テ尚聽力ノ残存スルヲ認メ得ベク又他方ニ全然聽力ノ消失セルモノアリテ迷路炎ニ際スル聽能力ノ有無ニ關シテハ一律ヲ許サヾルコトヲ示ス.2. 余等ノ症例中片側迷路疾患患者ノ外半規管刺戟適位ニ於テ廻轉刺戟ヲ加フルニ患側廻轉後發來スル健側ニ向フ水平性眼球震盪ハ數及其持續時間ニ於テモ健側廻轉ニ發現スル夫レニ比シテ優越ス.3. 余等ノ症例ニ於テ頭位變換後, 前鉛直半規管若シクハ後半規管刺戟適位ニ於テ廻轉刺戟ヲ加フルニ患側前及後鉛直半規管聽櫛ハ刺戟状態ニアルヲ認ム.4. 冷温性眼球震盪ハ患側耳ヲ刺戟セル場合ハ健側ヲ刺戟セル場合ヨリ常ニ低減スルカ若シクハ全然發現セズ, 但シ第五例黴毒性外半規管疾患症例ニ於テハ患側耳前鉛直半規管聽櫛ハ健側ニ比シテ稍刺戟状態ニアルヲ認ム.5. 「ゴニオメーター」檢査ニ於テ一側迷路患者ノ墜落角下ハ正常人ノ約1/3-1/5ニ低減ス然レドモ兩側迷路炎患者ハ比較的均衡ヲ保持シ其墜落角度ハ正常ニ比シ僅微ノ差異ヲ示スニ過ギズ.

1. 1側ノ箇々或ハ全膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置動物ノ廻轉性後眼球震盪ハ數及持續ニ於テ正常動物ニ比シ著シク減少ス.2. 1側箇々膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置動物ノ術後7日ノ廻轉性後眼球震盪ノ状況ハ1側全膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置動物ノ術後3日ノモノニ酷似ス.3. 1側ノ各個或ハ全膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置動物ニ於テ術後1週ニ外半規管ヲ刺戟適位ニ置ケル際ノ廻轉性後眼球震盪數ハ術側ニ向フモノニ於テ健側ニ向フモノ、1/2-1/3ヲ示ス. 之ヲ各半規管曠置動物ニ就テ見ルニ1側全及外膜樣半規管曠置動物ニ於テ兩側間ノ差異最モ著シク, 1側前鉛直半規管曠置動物ノ場合之ニ亞ギ, 1側後鉛直半規管曠置動物ニ於テハ最モ僅少ナリ.4. 1側箇々或ハ全膜樣半規管壺腹部曠置動物ニ於テ外半規管ヲ刺戟適位ニ置ケル際ノ左右廻轉性後眼球震盪ノ各數量的ノ差異ハ術後1週以後ノ時間的經過ニ於テ漸次減少ス.5. 1側箇々或ハ全膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置後外半規管ノ刺戟適位ニ於ケル左右廻轉性後眼球震盪ノ量的差異ノ低減度バ一定ノ順位ヲ示ス. 即, 術後1ヶ月ニ於ケル恢復度ハ1側後鉛直半規管曠置動物ニ於テ最モ早ク前鉛直半規管曠置動物之ニ亞ギ外及全半規管曠置動物ハ最モ遲延シ第3位トナル. 更ニ詳言スレバ,A. 兩側同名外及全膜樣半規管壼腹部曠置動物ハ術後1ヶ月ノ經過ヲ待ツモ各種頭位ニ於テ廻轉性後眼球震盪猶發現スルニ至ラズ.B. 兩側膜樣前鉛直半規管壼腹部曠置動物ニ於テハ術後1ヶ月ニ至レバ外半規管剌戟適位ニ於テノミ水平性廻轉性後眼球震盪ノ發來ヲ認メ得.C 兩側膜樣後鉛直半規管壼腹部曠置動物ニ於テハ術後2週ニ於テ外半規管剌戟適位ニ於テ水平性廻轉性後眼球震盪ノ出現スルヲ認メ得. 尚術後1ヶ月ニ至レバ震盪數及其持續時間ヲ共ニ増加シ, 且其震盪速度ハ正常動物ノ夫レニ匹敵ス.6. 1側或ハ兩側各半規管曠置後1ヶ月ニ於テ前記ノ恢復ヲ見ルト雖モ尚之ヲ正常動物ノ其レニ比スルニ各例共ニ猶及バザルヲ常トス.

The characteristics of a double-beam maser of N14H 3 3-2 line were investigated. In the experiment, Zeeman effect is used for the determination of the reference frequency. The shift of the reference frequency due to a variation of 30 per cent in the ammonia pressure, that of 20 per cent in the focuser voltage or that of 10 per cent in the intensity of the perturbing magnetic field is less than one part in 1010. The variation in the traveling-wave effect by change of the effective beam intensity, both in single-beam and double-beam types, were calculated for practical use. The phase variation and noise in the frequency multiplier and the quartz oscillator were preliminarily investigated in order to improve the precision of frequency comparison between maser and quartz crystal oscillator.

Intertrochanteric osteotomy for 33 cases of osteoarthritis and subluxation of the hip joint was performed at our clinic from July, 1956 to December, 1965.Methods of the operation were displacement osteotomy in 17 cases, displacement varus osteotomy in 10, displacement valgus osteotomy in one and varus osteotomy in 5.The results in 26 cases from one to 5 years after the operation were obtained as followings:1. In majority of the cases, pain in the hip disappeared or diminished, and 76 per cent of 26 cases was satisfied with the results of the operation.2. The range of motion of the hip did not mostly improve, and in some cases it decreased slightly.3. Radiological findings were improved in 62 per cent of 26 cases.4. Although varus osteotomy for congenital subluxation of young adults was excellent, it was discouraging for osteoarthritis of the dislocated hip.5. Effect of the osteotomy seemed mostly to last long.

The time-slot mismatch loss will be avoided and the time-slot assignment will be simplified in a time-division exchange system in which the calling and the called subscriber can use independent time slots arbitrarily assigned. Code-modulation techniques make such systems economically realizable, since a tapped magnetostrictive delay line or a shift register can be used to interchange time slots assigned to the calling and called subscribers. A skeletonized experimental model to demonstrate the feasibility of the system has been developed, and its subscriberline circuit and signaling and tone system are described here. The delta-modulation technique is employed for the purpose of simplifying the modulator and demodulator circuitry and of economizing the time slot interchanging device. The modulator circuitry is considerably simplified by using a monostable blocking oscillator to perform combined operation of comparing, switching and locally-decoding. The simplification makes it possible to install a modulator and a demodulator per subscriber. The signaling and tone system is equipped with three modulators which are commonly used by all speech channels. The signal-to-noise ratio of the subscriber-line circuit with 50-kc sampling rate is 30 db at 800 cps which conforms well to the theoretical estimation.

未成熟雌マウスに,連日, P.M.S.G.,C.G., 5i.u.を90日間注射した結果,次の成績を得た。1) P. M. S. G., 5i. u. の連日注射マウスでは,第30日以降から, C. G., 5i. u. 連日射マウスでは,第60日以降から,アンチホルモンが生産された。この抑制作用は,注射の継続によつて強化され, 90日目の検定では, P. M. S. G., C. G., 注射群の卵巣重量とコンロール群の卵巣重量と殆ど差がみられなかつた。2) 下垂体前葉のBasophile cellは,アンチホルモンの生産と共に増加する傾向がみられた。3) P. M. S. G., C. G. 両注射群の60, 90日検定では肝臓肥大がみられた。又, Vaginal Smearでの発情兆候は,アンチホルモン生産と比例するものと思われる。本研究に実施に当つて御指導戴いた東大小林教授,新谷博士並びに岩手大三浦教授,大島助教授に感謝の意を表すると共に,供試品を提供された東芝製薬に謝意を表します。

A communication system by code modulation is described which incorporates an integration process in the original delta modulation system and is named delta-sigma modulation after its modulation mechanism. It has an advantage over delta modulation in dc level transmission and stability of performance, although both require essentially an equal bandwidth and complexity of circuitry. An experimental telemetering system employing delta-sigma modulation is also described.

Signal-to-noise performances of a unity bit coding method and the characteristics of an experimental video encoder based upon the principle are described. The system contains a signal integration process in addition to the original delta modulator and features capability of transmitting dc component of input signal. The characteristics of the quantizing noise to the signal frequency, the signal amplitude and the integrator time constant are obtained theoretically as well as experimentally. The characteristics of periodical noise which are inherent to the proposed system are also investigated. The design and the characteristics of an experimental encoder for digital transmission of video signals are described as examples of the experimental equipment constructed to demonstrate the realizability of the principle. The experimental results show that considerably good reproduction of video pictures is obtained with sampling frequency as low as 30 Mc and suggest that the proposed system well fulfills the purpose.

A system of time-division exchange is proposed in which the time slots are independently assigned to the originating and terminating subscribers and are interchanged, in setting up connection, by means of an appropriate delay or memory device. Such a system, which is economically feasible if the code modulation techniques are employed, increases the efficiency by avoiding time slot mismatch loss and simplifies the time slot assignment procedure. The functions required to perform the time slot interchange and the approach to realize the principle are described. The system of time slot interchange in an experimental delta-modulation timedivision exchange is also described, which has been constructed to demonstrate the feasibility of the principle. The system employs a magnetostrictive delay line with multiple output taps as the delay device, the outputs of which are switched by means of a magnetostrictive memory to perform the time slot interchange.

本研究ニ於ケル實驗成績ヲ綜括シテ結論スルコト次ノ如シ.1. 聽性迷路ナル蝸牛殼ニ何等ノ處置ヲ加フルコトナク之ト全然生理的機能ヲ異ニスル膜樣三半規管ノ壼腹部ヲ抽出スルニ蝸牛殻ヲ介シテ初メテ生ズベキプライエル氏反射運動ニ一定ノ障碍ヲ示スヲ確認シ得タリ, 而シテ同ジク半規管壼腹部ノ抽出ナリト雖モ, 各半規管ニヨリ各々聽力恢復ニ一定ノ相違アリテ後鉛直半規管ノ場合ニ失ハレタル聽反射ノ恢復迅速ニシテ膜樣外又前鉛直半規管抽出ノ場合ニハ遲延シ更ニ全膜樣半規管壼腹部ヲ悉ク抽出セル場合ニハ聽力ノ消失ハ遂ニ恢復スルニ至ラズ.2. 眼球偏位及特發性眼球震盪ハ片側各膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出直後, 各其固有性ヲ示スト雖モ, 術後30分-1時間ニシテ其抽出影響ハ一樣ニ正圓嚢ニ波及シテ何レモ其固有性ヲ失ヒ一樣性ニ化ス, 而シテ此變化ノ出現ハ各半規管ニヨリ遲速アリテ膜樣外半規管ノ場合最モ早ク膜樣後半規管ノ場合ニ遲延ス. 又該特發性眼球震盪ハ術後4-5時間ニシテ消失スルモ眼球偏位ハ術後1ヶ月ヲ經過スルモ尚存續ス, 兩側同名膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出動物ニ於テハ大多數ハ眼球偏位及特發性眼球震盪ヲ招來セズ.3. 各半規管壼腹部抽出ハ各特有ナル特發性頭震盪ヲ招來スルコトナク, 外, 前鉛直及全半規管曠置動物ハ何レモ左右ノ方向ニ向ツテ發來シ只後半規管曠置動物ノミ鉛直性ノ點頭運動ヲ現ハスニ過ギズ.然レドモ本運動ノ振幅ハ各抽出半規管ニ依リテ其大キテヲ異ニシ, 全半規管曠置動物ニ最大ニシテ外及前鉛直半規管曠置ノ場合之ニ亞ギ後半規管曠置ノ場合最モ小ナリ, 而シテ片側ノ場合ハ何レモ眼球震盪ノ速度ハ頭震盪ニ比シテ優越シ, 頭震盪ハ術後30分-1時間ニ消失スルニ拘ハラズ, 眼球震盪ハ比較的長ク繼續ス.兩側同名半規管曠置後小數例ニ發來セル眼球震盪速度ハ片側ノ場合ニ比シ緩徐ニシテ頭震盟ノ速度ハ反ツテ片側ノ場合ニ比シ速カナリ.4. 頸筋及四肢筋ノ緊張變化ハ全實驗動物ニ出現シ, 特ニ片側施術ノ場合ハ術側ニ於テ筋緊張ノ弛緩ヲ招來ス, 而シテ各抽出半規管ニ依リテ其度ヲ異ニス, 從ツテ體位ノ變化ニ於テモ亦差異ヲ生ズ, 即後半規管ノ場合最モ輕度ニシテ外及前鉛直半規管曠置動物之ニ亞ギ全半規管曠置動物ニ於テ最強度ナリ, 然レドモ術後1週ヲ經過セバ箇々膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出ノ影響ハ均シク一樣ニ前庭橢圓嚢ニ波及シ片側全迷路破壞動物ト殆ド同一程度ノ頭部捻轉ヲ示シ術後1ヶ月ヲ經ルモ尚存續ス, 反之四肢ニ於ケル筋緊張變化ハ手術直後最モ強烈ニ出現スルモ時日ノ經過ニ伴ヒ漸次恢復シテ術後1週ニシテ四肢ハ全ク正常位ニ復ス, 濁リ片側全半規管曠置動物ノミハ四肢ノ異常位置ハ術後1ヶ月ニ至ルモ尚持續ス.両側施術ノ場合ニ於テモ手術直後各半規管ノ異ナルニ從ヒナ體位特ニ四肢ノ位置變化ニ各々相違ヲ招來スレドモ術後5-6日ニシテ正常位置ニ復スルヲ常トス, 然レドモ兩側全半規管曠置動物ニ於テハ術後1ヶ月ノ經過ニ於テモ尚頭部ハ異常位置ヲ保持ス.5. 各種位置 (背位, 頭部上及下方懸垂位並ニ側位) ニ躯幹ヲ固定スル際ノ頭部ノ位置變化ハ片側及兩側箇々並ニ全膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出後各特有ニシテ且其恢復ニ一定ノ順序アリ, 又其際視覺ヲ遮斷スル時ハ頭部ノ位置變化ハ増強シテ正常位ヨリ遠ザカルヲ確認セシム, 即 Magnus 氏等ノ主張ト反對ニ海〓ニ於テモ迷路位置反射ハ視性位置反射ニヨリ著シク影響セラルヽヲ認ム.6. 迷路性四肢緊張反射及頭部ニ對スル迷路性位置反射ハ各箇々膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出直後ニ減弱ヲ招來ス, 燃レドモ全然消滅スルニ至ラズシテ術後時日ノ經過ニ從ヒ漸次恢復スル傾向ヲ示ス, 尚又該反射ノ減弱及恢復状態ハ各半規管ノ種類ニヨリ又抽出施術ノ片側ナルカ, 兩側ナルカニ依リテ其度ヲ異ニス, 即後半規管ノ場合ハ最モ輕度ニシテ其恢復最モ早ク膜樣外及前鉛直半規管抽出ノ場合ハ之ニ亞ギ全膜樣半規管抽出ノ場合ハ其影響最モ甚大ニシラ其恢復モ亦著シク遲延ス, 而シテ又片側抽出ノ場合ハ兩側ノ場合ニ比シテ一般ニ該反射ノ減弱ハ輕度ニシテ且恢復モ亦迅速ナリ.7. 迷路性眼緊張反射及直線運動反射ハ各箇々膜樣半規管壼腹部抽出ノ直後ニ於テ何レモ減弱スルモ全然消滅スルニ至ラズ, 術後2-3時間後ニ至レバ全然消失スルカ顯著ノ減弱ヲ示ス, 而シテ迷路性眼緊張反射ハ術後1ヶ月ヲ經過スルモ恢復ヲ認メズ, 反之, 直線運動反射ニ於テハ各抽出半規管ノ異ナルニ從ヒテ遲速ノ差有リト雖モ漸次時日ノ經過ニ從ヒ再出現スルニ至ル, 其出現ノ遲速ハ後半規管ノ場合最モ早ク前鉛直及外半規管抽出動物之ニ亞ギ全半視管曠置ノ場合最モ遲延ス.8. 上述ノ如ク各箇々半規管ノ手術的曠置ハ聽性並ニ前庭迷路ノ兩者ノ機能即各種ノ迷路性反射現象ニ各々一定ノ變化即減弱乃至消失ヲ招來シ, 其變化ハ術後一定時間内ハ各半規管壼腹部ノ固有性ヲ示スト雖モ後ニ各壼腹部ノ症状ハ正及橢兩圓嚢ノ一般前庭性現象ニ移行シ且又蝸牛迷路ニモ已記詳述ノ影響ヲ發來セシ

この実験で得られた成績は次の通りである。1.PMSGはAnti-CGと反応系がなく,Anti-PMSGと2つの反応系を形成した。CGはAnti-PMSGと2つの反応系の存在を示しているが,Anti-CGとの反応系は認められない。ヒツジ下垂体抽出物製剤はAnti-PMSGおよびAnti-CGに対して反応系を形成しなかった。2.Anti-PMSGを非妊娠馬血清で,Anti-CGを非妊娠婦人尿で吸収したところ,それぞれのOUCHTERLONY反応では1本の沈降線を形成するのみであった。3.Anti-PMSG,Anti-CGともに抗血清力価(沈降素価)の差によって,沈降線の出現時間および部位に差異が認められた。4.Anti-PMSGと妊娠ウマ血清,Anti-CGと妊娠ヒト血清との間にそれぞれ沈降線が形成された。

The correlation among magnetic impurities distributed in a non-magnetic system is studied. For this purpose the Green function method due to Matsubara and Toyozawa and Matsubara et al. for electronic problems is modified to the case of Bose statistics.
