Short time-resolution photometry of RX And was done over a complete orbital cycle to determine the light variations. No eclipses or periodicity on the order of seconds were detected. Variations of the order of 0.1 to 0.6 magnitude occurred on the order of 3 minutes. Under the assumption that free-free emission from a hot spot is responsible for most of the light in the binary system, the possible changes in the relevant parameters of temperature and electron density are computed to account for the observed variations.
