This study aims to find out 1) What are the stages of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin and 2) What is the impact of implementing the system on the work system and work culture in schools. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The process of collecting data was carried out by observing, then interviewing the Deputy Principal for Quality Management and equipped with some documentation. The data analysis that the researcher uses with the Miles and Huberman Model is condensation, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) several stages carried out by SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system are a ) attend training with the guidance of a consultant, b) prepare quality documents and implement a quality management system according to documents prepared by the school, c) internal audit coordinated by the Quality Management Deputy, d) external audit conducted by PT. URS Service Indonesia, and e) granting of ISO 9001:2015 certificate/ Institutional certification. The impact of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 is the creation of a better work system, organized according to procedures and can create a team work culture that upholds solidarity and work professionalism.

Die Bodenatmung wurde mit der Haber-Methode in Tieflandund Bergregenwaldern von West- und Sudjava, ferner in Nordwestborneo gemessen. Weitere Messungen wurden in der Baumsavanne Ostjavas ausgefuhrt. Alle Resultate deuten darauf hin, das im Boden organische Substanz im Ausmas von 10 t/ha/Jahr abgebaut wird. In der Diskussion wird auf die begrenzte Genauigkeit der Methode hingewiesen, ferner auf die Schwierigkeiten, welche sich einer Interpretation der Bodenatmung als Mas fur die Nettoproduktion des tropischen Regenwaldes entgegenstellen. Die Messungen der Bodenatmung wurden erganzt durch mikroklimatische Beobachtungen an den verschiedenen Standorten.

The experiments of vacuum-asisted seed invigoration was conducted in Bogor, Indonesia, in order to increase crop production of iles-iles (Amorphophallus muelleri). This research was conducted in two series of experiments. The first experiment was conducted to determine the level of vacuum. The research was using 5 treatments i.e., control 1 (soaked in the water), control 2 (soaked in a solution of 2% N), control 3 (vacuum in water media), vacuum in solution containing 2% N, 4% N, 2% NPK (2:1:1), 4% NPK, vacuum in solution of supplementary liquid fertilizer (PPC) 2% and 4% PPC. The results of of the first experiment showed that the vacuum treatment increased the germination of iles-iles, the best vacuum pressure was -250mmHg. In the second experiment, the vacuum in a solution 4% PPC generated the highest growth followed by vacuum in 2% solution of NPK and 4% of PPC. In addition, the vacuum in the nutrient solution over 4% lead to inhibition of growth. The implication of this study is that the provision of nutrients in the seeds can increase plant growth of iles-iles. Vacuum treatment can enhance the effectiveness of invigoration.Keywords : NPK, PPC, seed treatment, starter solution, vacuum

The objective of the research was to determine the roles of fertilizers application in improving rice ratoons. Statistical design used was a factorial randomized complete block design with three replications. The first factor was three levels of fertilizer rate (kg ha-1) i.e. 5 N + 27 P2O5; 45 N + 30 K2O; and 27 P2O5+30 K2O. The second factor was rice genotypes, i.e. Cimelati, Hipa-5 and Rokan varieties, and two lines of rice i.e. IPB106-7-47-DJ-1 and IPB106-F-8-1. The growth and production characters of main crops and ratoon were observed. The results showed that both genotypes and rates of fertilizer affected yield of ratoon. Following application of (kg ha-1) 45 N + 27 P2O5 three genotypes produced the highest ratoon, i.e. IPB106-7-47-DJ-1 and IPB106-F-8-1 lines and Rokan variety. Cimelati and Hipa-5 varieties produced higher number of ratoon with fertilizer rate (kg ha-1) 45 N + 30 K2O. Ratoon production of all genotypes ranged 38.1-56.6% of the main crop. This study clearly demonstrated that N, P and K fertilizer had important roles in increasing yield and yield components of rice ratoon. Solichatun, Santosa, Dewi K, Pratiwi R. 2016. The effects of physical and hormonal treatments on dormancy breaking and the changes in seed coat ultrastructure of Delonix regia. Nusantara Bioscience 8: 94-102. The seed dormancy is described as the inability of an intact viable seed to complete germination under favorable conditions. Delonix regia (Hook) Raf. also known as flamboyant is a member of Fabaceae that has seed dormancy. Every seed has a different structure in their seed coat that responsible for initiating imbibition of water due to dormancy breakdown and germination. The aims of this research were to investigate the effect of physical and hormonal treatment in dormancy break of flamboyant seed and to investigate the structure of seed coat on the dormancy and germination. The treatments were applied to break the dormancy of D. regia seeds were physical treatments and hormonal treatments (ABA, BAP, GA, and IBA). Morphological and anatomical changes during dormancy breakdown were investigated using scanning electron microscope. The imbibition pathway tracked using blocking experiment. The results indicated that physical treatment that seeds dipped in hot water (98oC) for 5 minutes was the most effective treatment to dormancy breakdown of flamboyant seeds (95%). The application of GA3 100 ppm results in the highest of germination percentage (22%) among other hormones. The result of blocking experiment showed that hilum and lens play an important role during imbibition processes; and the type of flamboyant seed water gap was the lens gap type.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bali in 2013, the population density in the Metropolitan area SARBAGITA (Denpasar-Badung-Gianyar-Tabanan) was 1.057 inhabitants/km2 with an area of 1.753,63 km2 and population was 1.853.017 inhabitants. Availability of facilities and adequate transportation infrastructure is needed, but in fact the performance of roads in the city center has declined. It is characterized by an increase in travel delay problem. Traffic delay problems in the City of Denpasar commonly occur on the stretch of Gatot Subroto street. To minimize the existing problems, Denpasar City Government plans to develop an underpass at the intersection of Gatot Subroto street and Ahmad Yani street. The aim of this study was to analyze the direct benefits of underpass for road users, to analyze the costs necessary to realize and operate the underpass, and to analyze the economic feasibility of the underpass development investment. Based on primary data and secondary data were obtained from government agencies, the method of analysis in this study used the technique of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Economic analysis conducted in this study used three criteria (NPV, BCR and IRR) with three interest rates (12%, 15% and 18% per year) stating that the construction of an underpass was economically feasible. For example in the second scenario where the interest rate 15% gain on the analysis of value NPV, BCR and IRR respectively is Rp. 233.462.340.102,00; 1,948 and 30,81%. Suggestions can be submitted from this research is the need to contemplate the effect of changes in land use in areas close to the area around the underpass and needed further study that takes into account the needs of additional traffic lanes.
