The article evaluates the standard procedure used in the assessment of teacher preparation curricula. This is to examine the situation and arrive at a set of recommendations for improvement. With the finding of this study, the quality of being knowledgeable, well-informed was regarded as characterizing the best or ideal teacher. The adjectives used in describing the worst teacher were uncaring, domineering, boring and incompetent. It is emphasized in this article that awareness of the opinion of the students is one of the first duty of the teacher.
