The article offers information about powerful new tools of space technology being developed in order to study about stars, interstellar clouds and galaxies. Accordingly, there are four problems that need to be taken for consideration before creating a scientific apparatus that could produce a more reliable result. The four problems are allegedly centered on the constitution and evolution of stars, stellar atmospheres, interstellar matter, and stellar systems. To gather some valid astronomical information about them, a flying telescope was introduced; the first type is a 36-inch telescope with a resolution of 0.1 second of arc, while the second type has a resolution of 0.01 second of arc. These telescopes are allegedly featured by high resolutions to gather sound astronomical data.
