Abstract

Fifty lots of adsorbed tetanus vaccine were assayed in a challenge test in guinea-pigs. The results demonstrate a uniform quality of the vaccines over a period of 7 1 2 years and compliance with requirements formulated by other authors and recently accepted in principle by the European Pharmacopoeia.
