The article offers information on an advertisement by a corncrib manufacturer that appeared in a country newspaper. The "Farm Quarterly" assured U.S. farmers of the legality of the advertisement which encourages farmers to sell their corn and make as much as 83 U.S. dollars a bushel into the bargain. To explain the program, the publication presented the case of a Jefferson County, Indiana farmer who kept all his own corn off the market and bought corn to build up the price.
