Abstract

The article provides information on the basic alternatives which might be used singly or in different combinations with regard to the heated waste water problem. It suggests to place all heated waste water in oceans, lakes and streams without regard to the impacts, regarding the environmental damage as an essential result of the increased power demand. It advises to alter ecosystems to meet the new temperature conditions. It recommends to use existing ecosystems by regulating the heated waste water discharge to cope the receiving capacity of the ecosystem.
