The article reflects on the image created by the U.S. on its allies. The U.S. has made an impression that its manpower was relentless and its production can supply every deficiency of an ally. China has questioned the U.S. theory of victory and claimed that it can handle the war with Japan in its own way. It advises the U.S. to check on its basic war aims and resources as well as those of its allies' to determine the most effective effort against Germany and Japan.
