The article provides information on the 42nd annual international convention of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) which will be held at Morrison Hotel in Chicago, Illinois, from March 31 to April 4, 1964. There are more than 3000 special educators from the U.S. and Canada who are expected to attend the event. The speaker of the occasion is U.S. Representative John E. Fogarty. Convention badges, programs and tickets can be claimed at the CEC pre-registration desk at the first floor of the hotel. Persons who are planning to attend the convention are encouraged to pre-register by sending the general registration fee of 10 dollars.
