It enumerates the official objectives or policy goals that has been considered by educational institutions in the country. It also discusses the ways and means of implementing the policies related to science and education and has mentioned on the three distinct types of education that affects the educational objectives. Furthermore, it explores the organization and the development of science and technology which have changed the Chinese society.
