The article focuses on a deer hunting method practiced in Georgia. The hunters use air riffles loaded with a dart containing nicotine. This will bring about dizziness for a few minutes among deers and would thus allow the hunters time to place them safely in boxes for transportation. The antidote for the nicotine injection is artificial respiration, but several deers have come out of it even without the antidote. The author notes that the practice is among the most humane methods of capturing deer.
