The article presents a study which explores the control of supervisory organization which serves as one of perplexing problem in the industry. The study has related the concept of job evaluation and personnel evaluation as the methodological attack in the management organization control problem. The study has defined and discussed several terms including job description, personnel description, and job evaluation. It mentions the general phases used in the study such as initial data gathering, initial analysis, and initial application and second data gathering. The article discusses several conclusions in the study, such as the presentation and application of a conceptual framework in the development of organization control to specific manufacturing operation.
