The article reports on the armament tests being conducted by the U.S. Army at its secret camp in Shilo, Manitoba as of April 1943. Army technicians aided by civilian experts developed varied improvements in maintenance and operation of vehicles. Test results showed the satisfactory performance on all types of gasoline in engines of tanks or trucks. Other tests conducted are on the performance of tank tracks on icy surfaces, and the performance of combat men.
