The article presents information about the services of the Optical Aids Clinic in Oklahoma. The clinic was established in April 1958 by the Division of Vocational Education together with the Oklahoma School of Medicine to provide restorative services to the visually handicapped citizens in the area. It is designed for the fitting and prescription of optical aids to improve the visual efficiency of persons with low vision or those classified as blind. The Oklahoma clinic is a culmination of intensive study and observation and is the result of joint planning between medical and rehabilitation personnel.
