A mixed-studies systematic review was undertaken to enhance our understanding of sleep disturbances and mood disorders in women in late pregnancy and the postpartum period, their connection with breastfeeding, and the assessment of interventions for sleep disturbance. Three electronic databases (PUBMED, EMBASE and Google Scholar) were searched for qualitative, observational, and mixed-method studies from the year 2016 to June 2023. Twenty-nine articles were included in the analysis. The results were synthesized into four overarching themes: (і) the sleep quality of women in the perinatal period; (ii) the relationship between sleep and breastfeeding; (iii) the relationship between sleep quality and emotional disturbance in the perinatal period; (iv) sleep interventions in the researched group. The subjective nature of the perception of sleep disturbances, along with the absence of an objective measurement tool is clearly an inconvenience. It is advisable to include the assessment of maternal sleep hygiene and family sleep patterns during postpartum healthcare provider appointments to develop strategies not only for women’s sleep quality but also for their mental well-being.Keywords: childbirth, breastfeeding, maternal sleep, sleep quality, sleep disturbance, psycho-emotional states

urp ose: To determine the nature of the impact of complex fitness technology on the psycho-emotional state of women of the second period of mature age. Materials and methods: 40 women took part in the training process for 8 months 3 times a week - duration of 1 hour by the author’s complex fitness technology, whichincluded three directions: dance aerobics, power fitness and stretching. The weekly schedule is based on the physiological patterns of performance fluctuations in the weekly cycle as follows: Monday - dance aerobics, Wednesday -power fitness, Friday - stretching. In the last week of training, a study was conducted on the psycho-emotional state of women using the HAM test. Using mathematical methods of statistical analysis, significant positive changes in indicators of women’s emotional state were determined. Results: before dancing aerobics, health (H) was 4.79 ± 0.20 points, and after 5.71 ± 0.11 points, activity (A) before training - 4.54 ± 0.18 points, after 5.74± 0.10 points; mood (M) in accordance with - 5,49 ± 0,18 points, after - 6,36 ± 0,07points. The influence of strength fitness was determined (H- to 5,20 ± 0,13, after 5,36 ± 0,12; A -to 4,91 ± 0,15, after 5,71 ± 0,08; M - to 5, 47 ± 0,15, after 6,52 ± 0,07) and stretching (H - up to5,13 ± 0,17, after 6,14 ± 0,08; A - up to 4,88 ± 0,17,after 5.86 ± 0.08; M to 5.51 ± 0.14, after 6.52 ± 0.07). Conclusions: The positive influence of complex fitness technology on the psycho-emotional state of women of the second age of mature age has been proved. The features of influence of each direction of training of the complex fitness technology are determined.

Background. To assess the structure of inter-ethnic attitudes and the risks of ethnoreligious tension, psychologists mostly use questionnaires, interviews, subjective scaling, content analysis, and special tests. One possible approach to increasing the validity and reliability of these explicit methods is the use of the registration of psychophysiological indicators while a recipient completes the questionnaire or test forms. Objective. The results of a pilot psychophysiological research are presented, which focus on the study of human psycho-emotional states during socio-psychological testing to identify attitudes in the field of interethnic and interfaith relations. Design. The essence of the applied experimental approach is to control the functional (psycho-emotional) state of a respondent using the registration of complex psychophysiological (physiological and behavioral) responses in the process of completing the socio-psychological questionnaire. Results. It was shown that the rhythmic brain activity (ratio of the power indexes of alpha and beta rhythms), the amplitude of the systolic wave (photoplethysmogram) (ASW PhPG) and the magnitude (length) of the ‘circumflex line of the Galvanic Skin Response’ (GSR-L) may be the complex of indicators that possess sufficiently high selective sensitivity to differentiate nonspecific reactions of the human nervous system to personally important (emotiogenic, stressful) questions in the questionnaire. Conclusion. The proposed approach may help to identify stressful (emotiogenic) issues (questions) in socio-psychological tests and questionnaires that are of the greatest interest to the subject and, as a result, most adequately reflect individual and population attitudes in the field of social relations.

Objective: The aim: To study the peculiarities of psycho-emotional problems and needs of the subjects of the educational process and to determine the priority areas of their psychological and pedagogical support in the conditions of martial law., Patients and Methods: Materials and methods: To update the aspects of the problem, we used the methods of analysis of normative and scientific sources, system analysis and generalizations, the results of our own empirical studies, materials of the questionnaire, to study the specifics of psycho-emotional problems and needs of the subjects of the educational process., Results: Results: The problem of socio-psychological protection and support of all participants in the educational process in the conditions of martial law, especially children, is extremely important. Challenge for schools in Kyiv is the organization of the educational process for children who are abroad but continue to obtain general secondary education according to Ukrainian educational standards and programs. This ensures the realization of their constitutional right to education and demonstrates certain support for our citizens who do not yet have the opportunity to return to Ukraine., Conclusion: Conclusions: Considering the massive nature of traumatization of the population during military operations, there is a need to involve social institutions in the maintenance of public health, for which assistance to the population is not the main function, but which they can perform in these extraordinary circumstances. This can form the basis for establishing psychological and pedagogical support for war-traumatized children and adults.
