Radiální kluzná ložiska s naklápěcími segmenty jsou využívána pro ukládání strojů s vyso- kou obvodovou rychlostí čepu hřídele. Speciální konstrukce těchto ložisek zabraňuje vzniku nestability olejového filmu, na druhou stranu ale vytváří podmínky pro jevy známé jako poskoky a třepotání segmentů, které mohou poškodit součásti ložiska. Tento článek si klade za cíl rozšířit povědomí o těchto jevech, popsat mechanismus jejich vzniku a způsob diagnostiky. Program THÉTA při řešení projektu TK04020057 Radial tilt-pad journal bearings are used to support machinery with journals of high circumferential speed. A unique design of these bearings prevents the formation of oil-induced instability. However, the design allows for so-called pad spragging and fluttering, which can damage bearing components. This paper aims to increase awareness of these phenomena, describe the conditions leading to their formation, and present methods to detect them.

Tento příspěvek je zaměřen na modelování a vyšetřování subsynchronních vibrací rotoru podepřeného nedostatečně mazanými kluznými ložisky. Otvory pro přívod mazacího oleje jsou vyvrtány ve spodní polovině použitých ložisek. Je ukázáno, že nedostatečný přívod maziva těmito otvory může vést ke vzniku stabilních vibrací na frekvenci kolem 0,9 násobku otáček rotoru. Vyšetřovaná soustava je modelována s využitím teorie dynamiky vázaných mechanických soustav. Síly působící v kluzných ložiskách jsou stanoveny na základě numerického řešení Reynoldsovy rovnice. This paper aims to the modelling and investigation of sub-synchronous vibrations of a rotor supported on poorly lubricated journal bearings. Bores for an oil supply are located in the lower halves of bearing shells. It is shown that the poor lubrication of the described bearings may lead to an occurrence of stable vibrations at the frequency ca. 0.9 to the rotor speed. Simulations are performed using a multi-body approach for modelling rotating systems. Forces acting in journal bearings are evaluated employing a massconserving finite element solution of the Reynolds equation.

Kluzná ložiska s naklápěcími segmenty se používají k ukládání točivých strojů s vysokou obvodovou rychlostí čepů hřídele. Ve výpočtech rotorové dynamiky se často zanedbává kmitání naklápěcích segmentů a síly přenášené ložiskem se linearizují. V příspěvku je představen výpočtový model respektující nelineární charakter sil v mazacím filmu, uložení segmentů a poddajnost segmentů i ložiskového tělesa. Model je schopen predikovat kmitání segmentů, kavitaci v mazivu a opotřebení kluzných ploch. Tato publikace byla podpořena projektem TE01020068 Technologické agentury ČR a projektem SGS-2016-038 Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Vibrations of individual pads are usually neglected in rotordynamics simulations and hydrodynamic forces acting in oil films are often linearized. A computational model which respects non-linear properties of hydrodynamic forces, contact forces between the pads and a bearing housing, and deformations of the pads and the housing is introduced in this paper. The model can be used for the analysis of vibrational and tribological parameters including wear of bearing surfaces.

The bachelor work deals with the rating of clink mechanism in combustion engine. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part pays attention to the recent situation of engine construction in today's passenger cars. The second one describes the construction and material composition of each parts of crank mechanism. The last part concentrates not only on the evaluation of the defects which arise on the crank mechanism, but also describes their dividing according to the cause of each defect
