Bacterial cellulose (BC) is a versatile and sustainable biomaterial with applications across various industries, including fashion and medicine. This study presents a bibliometric and thematic analysis of the research landscape surrounding BC production with the use of alternative substrates. The bibliometric review analyzed 198 papers selected via Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), identifying 62 distinct academic disciplines, 906 keywords categorized into 6 clusters, and 98 journals contributing to the field. Of the dataset, approximately 57.6% of the papers were published in Q1 journals, 18.7% in Q2, 12.1% in Q3, 4.0% in Q4, 3.0% were not Q-ranked, and 4.5% were conference papers. The top 12 journals were all Q1 and held 42.9% of the dataset. Citation records, author networks, and keyword trends were examined using Publish or Perish 8 for citation analysis and VOSViewer for Author Network Analysis and keyword clustering. Thematic analysis identified key applications of BC in health and medicine, industry and materials, food and nutrition, electronics and energy, cosmetics and personal care, and environmental and green technology. Advantages such as high mechanical strength, biocompatibility, and biodegradability were frequently highlighted, making BC a preferred material in sustainability-driven industries. However, high production costs and yield/time limitations remain barriers to commercial adoption. Using advanced tools such as VOS viewer and methodologies like co-citation analysis, bibliographic coupling, and keyword co-occurrence, we examine trends in publication, citation patterns, and the journal’s influence. Our analysis reveals enduring research themes like neuroimaging, data sharing, machine learning, and functional connectivity, which form the core of Neuroinformatics. These themes highlight the journal’s role in addressing key challenges in neuroscience through computational methods. Emerging topics like deep learning, neuron reconstruction, and reproducibility further showcase the journal’s responsiveness to technological advances. We also track the journal’s rising impact, marked by a substantial growth in publications and citations, especially over the last decade. This growth underscores the relevance of computational approaches in neuroscience and the high-quality research the journal attracts. Key bibliometric indicators, such as publication counts, citation analysis, and the h-index, spotlight contributions from leading authors, papers, and institutions worldwide, particularly from the USA, China, and Europe. This study aims to analyse current trends, patterns, growth barriers, and potential future research of integrated reporting (IR) research. Using VOSviewer and R-package, a bibliometric analysis examined 605 Scopus articles (2011–2021). It identifies influential documents, authors, institutions, and countries based on citations/publications, along with their geographical and network significance. Furthermore, areas with less research attention and potential future research areas are identified. Recent scholarly work has focused on topics such as sustainability communication, IR's development, quality of disclosure, impact on business performance, and quality assessment using the International Integrated Reporting Council framework. Real Earnings Management (REM) represents a significant area of research within financial studies, having been thoroughly explored over time alongside accrual earnings management techniques as part of the broader issue of intentional financial reporting manipulation. This study analyses 339 articles published in journals indexed by the Web of Science (WOS) database from 2006 to 2024, aiming to provide a comprehensive review of the key findings and emerging research trends in this field. The results reveal that REM is becoming increasingly pertinent, with nearly 40% of the literature on this topic published in the past three years (2022-2024). The United States emerges as the leading contributor to research in this area. We conclude that REM is closely associated with accrual earnings management, corporate governance, and auditing practices. Furthermore, the manipulation of accounting choices in various institutional contexts, particularly in Pakistan, China, and India, has gained prominence in recent years. Mathematical Methods of Operations Research is a scholarly journal that publishes high-quality contributions related to mathematics, statistics, and computer science, focusing specifically on operations research. It was established in 1956 and reached Volume 100 in 2024. To mark this significant milestone, this study aims to identify and elucidate the main patterns in the journal's publication and citation structure, highly cited documents, prolific authors, universities and countries, and popular keywords and topics. To achieve this, the paper collects all publications from 1956 to 2023 from the Scopus database, and Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection from 1997 to 2023. Their bibliographic information is analysed using various bibliometric indicators. Additionally, the study creates a visual representation of the bibliographic data using the Visualization of Similarities (VOS) viewer software. This approach encompasses different bibliometric techniques, such as bibliographic coupling, co-citation, and co-occurrence of keywords. The findings reveal a significant growth in the journal over the past few years and its international impact with contributions from various parts of the world. The spread of antibiotic resistance is a global threat, causing elevated death rates and economic costs. A growing number of studies have focused on the removal of antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in environmental settings. However, summaries and reviews of removal techniques are limited. This study examined publications on ARB and ARGs removal from 1998 to 2023 through a bibliometric approach based on the Web of Science database. Research progress during the past 26 years was analyzed by collecting annual publications, countries, journals and keywords. The number of articles related to the removal of ARB and ARGs has increased annually. The main types of ARB and ARGs, their environmental milieus and the most commonly studied removal techniques were summarized by keyword clustering. The results revealed that tetracycline- and sulfonamide-resistant bacteria are the ARB of greatest concern; that sul1, sul2, and tetA are the most frequently studied ARGs; and that municipal sewage and drinking water are the most studied ARB and ARGs transmission sites. For treatment techniques, adsorption technology is the most widely studied, and the selection of adsorption materials is particularly important, with nanomaterials and biomodified materials having great prospects for development. The combination of membrane filtration with advanced oxidation treatment or biodegradation technology is the most promising technology in this field. Brand hate (BH) may be defined as a 'psychological state in which a consumer forms an intense negative emotion and hatred towards a brand, a hatred that reveals itself through anti-branding activities'. This paper seeks to examine the keywords related to the concept of BH and uses keyword co-occurrence analysis, followed by a review of the short history of BH as reported in the relevant marketing literature. The Scopus database was chosen for analysis due to its comprehensive coverage and rigorous indexing principles, and VOSviewer was used to visualise the term 'Brand Hate', revealing research trends and patterns. This keyword analysis identifies seven clusters: 'Emotional and Behavioural Responses', 'Brand Relationship Dynamics', 'Reactive Consumer Behaviours and Relationship Dynamics', 'Digital and Social Media Dynamics', 'Psychological and Emotional Triggers', 'Impact of Brand Hate on Consumer Behaviour' and 'Strategies for Managing and Mitigating Brand Hate'. By presenting a comprehensive and up-to-date keyword analysis of BH, this study will spur scholarly research and serve as a valuable tool for the researchers in advancing the research in BH. This study examined the relationship between organic positioning strategies and the behavior of digital consumers in real estate companies in Peru, a topic of growing importance given the expanding role of digital marketing in the real estate sector. The primary objective was to determine the effectiveness of SEO strategies in influencing consumer behavior. A quantitative methodology was adopted, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. 100 real estate SEO experts in Peru, who were recruited from LinkedIn, were surveyed. Data were collected through surveys, and the analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical software. The findings revealed that brand awareness, keyword analysis, and marketing strategy are pivotal components in the development of successful SEO approaches. Simultaneously, factors such as brand awareness, marketing performance, and brand interaction emerged as critical influencers of digital consumer behavior. The statistical analysis yielded a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.707, indicating a strong positive relationship between organic positioning strategies and digital consumer behavior. These results underscore the practical value of implementing effective SEO strategies in enhancing consumer engagement and behavior in the digital space. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that well-executed organic positioning strategies can significantly improve digital consumer behavior, offering valuable insights for real estate companies seeking to optimize their digital marketing efforts. This highlights the importance of incorporating targeted SEO techniques to strengthen brand presence and drive consumer engagement in an increasingly competitive market.

The accelerated development of digital technologies and the Internet stimulates the transition from the traditional to the digital model of marketing. The study presents a bibliometric analysis to examine international publications in the field of digital marketing (DM) and data-driven marketing (DDM) with a holistic approach, determine the current level of research interest in the topic under review and identify key development trends. The fundamental principles of bibliometrics and scientometric management constitute the methodological framework of the paper. Among the research methods applied are statistical and scientometric analyses. The data used in the study were retrieved from the Web of Science. Bibliometric analysis was carried out with 1,541 and 58 articles on digital and data-driven marketing, respectively. The data set covers the period of 2006–2024, when the first study on digital marketing emerged, and the period of 2003–2024 for data-driven marketing. The obtained data were processed using the R Project. The findings indicate a constantly growing research interest in the concepts under consideration. We have identified journals with most publications on digital marketing (Sustainability) and data-driven marketing (Journal of Business Research); established the countries publishing most studies on DM (USA) and DDM (China); and revealed the most frequently used keywords in DM (‘impact’) and DDM (‘management’). The results of keywords’ occurrence analysis were utilized to create thematic maps for visualizing motor, niche, basic and emerging/declining research areas in the field of digital and data driven marketing.

This study aims to explore past research trends and identify key future directions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and legal education. The study’s data were gathered from the Scopus database, comprising 68 selected documents spanning from 1999 to 2024. The research methodology involves the use of VOSviewer software for bibliometric analysis. The results reveal that research on artificial intelligence and legal education, while still limited, has been undertaken in various countries, focusing on five primary research directions, including: (1) Improving technical education systems in colleges and universities through educational technology and modern legal learning systems; (2) Application of artificial intelligence and algorithms in the legal field; (3) Applying computational theory and e-learning technology in legal education; (4) Legal education and legal knowledge; (5) Digital transformation in the field of legal training. Based on the research results, five future research directions on this topic are also proposed, including: (1) Application of artificial intelligence in analyzing and predicting legal trends; (2) Artificial intelligence in personalizing the legal learning experience; (3) Artificial intelligence and legal professional ethics; (4) Development of artificial intelligence tools supporting legal teaching and research; and (5) Integration of artificial intelligence into online learning systems for legal education.

China is one of the most researched countries in space syntax. However, the application of the theory in China remains relatively unfamiliar to the international academic community. This study employed keyword analysis to review research themes in Chinese space syntax and used empirical content analysis to trace the evolution of relevant concepts, including spatial scales, study areas, software, models, and measures. By comparing with international studies, this study characterizes the research themes. It emerged that Chinese scholars favor using measures like integration to evaluate spatial accessibility, with the exploration of spaces’ cultural attributes also being a significant theme. Additionally, this study reveals that applied research propels Chinese space syntax, demonstrating characteristics of staged growth and a stratification phenomenon in the usage frequency of relevant concepts. It also identifies cross-regional research strengths and challenges within the field of Chinese space syntax. Ultimately, insights for improving future research and possible research directions are presented. This study provides evidence to analyze the evolution of space syntax theory from China and aids in improving the research framework of the theory. It provides a valuable reference for scholars and can promote the global dissemination of space syntax.

Therefore, targeting CDK7, which regulates the transcription process, has emerged as a new promising approach for treating cancer. Research on CDK7 inhibitors has significantly increased over the past 2 decades, with almost 600 related papers in the Web of Science Core Collection database. To effectively identify future research hotspots and potential future directions, it is crucial to systematically review and visually present the research on this topic from a comprehensive viewpoint, ensuring scientific reliability. Methods: This study performed bibliometric analysis via CiteSpace and VOSviewer scientometrics analysis software to examine data on the publication of articles on CDK7 inhibitors over the past 2 decades; the data included country of publication, author names, institution names, scientific categories, cited journals, and keywords related to the field of CDK7 inhibitors. Results: This bibliometric analysis included 426 publications from 41 different nations, referencing a total of 15,892 sources. Research associated with CDK7 inhibitors has rapidly expanded since 2016, and the US and China are the two countries with the highest publication output among the countries and institutes that produce literature on CDK7 inhibitors. Furthermore, the US is the country that most frequently engages in international cooperation. The evolution of keywords identifying antitumor strategies related to CDK7-mediated cellular transcription processes has been the research focus in recent years. Conclusion: In this study, we identified research efforts and their evolving patterns and predicted advances in the CDK7 inhibitor field. The knowledge structure of CDK7 inhibitors encompasses pharmacological mechanisms, therapeutic targets, and cancer treatment strategies. This study used a corpus-informed approach to identify students' key concerns regarding their English language education. To address the complexity of key elements in student evaluations, the data collection involved students' comments from 2012 to 2022, regarding their English language professors across different English-related departments at several institutions on Ratemyprofessors.com. These comments were treated as a corpus which covered more than 1,200 comments with over 70,000 words. The data analyses involved two stages. First, using the KeyBNC software, keyword analysis was performed to identify keywords which suggests the students' areas of concern regarding their English language education. Second, through the USAS tagging system, Wmatrix was implemented to indicate the areas of concern through semantic domains. The findings in both analyses clearly indicated that the students' concerns involved a wide range of areas, with an emphasis placed on grading and course evaluation issues. Overall, this study argued that, despite some comments that appeared superficial, it is important for professors to critically and judiciously consider all aspects of the evaluations as they can be valuable for improving teaching practices. The project aimed to conduct an up-to-date and comprehensive bibliometric analysis of robotic surgery to provide a detailed and holistic understanding of the field. Three strategies were employed in the data analysis i.e. search terms were explored in (A) the title, abstract, and keywords and (B) only in the title of the documents. In 3rd part we analyzed the top 100 most cited papers. Vosviewer and R Studio were utilized for detailed bibliometric and network analyses. Strategy one identified 38,469 publications, and strategy two identified 6451 publications from 2001 to 2023. The top authors, universities, countries, sponsors, and sources based on the number of publications were identified for both strategies. The top 100 most cited papers were analyzed, providing the annual number of publications and various citation metrics. Top authors (by number of publications, total citations, h-index, g-index, and m-index), universities, and countries within these highly cited papers, along with their co-authorship networks and dynamics, were examined. Co-words analysis of the top 100 most cited papers revealed the primary focus of these documents across 25 categories. This comprehensive bibliometric analysis of robotic surgery highlighted significant contributions and collaborations in the field, emphasizing the importance of global and collaborative efforts in advancing robotic surgery research. There have been financial crises for as long as there have been economies; such crises have significant effects on the global economy. Their effects have become an attractive topic that produces much research every year. The goal of this paper is to use the bibliometrics method to explore research trends in the study of financial crises, with a focus on evaluating the caliber of research outputs by their mutual impacts and citation status. Data acquired from Scopus are used in the study. VOSViewer was used to visualize the networks and distribution of the data obtained from 5,011 articles in the financial crisis subject that were written between 1990 and 2022. The statistical findings offer a summary of citation patterns related to financial crises, including the most frequently cited publications and its network, keyword distribution, co-authorship status, bibliographic coupling analysis, and the most prestigious journals. This study aims to identify the developments and trends in financial crisis research. Real estate, characterized by its diverse and complex nature, presents a multifaceted research domain. It encompasses various topics and challenges, making it both content-wise challenging and multidimensional. This study aims to conduct a knowledge mapping of the literature in the real estate field using a sample of 9700 document articles published between 1929 and 2023 based on publications indexed in the Web of Science database. This study utilizes the software SciMAT (version 1.1.04) to demonstrate hot keywords and trends in this field and additionally employs the VOSviewer (version 1.6.19) tool to analyze keywords, countries, authors, and sources. Authors reveal a growing interest in real estate literature, with the USA contributing the most publications, while relatively few originate from Africa and South America. This study investigates the strategic themes and the scientific evolution structure, provides a comprehensive examination of the current state of real estate literature, and helps in understanding its development. The paper uses corpus analysis as the empirical basis for aiding in / complementing the characterisation of the Brontës’ best-known Byronic Heroes – Charlotte Brontë’s Mr. Rochester from Jane Eyre, and Emily Brontë’s Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights. The primary aim of the paper is to determine how Mr. Rochester’s and Heathcliff’s speech reflect their Byronic personalities, exploring both the parallels that can be drawn between them and what makes them distinctly different. The corpus analysis is based on the corpora of character speech, and the Sketch Engine corpus tool is used to process the data and perform detailed analyses such as n-grams, which identify common sequences of words, and word frequencies, which highlight the most frequently used words by each character. Additionally, keywords and multi-word expressions are examined to uncover unique and defining linguistic patterns. The results are first interpreted and discussed separately for each character, highlighting their individual linguistic features and unique attributes. Following this, a comparative analysis is conducted to identify the similarities and differences between the two characters based on the corpus data. The discussed features show that Heathcliff’s speech reflects his feelings of inadequacy, brutality, competition and obsession with other people, while it is evident in the case of Mr Rochester that he is undyingly devoted to the woman he loves, while also being tortured by his past. Each of these analytical methods exposes interesting differences in their speech, illustrating how both Mr. Rochester and Heathcliff embody the dark and brooding traits of Byronic Heroes in distinct ways, offering fresh insights into the enduring legacy of these characters.

AbstractThe intensifying global concern over climate change has spurred research into the intricate relationship between financial development (FD) and carbon emissions (CE). Although studies have explored the impact of FD on CE, the nature of the association still needs to be discovered, with existing literature offering a mosaic of findings. Therefore, this Study delves into the complex relationship by scrutinizing empirical research on FD proxies from the Scopus and WOS databases, covering 2014 to 2023. The Bibliometric analysis identifies China as the leading contributor to scientific research on FD and CE, followed by Turkey and Pakistan. Noteworthy contributors include Muhammad Shahbaz, Cyprus International University, and Environmental Science and Pollution Research. The study reveals a consistent surge in publications on FD and CE, reflecting growing global research from 2019 to 2023. Furthermore, it reveals that various factor, including economic growth patterns, energy consumption trends, and environmental regulations, likely influence FD’s impact on CE. These findings emphasize a nuanced understanding of the FD and CE relationship. Future research should aim to develop a robust theoretical framework to capture the intricate interplay between FD and CE, providing insights for policy decisions addressing climate change and sustainable economic growth.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to understand the performance and scientific information of previous research on urban resilience to climate change. Using the Web of Science and the Scopus database, we have identified 783 articles from 2007 to 2023 after applying different selection criteria. The descriptive result indicates that research on urban resilience to climate change started after 2010, and most of the published documents, authors, and institutions are from the United States. The outcome also shows that the Sustainability, Cities, and Urban Climate journal is the top source for urban resilience to climate change literature. The science mapping analysis demonstrates that urban governance, vulnerability, and green infrastructure are the most often recurring words in the literature, and intra-country collaboration is more common than inter-country collaboration. Finally, this study finds that the existing body of literature is conceptual, focusing on stormwater management and flood resilience. Thus, this study suggests that more research on energy efficiency, green parks, green buildings, institutional functioning, and intergovernmental cooperation may be possible.

This article reports on the intellectual structures and research trends in the field of Translation Studies (TS). Co-citation analysis and keyword analysis were conducted based on research articles in eleven prestigious TS journals indexed in Web of Science-Social Science Citation Index (WoS-SSCI) database from 2007 to 2021. In general, results indicate that TS has continued to flourish over the examined 15 years, evidenced by annual research outputs, number of publications per journal, countries/regions active in TS, as well as institutions and authors producing TS research. Meanwhile, the co-citation analysis not only unveils the intellectual structures that constitute TS, but also maps several relatively clear-cut research sub-areas within TS. Furthermore, a diachronic and comparative analysis of high-frequency keywords reveals that the thematic landscape of TS has undergone profound changes, with some early-dominant topics or concepts gradually losing their initial appeal; while a series of newly developed or borrowed concepts, methods and issues have gained increased popularity. The data confirms the multidisciplinary nature and continuous 'paradigm shifts' of TS. Based on these results, we discuss the achievements that TS has made as well as its drawbacks, before reflecting on the implications of the analysis for the direction of future research. Purpose - The objective of this research is to conduct an empirical analysis of studies on content marketing featured within the two prominent databases, Scopus and Web of Science. Design/methodology/approach - The approach adopted in this study was a bibliometric analysis utilizing the R programming language (specifically the Bibliometric R package). The analysis included 157 articles, selected after eliminating duplicates, spanning from 2008 to 2023. Findings - The findings indicate that while the quantity of publications and citations remain modest, there is a noticeable upward trend. The Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing emerged as the leading publication in terms of the number of articles, and citations, as well as H- index and G-index scores, demonstrating its significant influence in this field. The majority of cited works and publications originated from the United States. Research limitations/implications - This investigation was limited to only two databases, excluding potential studies available in other databases, which may influence the outcomes of this analysis. Practical implications - The insights from this study provide value to marketers and academics alike, highlighting areas lacking in research and pointing towards opportunities for future inquiries in content marketing. Additionally, this study sheds light on publishing patterns within this area of study. This study seeks to create knowledge maps of football tourism with the goal of fostering sustainable development. Furthermore, it aims to introduce this field's research agenda in order to contribute to the sustainable future of football development. Examining 111 publications on football tourism and sustainable development from the Web of Science database between 2014 and 2024, we employ bibliometric analysis methods within CiteSpace software to uncover collaborative relationships among authors, institutions, and countries, as well as to identify research trends through keyword analysis. The findings reveal that scholars like Daddi, Tiberio, Hunt, Kate, Wyke, Sally, and Kellison have significant contributions in the field, working closely together in various research teams. These institutions are pioneers in this field. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany have a wealth of research outputs and maintain strong collaborations with other countries, holding prominent positions in the network. There is a wide range of topics covered in football tourism and sustainable development research, such as sustainable development goals, carbon footprint, environmental management in professional football, university sports, and circular economy. Lately, there has been a growing focus on the practical aspects of sustainable football tourism. This includes exploring ways to engage audiences, manage resources effectively, and implement the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Future research directions include improving global collaboration, encouraging knowledge exchange and resource integration, and investigating the use of cutting-edge technologies in football tourism. This article examines Finnish ninth graders' views on their acquisition and use of English outside school. Out-of-school learning and use of English is a growing phenomenon, and we aim to shed light on how Finnish pupils describe their learning experiences and the meanings they attach to them. The data consist of written tasks completed as a part of the national assessment of learning outcomes in A syllabus of English in basic education conducted by the Finnish Education Evaluation Centre in spring 2021. The written tasks are first analyzed with corpus methods (frequencies, key words) and then qualitatively. The results show that there are some differences between girls and boys in the out-of-school learning environments they describe. Out-of-school learning is also described as common and important by pupils of different proficiency levels. Overall, Finnish teenagers associate English with opportunities to participate in global youth cultures and engage in meaningful freetime activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As one of the efforts to combat climate change and the biodiversity crisis, an interest in nature-based solutions (NbS) has been growing. Although there have been diverse discussions on NbS, it is still insufficient to find a quantitative evaluation of the global research trends in which field and to what extent NbS has been studied. In this regard, this study employed latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic modeling and keyword analysis to quantitatively evaluate the research trends of NbS. Among research papers on NbS searched on SCOPUS, 2,625 studies (2009-2022) were analyzed by LDA. As a result, NbS-related articles were classified into seven topics (i.e., Urban governance, Urban green infrastructure, Wastewater treatment, Coastal protection, Flood mitigation, Carbon sequestration, and Sustainable agriculture). Of these, the urban and water-related topics accounted for the largest proportion. In contrast, the carbon sequestration and sustainable agriculture topics accounted for a smaller proportion, but the proportion significantly increased over time. As a result of keyword analysis, the frequency of urban and water keywords remained high. In contrast, the frequency of climate change and carbon keywords was low and has recently increased. In the keyword network, the co-occurrence frequency and connection of urban and water keywords were initially high. Still, over time, keywords related to climate change and carbon increased similarly to those related to urban and water. The findings of this study imply that NbS has mainly focused on urban and water-related researches. In order to shorten the time needed to locate pertinent materials on the Internet, this paper outlines the creation of a search engine specifically for programmers. webpages with guides, illustrations, solutions to problems, etc. Using keywords that are available in several programming languages, different programming languages are crawled and indexed. Number of examples/solutions and lines of code per example are used to rank web sites linked to user queries. The efficiency of the suggested strategy on general search engines is supported by experimental data. Not every user has access to every online page. This paper examines a "parasitic discourse behavior," a strategy used by the Czech antisystem media. A working hypothesis about the nature of parasitization was drawn from close reading: the antisystem media, while creating a false impression of mainstream journalism, attempt to reframe events with a set of recurrent associations. This hypothesis was tested with a combination of three quantitative methods: (1) Keyword analysis for identification of prominent topics, which are further analyzed by (2) Companions and (3) Market Basket Analysis (MBA). Companions, a new method comparing occurrences of keywords in time, reveals antisystem's imitation of the mainstream, and MBA shows its production of distinct associations to frame trendy news items. As a proof of concept, four instances of parasitization were identified during May–August 2020 – topics that attracted public attention for a sufficiently long timespan to come under the radar of our methods: Belarus presidential elections, followed by brutality on the protesters, the police killing of George Floyd in the US, and the subsequent events against systemic racism, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the dispute over the WWII monuments in the Czech Republic. The methodological debates surrounding keyword analysis have given rise to a wide range of keyness metrics. The present paper delineates four dimensions of keyness, which distinguish between frequency- and dispersion-related perspectives. Existing measures are then organized according to these dimensions and evaluated with regard to their performance on a specific keyword analysis task: The identification of key verbs in academic writing. To this end, the rankings produced by 32 different metrics are evaluated against an established academic word list. Further, the reliability of measures is assessed, to determine whether they produce stable rankings across repeated studies on the same pair of text varieties. We observe notable differences among metrics with regard to these criteria. Our findings provide further support for the superiority of the Wilcoxon rank sum test and text-dispersion–based measures, and allow us to identify, within each dimension of keyness, metrics that may be given preference in applied work. The recent advancements in geospatial technologies together with the availability of geographic information system (GIS) software and tools with enhanced capabilities in the recent decades have shifted the use of this technology from an early adoption phase to a more mature phase. The application of GIS technology has found new avenues in solving complex socio-economic engineering problems from disaster management and mitigation planning to environmental modelling for sustainable development of cities. In order to reveal the recent developments in use of this technology in different scientific disciplines, a new methodology is developed by considering the semantics to formalize the engineering knowledge in GIS applications. This formalized knowledge is then used to reveal emerging macrotrends, challenges and directions of future research in two different semantic aspects, the "the application" aspect and "the domain" aspect. The review of "the application" aspect shows that a significant change is seen in the applications of GIS, a shift towards complexity in analyses for engineering and building systems for management and decision-making. Further, a systematic keyword analysis on "the domain" aspect is used to develop sub-domains ontologies and a review of literature on each of these sub-domains details the core developments in GIS and some emerging domains of application. Semantic inferences are drawn based on domain-specific requirements, problems and challenges, and outcomes to improve the domain knowledge. The GIS domain knowledge can further be used in developing computational methods using ontologies, formalization of logic and engineering the future GIS systems. The review interestingly finds a growing trend in using GIS as a Decision Support System (DSS), to model domain-specific contexts, semantically integrate data and develop expert intelligence. Purpose – The purpose of this research is to explore which keywords are most relevant and valuable to a particular audience or industry. This study is aimed primarily at reviewing the short history of brand activism from the marketing literature and conduct keyword analysis related to the concept of brand activism. Design/Methodology/Approach – Keyword co-occurrence analysis was conducted to achieve the study’s primary goal of establishing a conceptual review of the brand activism term and providing a map of brand activism literature for future authors. In conducting keyword co-occurrence analysis, the term “brand activism” was searched in the Scopus database and 30 related articles were found. The dataset of those articles was downloaded and analyzed using the VOSviewer program and map-based bibliographic data, resulting in the mapping of keyword co-occurrences of the dataset. Findings and implications – Following the analysis, clusters were generally grouped under brand activism, protests and negative bias, activist advertising and sports, disapproval of brands, companies and orders, and brand. Clusters 1 and 6 include the keywords brand and brand activism. Brands that support or take a stand for social justice, social change, and freedom of speech would gain credibility and improve their image with consumers. Limitations – The literature regarding brand activism can be considered a limitation because the number of articles related to this topic is relatively low. Originality – This research study clarifies the nature of brand activism, pointing out that brand activism can help companies develop holistic bonds with their customers while inspiring brand loyalty along with consumer advocacy.

Real estate, characterized by its diverse and complex nature, presents a multifaceted research domain. It encompasses various topics and challenges, making it both content-wise challenging and multidimensional. This study aims to conduct a knowledge mapping of the literature in the real estate field using a sample of 9700 document articles published between 1929 and 2023 based on publications indexed in the Web of Science database. This study utilizes the software SciMAT (version 1.1.04) to demonstrate hot keywords and trends in this field and additionally employs the VOSviewer (version 1.6.19) tool to analyze keywords, countries, authors, and sources. Authors reveal a growing interest in real estate literature, with the USA contributing the most publications, while relatively few originate from Africa and South America. This study investigates the strategic themes and the scientific evolution structure, provides a comprehensive examination of the current state of real estate literature, and helps in understanding its development. It offers a valuable reference point for future research in this domain.

The article deals with the discursive construction of artificial intelligence (AI) in the English-language media discourse. Corpus methods establish semantic, figurative-perceptual and axiological specificity in the media representation of AI in various media segments, such as tabloids and broadsheet papers. Corpus-assisted discourse analysis includes: 1) identification of unique semantic domains that determine discourse interpretations of this socially significant phenomenon, followed by an analysis of their dispersion in narratives about AI; 2) analysis of the figurative-evaluative and value content of its media representation; 3) investigation of the specifics of broadsheet media and tabloid media representations of the AI concept. It was found that AI receives multiple media representations, in which its conceptual features represented by the lexical items of the semantic fields “Knowledge”, “Ability”, “Information and Computer Technologies” are supplemented and enriched by the lexical units of the semantic fields “Safety/Danger”, “Transformation”, “Ethics”. In media narratives about AI, the concept of “imitation of human abilities” is often associated with fake news, plagiarism, warfare, crime, climate change, and unemployment. Corpus data revealed that in the narratives about AI in broadsheet media, the lexical items of the semantic field “Robots” emphasize the similarity of AI with anthropomorphic entities; the semantic field “Competition” represents the idea of a rivalry between a human and a machine, as well as between countries, governments and companies; the semantic field “Warfare” actualizes the pragmatics of warning related to collective security and expressing public concern about the possible negative consequences of the development of AI. Popular media emphasize the androgenic nature of AI, its entertainment potential (“Games”), practical values related to health care (“Medicines and Treatment”); and the pragmatics of warning related to individual safety (“Crime”). The evaluative media representation of AI is formed mainly by ethical and practical, often negative, evaluative features transmitted through metaphoric images, intertextual references, and cultural models that determine the behavioural patterns of the discursive community members.

Reliable heat and power supply are among the basic household needs nowadays. It is especially topical in rural or distant locations that may be cut off from the energy grid due to extreme weather or other events. Nonetheless, the sustainability of our power production systems has to be considered to sustain our planet's long-term abilities to provide energy resources and a viable environment. Renewable energy resources must be prioritized in rural and remote areas, simultaneously strengthening distributed production ability and self-sufficiency. In this context, the use of the Stirling engine for heat to power generation in households, on the scale of small communities, and by using only renewable resources is becoming increasingly topical. Therefore, this research aims to identify the current state-of-the-art for Stirling engine applications using biomass as a renewable energy source, in the context of sustainability and energy security. The paper summarizes the current research tendencies at the household level in the use of biomass-based Stirling engines for renewable heat and power generation in decentralized energy systems. The methodology applied is a structured literature review and content analysis. The research results corroborate the progress towards the use of renewable resources and towards increased energy efficiency because the keyword and overlay analysis showed more frequent publishing in these areas. The content analysis on two more specific sub-directions of interest, i.e., biomass-fuelled Stirling engine use in households and Stirling engine implications on energy security, showed that though research activity in these directions has increased lately, more profound research is needed, especially on aspects of energy security and independence. The content analysis revealed a lack of in-depth analysis on the effects of Stirling engine use on energy security or energy independence, which is suggested as a topical subject for future research. This study aims to enhance the contribution of education towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which the United Nations (UN) describes as an urgent call for action. Education has garnered increasing interest in this regard, and this study conducts a systematic review of literature on the integration of SDG keywords into education. The study utilizes keywords from 10 relevant studies and employs a new methodology to analyze and weigh these keywords. This results in a comprehensive and robust list of keywords. The study also assesses the level of integration of SDGs in educational materials using this methodology. Furthermore, it identifies the integration level for each SDG and highlights any gaps in integration. The study offers a broad perspective on the subject by proposing a framework to guide educational institutions in integrating the SDGs into their materials. The aim of this study is to investigate the future research direction by utilizing keyword network analysis to analyze topics related to resilience in young children. For this purpose, among the journal papers listed in the Korean Journal Citation Index from 2002 to 2023. The keywords from these papers were extracted, and in-degree and out-degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and networks sociogram were analyzed through keyword network analysis. The findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, in Korean research on resilience of young children, resilience was expressed using eight different terms, and diverse sub-elements were observed accordingly. Secondly, keywords such as selfresilience, which encompasses sub-elements like autonomy, self-control, attachment, concerned behavior, recovery resilience, and resilience, which encompasses sub-elements like resilient competence, relational resilience, and emotional resilience, emerged as important in the analysis. Additionally, crucial keywords associated with young children's resilience included externalizing problem behavior, teacher-child conflict, teacher-child intimacy, pro-sociality, flow, emotion regulation, happiness, playfulness, mothers' parenting efficacy, adjustment to ECEC centers, gender of children, psychological health, and peer interaction. Through this study, we have identified and discussed the key topics related to the resilience of young children, explored the variables influencing their resilience, and examined strategies for enhancing their resilience. Purpose: This study aimed to identify research trends and topics in sustainability assessment in the food sector within the scope of economics, business and management research. Design/methodology/approach: The authors conducted a bibliometric analysis by applying a rigid and systematic research protocol, employing bibliometric techniques and a keyword co-occurrence network. Further, the Visualization of Similarities viewer software was used to analyse publications between 1994 and 2021. Findings: The knowledge trends regarding "sustainability assessment" in the research area of business economics demonstrated a notable evolution of the topics analysed, ranging from indicators and policy analyses in agriculture and fishery sectors, to the topic of sustainability life cycle assessment (LCA) and management systems. In business and management research areas, the main theoretical frameworks used for sustainability assessment in the food sector included the triple-bottom line (TBL) and the LCA, and the main research topics were food chain logistics, bio-based products, retailers, consumption patterns and crop-based biodiesel options. Research limitations/implications: This study employed only the WoS database and future studies could incorporate other scientific databases. Regarding future research, more emphasis could be laid on food retailers given their prevalence as demonstrated by the study and past research. Practical implications: The findings can help all participants in the food global value chain to make better decisions to guide their sustainability efforts and assessment. Moreover, this research reveals that companies need to be actively engaged with their stakeholders and pay special attention to consumer patterns and perceptions. It is known that the maritime industry is intertwined with scientific developments. Considering the number of scientific research and support projects, the relationship between the scientific community and the industry is getting stronger day by day. The research aims to determine the main trend in the articles published between 2011-2022 in the journals published in the field of maritime management and indexed in SSCI-Social Science Citation Index. To determine the trend in the field of maritime management, the keywords of 1528 articles published in 3 journals determined according to the limitations were analyzed. As a result of keyword and network analysis, ports, maritime transport, liner shipping, container terminals, and data envelopment analysis-DEA are the most used keywords. The most important result obtained as a result of this study is that the events in the world (war, pandemic, terrorism, piracy, etc.) are in a rapid upward trend in the field of maritime business management and the scientific community has shown a rapid reaction on these issues. Academic English was traditionally treated as a monolithic register with respect to grammar, but recent research has shown that there is considerable variation across modes, dialects, research traditions and disciplines. We apply two quantitative corpus-linguistic methods (keyword analysis and a variant using PoS-grams instead of words) to investigate noun-noun and adjective-noun sequences in two discipline-specific Academic Englishes, that of the Arts and Humanities and that of the Physical Sciences. We show that the function of the various constructions underlying these sequences are exploited in different ways in these discipline clusters, in accordance with specific communicative needs. In the Physical Sciences, there is a need for standardized terminology. Noun-noun compounds are the preferred strategy for creating this terminology, with a specific adjective-noun construction involving relational adjectives playing a minor part and syntactic adjective-noun constituents playing no particular role. In the Arts and Humanities, there is a need for precise ad-hoc descriptions, and syntactic adjective-noun constituents are the preferred way of doing so. This difference accounts for the previously observed distribution, confirmed in our study, that noun-noun sequences are more typical for the natural sciences and adjective-noun sequences are more typical for the humanities.
