22. An Inquiry into the Factors Influencing the Role of Marxist Chineseization on the Discourse System of Chinese-Style Modernization

Abstract

This paper starts from the definition of the concepts of both Marxism and Chinese-style modernized discourse system, and carries out the division of independent variables, control variables and dependent variables to pave the way for the construction of the multiple linear regression model later. Based on determining the variables, the Pearson correlation coefficient formula is used to obtain the correlation between the variables, followed by the construction of the multiple linear regression model and other methods such as significance test to analyze the influencing factors of Chinese-style modernized discourse system. The results show that all the regression coefficients are positive, indicating that the six independent variables positively influence the construction of modernization discourse. The standard regression coefficient of “Deng Xiaoping Theory” is 0.227, which is significantly higher than the regression coefficients of the other indexes, indicating that Marxist political economy dimension of “Deng Xiaoping Theory” has a positive influence on the construction of modernization discourse, and that “Deng Xiaoping Theory” is more important than the other indexes. Deng Xiaoping Theory” has the most significant influence on the modernization discourse system. The Chinese modernization discourse system is a system that promotes both the development of revolution and construction practice, as well as cultural modernization and the generation of people’s subjective consciousness, as revealed by this study.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose an improved adaptive frequency sweep strategy based on the asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) technique for simulating broadband antennas across a wide frequency range. Our approach maintains high accuracy compared to traditional frequency sweep methods, as demonstrated through simulation results of several commonly used broadband antennas. A novel error function is introduced specifically designed for broadband antenna simulation, which effectively improves the adaptive frequency sweep process. By analyzing the relationship between target error and computational time, we determine the optimal balance zone between efficiency and accuracy. Abstract

Background and Aim: There is a pressing need for non‐invasive preoperative prediction of microvascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study investigates the potential of exosome‐derived mRNA in plasma as a biomarker for diagnosing MVI. Methods: Patients with suspected HCC undergoing hepatectomy were prospectively recruited for preoperative peripheral blood collection. Exosomal RNA profiling was conducted using RNA sequencing in the discovery cohort, followed by differential expression analysis to identify candidate targets. We employed multiplexed droplet digital PCR technology to efficiently validate them in a larger sample size cohort. Results: A total of 131 HCC patients were ultimately enrolled, with 37 in the discovery cohort and 94 in the validation cohort. In the validation cohort, the expression levels of RSAD2, PRPSAP1, and HOXA2 were slightly elevated while CHMP4A showed a slight decrease in patients with MVI compared with those without MVI. These trends were consistent with the findings in the discovery cohort, although they did not reach statistical significance (P > 0.05). Notably, the expression level of exosomal PRPSAP1 in plasma was significantly higher in patients with more than 5 MVI than in those without MVI (0.147 vs 0.070, P = 0.035). Conclusion: This study unveils the potential of exosome‐derived PRPSAP1 in plasma as a promising indicator for predicting MVI status preoperatively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
