An experimental analysis of the Bi0.90Tb0.1Fe0.90Mn0.1O3 system synthesized via the solid‐state method is presented in this report. UV–visible measurements are carried out and a smaller bandgap (i.e., semiconductor‐type behavior) is obtained. The structural phase of the present system is analyzed with X‐ray diffraction and neutron diffraction measurement. Structural‐phase analysis reveals that the system contains two nuclear phases (rhombohedral structure [R3c space group] with orthorhombic [Pn21a space group]). Moreover, also more bending in the bond angle is found, and the existence of a magnetic phase with a nuclear phase for the Bi0.90Tb0.1Fe0.90Mn0.1O3 system is also confirmed by neutron diffraction. The magnetic moment versus temperature (M–T) curve demonstrates that the system's Néel transition temperature is at 568 K. The magnetization data show enhancement in the magnetic property by displaying the weak ferromagnetic‐type behavior at room temperature in the magnetic field versus magnetic moment (M–H) curve as compared to the parent compound. Sodium superionic conductor Na3Zr2Si2PO12 (NZSP) is a promising material as a solid electrolyte for sodium‐ion batteries. The highest conductivity of ∼1.0 mS/cm at room temperature (RT) was reported for the compound with a Na content of approximately 3.3 per formula unit (f. u.) and when the material is synthesized with a final sintering temperature ≥1220°C. Herein, we propose a new synthesis method to enhance the conductivity of the NZSP by liquid‐phase sintering with the optimum amount of additive of amorphous‐Na2Si2O5. In this regard, a series of composite materials were prepared by mixing Na3Zr2Si2PO12 with amorphous‐Na2Si2O5 (NZSP/NS‐x wt.%; with x = 0.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0) and sintering at a lower temperature of 1150°C. Enhanced conductivity of 1.7 mS/cm at RT has been achieved for the Na3Zr2Si2PO12/Na2Si2O5‐5.0 wt.% (NZSP/NS‐5.0) composite. The effects of additives on the NZSP phase formation, microstructure, and ion conductivity have been investigated by XRD, MAS NMR, SEM, and impedance spectroscopy. Our study demonstrates that the higher conductivity of the NZSP/NS‐5.0 composite is caused by the combined effect of increased Na content in the NZSP phase (by diffusion of Na+ ions from the liquid phase of NS to bare NZSP phase), higher density, and microstructures with lesser pores. This article reports an integration of organic photodetector (OPD) and organic spin valve (SV) in a single physical device — ITO/V[TCNE]2/rubrene/Co/Au magnetic OPD heterostructure. Generation of photocurrent with more than 43.3% photocurrent‐to‐dark current ratio is revealed in this device under illumination of 660 nm red laser light at 0.4 V electrical bias. Moreover, room temperature SV response with up to 7.7% SV magnetoresistance peak is found at 138 Oe in the same heterostructure. Such intriguing coexistence of photocurrent generation and SV effect at room temperature in a single magnetic OPD heterostructure paves the way for the development of eco‐friendly all‐organic next‐generation multifunctional opto‐spintronics devices.
