Purpose: This study aims to summarize the latest and best evidence on central venous access device-related thrombosis (CRT) in hospitalized children, which provides theoretical support for standardizing the preventive care practice of CRT in hospitalized children. Methods: Relevant guidelines, systematic reviews and expert consensuses were reviewed through ten guideline websites, six professional association websites and seven databases. The literature evaluation was conducted, and the best evidence from qualified studies was extracted and summarized. Furthermore, the best evidence was summarized through expert consultation and localized for the preventive care practice of CRT in hospitalized children in China. Results: A total of 14 topics and 68 best evidence were collected, including personnel qualification and quality management, pediatric patient selection, risk assessment, central venous access device (CVAD) selection and use, tip position, catheter maintenance, basic prevention, drug prevention, imaging examination, health education, nursing records, follow-up, CVAD removal and others. Conclusion: In this study, the best evidence based on evidence-based nursing was summarized, and expert consultation was adopted to localize the best evidence collected. It is of great significance to standardize the clinical practice of pediatric nurses and ensure the effectiveness of CRT preventive care for hospitalized children, thus guaranteeing the safety of hospitalized children with CVAD catheterization. Aim. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis and synthesis of pertinent research on the subject of nursing professionalism. Background. The number of studies documenting nursing professionalism has been consistently increasing over the years; however, a comprehensive synthesis and analysis of the evidence presented in these reports is currently lacking. Evaluation. The scope reviews were conducted using electronic databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP), and Wanfang database. Key Issues. This review included 15 studies and identified 4 significant pertinent issues: (1) the need for further investigation into the implementation level of nursing professionalism; (2) the development of culturally sensitive instruments to assess nursing professionalism; (3) an in‐depth exploration of the associated factors influencing nursing professionalism; and (4) the critical implementation of diverse intervention strategies to enhance nursing professionalism. Conclusions. This review presents a comprehensive overview of the implementation level, assessment tools, influential factors, and intervention strategies in nursing professionalism research. In addition, it emphasizes the future research direction in this field. Implications for Nursing Management. Nursing administrators need to understand the significance of improving the professional education and training of nurses, fostering a conducive work environment, and providing support for their active development of professional skills and nursing professionalism. A lightweight aircraft visual navigation algorithm that fuses neural networks is proposed to address the limited computing power issue during the offline operation of aircraft edge computing platforms in satellite-denied environments with complex working scenarios. This algorithm utilizes object detection algorithms to label dynamic objects within complex scenes and performs dynamic feature point elimination to enhance the feature point extraction quality, thereby improving navigation accuracy. The algorithm was validated using an aircraft edge computing platform, and comparisons were made with existing methods through experiments conducted on the TUM public dataset and physical flight experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm not only improves the navigation accuracy but also has high robustness compared with the monocular ORB-SLAM2 method under the premise of satisfying the real-time operation of the system. This study set out to examine the valence effect on the explicit and implicit processing of Chinese emotion-label and emotion-laden words with emotional categorisation task (ECT) and emotional Stroop task (EST). Behaviourally, the dissociation between emotion-label and emotion-laden words was only observed in the ECT and was modulated by valence. Neurophysiologically, a negative bias was found in the early perceptual processing stage (N170). In the second processing stage, the dissociation between emotion-label and emotion-laden words was modulated by valence (P2 and EPN). In the elaborate processing stage, the neural dissociation between emotion-label and emotion-laden words was modulated by the processing level (frontal N400 and early LPC). Valence interacted with processing level (late LPC). Antibiotic resistance poses a significant threat to the public health domain. A favorable platform for generating and disseminating antibiotic-resistant genes (ARGs) and antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) is provided by landscaped fish ponds created by urbanization. This research delved into the effects exerted by different concentrations of specific antibiotics, namely tetracycline and ciprofloxacin, on the microbial community composition present in water samples obtained from a landscape pond. Additionally, we analyzed the abundance of ARGs and the class 1 integron-integrase gene (intI1), and identified potential hosts of ARGs. The results indicated that the consistent administration of antibiotics significantly influenced the microbial community structure, resulting in variations within both bacterial communities and functionalities. Furthermore, the absolute quantities of ARGs, including tetA, tetC, qnrA, and qnrS, as well as the integrase gene intI1, exhibited augmentation in response to varying types and concentrations of antibiotics. Notably, the regular input of low concentrations of antibiotics produced higher levels of abundance of ARGs than the regular input of higher concentrations of antibiotics. Organic matter was increased due to the input of plant litter, resulting in changes in the physicochemical properties and enhancement of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in water bodies. There are few reports on effects of decomposition of aquatic plants on GHGs emissions. This study investigated the effects of the degradation of two aquatic plants, Potamogeton crispus and Typha orientalis Presl, upon release of CO2 and CH4 at the sediment–water interface. During early decomposition, the release of CO2 and CH4 at the sediment–water interface was increased by the degradation of the two aquatic plants, and release flux of CO2 and CH4 were increased rapidly at first and then decreased. Due to the differences in properties of C, lignin, cellulose and other components of the plants, the Potamogeton crispus group obtained higher abundance of genes relevant to CO2 and CH4 metabolism, which leads to the increase of CO2 and CH4 emissions compared with that of the Typha orientalis Presl. In addition, dissolved oxygen and pH were decreased due to the decomposition of organic matter in the plant residues at the sediment–water interface, resulting in growth of anaerobic microorganisms. The increase of the relative abundance of anaerobic microorganisms promoted the decomposition of organic matter in the sediment and the enhancement of cell respiration, promoting the release of CH4 and CO2 during the decomposition of aquatic plants. Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of pressure therapy in treating patients with hypertrophic scars by meta-analysis. Methods: Databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library were retrieved with the search terms"hypertrophic scar, hyperplastic scar, HTS, pressure therapy, pressure treatment, and the Chinese Journals Full - text Database was retrieved with the search terms in Chinese version",,,,"to obtain the publicly published randomized controlled trials about pressure therapy in the treatment of patients with hypertrophic scar from the establishment of each database to July 2017. The measurement indexes included the effective ratio, Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score, scar vascularity, scar hardness, scar pigment, scar thickness, and value of scar color (brightness, red, and yellow). RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 statistical software were used to conduct a meta-analysis of eligible studies. Results: A total of 667 hypertrophic scar patients were enrolled in 11 articles, including 362 patients in pressure therapy group who received pressure treatment and 305 patients in untreated group who received no treatment. The bias risks of the 11 studies included were uncertain. Compared with those of untreated group, the effective ratio of patients in pressure therapy group was significantly increased, with the relative risk of 5.98 (95% confidence interval=1.83-19.46, P <0.01); the VSS score and scar vascularity of patients in pressure therapy group were obviously decreased, with weighted mean differences of -2.24 and -0.66 respectively (95% confidence interval=-4.16--0.33, -1.21--0.12, P <0.05); the scar hardness, scar pigment, scar thickness, and value of scar color (brightness, red, and yellow) of patients in pressure therapy group were not changed obviously ( P ≥0.05). Significant heterogeneity existed in the included studies of the effective ratio, VSS score, scar vascularity, scar hardness, scar pigment, and scar thickness, P <0.01, I (2)=90%, 87%, 80%, 93%, 86%, 94%. Pressure range might be the heterogeneity source of effective ratio, and pressure clothing combined with pressure pad therapy might be a heterogeneous source of VSS score. Sensitivity analysis showed that the combined effect size results were stable in the effective ratio and scar pigment, but not stable in the VSS score, scar thickness, scar hardness, and scar vascularity. There was no publication bias in the effective ratio, VSS score, scar hardness, scar pigment, and scar vascularity ( P >0.1), while there was publication bias in the scar thickness (95% confidence interval=-19.77--3.30, P <0.1). Conclusions: Compared with patients without treatment, in the treatment of hypertrophic scars, pressure therapy can obviously increase the effective ratio, reduce the VSS score and scar vascularity, but can not obviously improve the scar hardness, scar pigment, scar thickness, and value of scar color (brightness, red, and yellow).

Objective: To investigate the current status on knowledge for unintentional injury and risky behavior among school-age children in Changsha, China, and to provide scientific evidence for the preventive strategies.
, Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 866 students who were between 6 and 12 years old in Changsha. Two primary schools were selected by stratified cluster random sampling from all primary schools of Changsha city to collect the information regarding knowledge for unintentional injury and risky behavior occurring in the 6-month period before the survey.
, Results: The mean score for knowledge of unintentional injury was 11.83±2.38. The levels of knowledge for unintentional injury differed significantly in child's age, parents' education background and child's injury history (P<0.05). The child's knowledge level was correlated with child's age, mother's education, child's injury history. The mean score for risky behavior was 17.61±10.35. The levels of risky behavior differed significantly in child's gender, father's age to have the child, parents' marriage status, whom does/do child live with, child's injury history and medical history since the birthday (P<0.05). There was a linear regression relationship between risky behavior and child's injury history, parents' marriage status, child's gender. There was no significant correlation between knowledge and risky behavior (P>0.05).
, Conclusion: It is a common phenomenon in school-age children who are lack of the knowledge for unintentional injury and risky behavior. This study provides useful information on the risk factors for unintentional injury and risky behavior, which would be significant for prevention program.

Objective: To evaluate the predictive accuracy of the triage early warning score (TEWS) in the prognosis and emergency treatment for trauma patients admitted to the emergency department (ED)., Methods: A total of 456 trauma patients (>12 years old) admitted to ED at an education and research hospital in approximately 4 months were prospectively studied. Th e TEWS was recorded in all patients. Th e primary end-point was during 28 days and the emergency responses (such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation/electrical defibrillation, mechanical ventilation) in the ED., Results: Patients with TEWS less than or equal to 9, from 10 to 13, or greater or equal to 14 had mortality rates of 0.98%, 52.63%, or 80%, respectively. An increase in 1 point within the range of 17-point TEWS would be associated with an odds ratio (OR) of 2.14 for death [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.759 to 2.604]. In predicting mortality rates during 28 days, the cut-point was greater than 8, the sensitivity was 87.10% (95% CI: 70.2% to 96.4%), the specificity was 92.47% (95% CI: 89.5% to 94.8%), and the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCROC) was 0.929 (95% CI: 0.902 to 0.951). Th e AUCROC of TEWS in predicting the emergency responses for CPR/electrical defibrillation application or mechanical ventilation was 0.969 (95% CI: 0.949 to 0.983) or 0.897 (95% CI: 0.865 to 0.923), respectively., Conclusion: TEWS is effective in predicting the prognosis and emergency treatment for trauma patients admitted to ED.
