And put forward the overall promotion strategy based on macro, medium, and micro levels. It is concluded that the rise and application of digital technology provide important technical support for the high-quality development of modern sports service industry. And it keeps great value to the optimization of sports service structure, the integration of formats, the matching of supply and demand, and the improvement of efficiency. Digital technology enables high-quality development of modern sports service industry. At the macro level, the top-level design led by the government is supposed to be strengthened. At the middle level, a multi-industry coordination mechanism is supposed to be established. At the micro level, we should perfect the professional talent cultivation system oriented by market demand.

Camellia huana is an endangered species with a narrow distribution in limestone hills of northern Guangxi and southern Guizhou provinces, China. We used one chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) fragment and 12 pairs of microsatellite (simple sequence repeat; SSR) markers to assess the genetic diversity and structure of 12 C. huana populations. A total of 99 alleles were detected for 12 polymorphic loci, and eight haplotypes and nine polymorphic sites were detected within 5200 bp of cpDNA. C. huana populations showed a low level of genetic diversity (n = 8, Hd = 0.759, Pi = 0.00042 for cpDNA, NA = 3.931, HE = 0.466 for SSRs), but high genetic differentiation between populations (FST = 0.2159 for SSRs, FST = 0.9318 for cpDNA). This can be attributed to the narrow distribution and limestone habitat of C. huana. STRUCTURE analysis divided natural C. huana populations into two groups, consistent with their geographical distribution. Thus, we suggest that five natural C. huana populations should be split into two units to be managed effectively.

Camellia nitidissima is an endangered species. This species contains two varieties. Here, we report on the chloroplast genomes of C. nitidissima var. nitidissima from Fangcheng (GenBank accession MT157617) and Nanning (MT157618), as well as one sample of C. nitidissima var. microcarpa (MT157619) from Nanning. The total chloroplast genomes of C. nitidissima var. nitidissima Fangcheng and Nanning samples are 156,596 bp and 157,567 bp in length, respectively. C. nitidissima var. microcarpa (MT157619) genome is 157,407 bp in length. The three samples possess GC contents of 37.3%, 128 genes, comprising 86 protein-coding genes, 34 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes.

Study design This prospective observational study included 22 patients who were diagnosed with symptomatic degenerative disc disease treated via artificial disc replacement (ADR) with a laparoscopic technique. Objective The current study aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of ADR using a laparoscopic technique for lumbar disc herniation. Summary of background data Symptomatic degenerative disc disease is the major cause of low back pain with lumbar segmental instability. ADR has increased in popularity as an alternative treatment for lumbar disc herniation. However, the traditional approach to spinal surgery carries the risk of catastrophic bleeding from injury to major vessels, as well as iatrogenic injury to the viscera and associated structures. Therefore, laparoscopic lumbar discectomy and ADR may represent a useful alternative. Methods Twenty-two patients (8 males and 14 females) who were diagnosed with symptomatic degenerative disc disease were included in this study. Seven cases involved the L4/5 level, and 15 cases involved the L5/S1 level. All patients were ineffective after at least 6 months of conservative treatments; all patients were informed of the surgery before the operation and provided consent. Three-dimensional computed tomographic angiography (3D-CTA) of the iliac great blood vessels was completed before the surgery. All surgical procedures were performed under a laparoscope. All patients were followed up. Results All surgeries were successfully completed. The average operation time was 120 minutes (range 110-150 min), and the average hemorrhage was 145 mL (range 80-360 mL). All cases underwent X-rays at 3 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and the final postoperative follow-up. The outcome indicated that there was no mobilization, displacement, or subsidence in all patients with the exception of one case with prosthesis migration. The follow-up time was 43.8 months (range 24-64 months). The mean visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry scores were decreased postoperatively. The mean improvement rate of the VAS score was 73.5%. Conclusion Lumbar ADR using a laparoscope represents a novel, minimally invasive treatment for symptomatic degenerative disc disease and severe lumbar discogenic pain.

In this research, the K-Means clustering algorithm is applied to the students’ consumption behavior. The Apriori algorithm is used to study the students’ consumption behavior and performance. The results not only improve the efficiency of student work but also help to build smart campus for our university.

Therefore, based on researching the theoretical knowledge of action screening and rehabilitation physical training, the scientific methods were applied to improve the damage situation of volleyball, so as to make volleyball players who are injured in the movement could be able to recover more quickly.

High-efficient visual search ability is the key for the athletes to win their games. Visual search is an important way for the athletes to catch effective information on site within complicated environment as well as the manifestation of their regulating and controlling their mental status and skill abilities within complicated environment. Maintaining an appropriate level of anxiety during exercises and contests could ensure higher visual search efficiency and is helpful for better bringing the skills of the athletes into play. Excessive anxiety will have larger interferences on the visual search efficiency of the athletes and the visual research efficiency will be reduced, resulting in the abnormal performance of the skill levels of the athletes. To optimize and regulate the visual search efficiency of the athletes could ensure the athletes to bring their competitive skills into best play.

Uplink power control (ULPC) plays an important role in LTE system. In this paper, a new ULPC approach based on Biogeography-based Optimization (BBO) is proposed. Only with broadcast parameters such as a and P 0 , through the BBO Optimization, the cells will be divided into many layers automatically, different compensation offset values allocated at the same time. With the constraint operator of BBO, the throughput of cell-edge UEs can be controlled. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the average throughput and keep a reasonable throughput of UEs at the cell-edge. Besides, this algorithm is efficient without producing additional processing load at eNodeBs, which is practical in real network deployment.

With the growing demand on wireless multimedia services and omnipresent access, the energy consumption rises sharply. Consequently, energy efficiency (EE) has become an essential problem in the design of green radio. In order to reduce computational complexity, we separate the resource allocation into two steps: subcarrier allocation and power allocation. After subcarrier allocation, we adopt biogeography-based optimizing (BBO) algorithm to maximize energy efficiency in downlink orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) system. Simulation results reveal that higher fairness demand causes lower EE. The proposed algorithm improves EE with meeting the requirement of fairness threshold. This algorithm also gives network operators insight into the tradeoff between EE and fairness. In practical cases, network operators can achieve the tradeoff between EE and fairness by adjusting fairness threshold.

Objective To identify the genetic abnormality responsible for osteoarthritis (OA), avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head, and Legg-Calve-Perthes disease in a single family, and to determine factors responsible for the distinct phenotypes manifested by different family members. Methods Forty-two members of a 5-generation family were recruited and investigated. Diagnosis was made by independent orthopedic surgeons and radiologists. Histopathologic changes of the diseased tissue were examined. Linkage analysis was performed with markers spanning the COL2A1 locus. Haplotypes were constructed and mutation of the gene was detected. Structures of the wild-type and mutant proteins were modeled. Results Sixteen affected members were identified (5 with isolated precocious hip OA, 6 with AVN of the femoral head, and 5 with Legg-Calve-Perthes disease). A p.Gly1170Ser mutation of COL2A1 cosegregated with the 3 diseases and was absent in controls. Of note, age at onset in relation to the closure status of the femoral head epiphysis was associated with the diseases, with Legg-Calve-Perthes disease presenting prior to closure (at ages 6–14 years), AVN of the femoral head presenting during closure (at ages 15–18 years), and precocious OA of the hip presenting after closure (at ages 21–34 years). Molecular modeling predicted that the serine-to-glycine substitution loosens the helical structure of the protein. Conclusion The p.Gly1170Ser mutation of COL2A1 in the family described is responsible for pathology confined to the hip joint, which presents as isolated precocious hip OA, AVN of the femoral head, or Legg-Calve-Perthes disease. Age at onset in relation to closure of the femoral head epiphysis appears to be a critical factor in determining disease pattern.

This is an anatomic, preclinical study using computed tomography and computerized simulation to describe the morphologic features and ideal screw insertion trajectories for cervical pedicles in the southern Chinese population. The morphologic features of the pedicle of vertebrae (C3-C7) from 20 human cadaver spines were evaluated with computed tomography and with manual measurements. There was no difference between the two data sets. The topography of the cervical pedicles was recreated graphically, calculating the safe range of the insertion angle with and without consideration of the pedicle screw diameter. Neglecting the diameter of the screw, the average safe ranges of the insertion angle at each cervical level (C3-C7) in the transverse plane were 18.7 degrees , 20.4 degrees , 22.4 degrees , 22.5 degrees , and 27.6 degrees , respectively, and in the sagittal plane 27.6 degrees , 30.3 degrees , 27.7 degrees , 29.0 degrees , and 34.9 degrees , respectively. Including the diameter of the 3.0-mm screw, the safe ranges narrowed to 7.3 degrees , 8.6 degrees , 11.0 degrees , 13.1 degrees , and 15.5 degrees in the transverse plane, and 16.4 degrees , 18.7 degrees , 16.4 degrees , 18.3 degrees , and 23.1 degrees in the sagittal plane. We think computed tomography measurements can provide individual quantitative data for transpedicle screw fixation in the cervical spine.

The effects of a new generation bisphosphonate, incadronate, in established adjuvant arthritis rats were evaluated according to the arthritis index, hind paw volume, and radiological and histopathological examinations. Incadronate suppressed the radiological and histopathological changes of hind paws, as well as the joint swelling in a dose-dependent manner. In contrast, the arthritis control rats showed drastic joint inflammation, marked destruction of bone and articular cartilage. The remains of articular cartilage lost Safranin O staining, and were attached with numerous TRAP-positive multinuclear cells. Some of resorption lacunas could be seen at the cartilage matrix nearby the TRAP-positive multinuclear cells. As regards the chondroprotective effects of bisphosphonates, we speculate that it is probably concerned with the inhibition of the chondroclasts. These data indicate that bisphosphonates may be a class of effective agent that can be considered for treatment of various arthritic conditions, including human rheumatoid arthritis.

Aiming at the problem of low efficiencies for frequent item sets mining based on FP-Tree, which need a great lot of recursion call. This paper proposes another mining algorithm which uses a improved data structure named node linked list FP-Tree (NLFP-Tree). NLFP-Tree compresses the FP-Tree greatly by record the node's prefix path using node linked list. And mines frequent item sets by bottom-to-up and non-recursion method. Experimental results show that the mining algorithm performs better than Apriori, FP-Growth.

Low support makes dramatic increase in the number of itemsets and brings less efficient frequent itemset mining. Correlation measures introduced to restrict the number of frequent itemsets generated in order to improve the efficiency of mining under certain conditions. An improved FP-Tree algorithm using node linked list FP-Tree is proposed. This algorithm exploits efficient pruning strategies using a between-item positive correlated differences measure with a good antimonotone. Non-positive correlated long model and invalid itemsets are filtered. The range of support threshold allowing mining is expanded. Experimental results indicate the given algorithm is efficient and feasible.

To evaluate the clinical effect of local autogenous bone chips extended with allogeneic bone grafts in the posterolateral lumbar fusion.From March 2005 to April 2007, 22 cases which underwent posterolateral lumbar fusion with allograft bone mixed with local autograft bone were analyzed retrospectively. The postoperative temperature, drainage flow and healing time of the incision were analyzed; postoperative lumbar pain was evaluated by visual analog scale (VAS) and JOA score; the postoperative efficacy was assessed by MacNab criteria and Oswestry disability index (ODI); the fusion rate was defined by Jorgenson fusion criteria.All cases were followed up for 17-35 months with an average of 21 months, the wound all healed by first intention; no red swelling, exudation and infection occurred. The excellent and good rate was 81.8% for JOA score (excellent in 4 cases, good in 14 cases, fair in 4 cases), 77.3% for MacNab criteria (excellent in 4 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 5 cases) and 90.9% for ODI index (excellent in 3 cases, good in 17 cases, fair in 2 cases). The postoperative X-ray fusion rate within 1 year was 90.9%.Allograft bone mixed with local autograft bone can achieve good efficacy and fusion rate in posterolateral lumbar fusion.

This study was to explore the relationships between (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) in IL-1beta gene with lumbar intervertebral disc disease. We analyzed (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism and electrophoresis methods respectively in 81 cases with lumbar disc disease and 101 healthy controls. The relationship between (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene and lumbar disc disease in two groups was measured, so does the relationship between (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene and intervertebral disc degeneration in those younger than 45-year-old. The results showed there were (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene. There was a significant difference in the distribution of TT, TC and CC genotype or T, C genotype of (-511)T>C of IL-1beta in two groups. And there was no significant difference in the distribution of (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene in two groups. There was no significant difference between the distribution of (-511)T>C and (+3954)C>T SNP in IL-1beta gene and intervertebral disc degeneration in those younger than 45-year-old. It suggested (-511)T>C SNP in IL-1beta gene be one of the susceptible alleles for Lumbar disc disease.

We describe a radiation-tolerant controller used to control switched-capacitor arrays. The controller has been developed for the liquid argon calorimeter of the ATLAS detector. Radiation tolerance has been achieved by applying layout, circuit, and system mitigation techniques to a commercial 0.25 /spl mu/m complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology.
