The objective of the present article is to highlight the concept of innovation performance, its importance and the different elements that could potentially enhance it within an organization. Through critical appraisal of the literature, the paper has attempted to shed light on how innovation performance is essentially important for businesses to thrive in the current global economy via focusing on prospects like corporate entrepreneurship and employee engagement. The review has concluded that Innovation and more importantly, employee performance towards bringing innovative is critical for businesses. Corporate entrepreneurship is an evolving concept that talks about nurturing and establishing such an environment that supports and motivates people to work with initiative mindset, indulging in creativity and innovation within the organization. Notably, past empirical evidence has underscored employee engagement to be highly significant in enhancing performance focused outcomes. The paper had attempted to establish how corporate entrepreneurship can enhance innovation performance within an organization. Importantly, the paper has also outlined pivotal role of employee engagement as a potential moderator to enrich this relationship. The paper has forwarded research model highlighting severe paucity of research and mature significance for fostering innovation performance at the workplace.

DNA Intelligence is relatively new concept which relies on providing phenotypic information about unknown individuals when traditional DNA profiling is not informative. The system aids in forensic investigation by probabilistic prediction of eye, hair, skin colors as well as other phenotypic features. The Irisplex system contains a very sensitive multiplex genetic typing test that allows users to predict blue, brown and intermediate human eye color from DNA samples. To check the validity of IrisPlex system in the local Pakhtun population living in Shangla Valley of Pakistan, the current study was carried out. DNA samples as well as photographs were taken from total of 226 individuals. Exclusion and inclusion criteria were set for samples collection. The analysis showed that brown eye color individuals were greater in number than blue and intermediate eyes color individuals. Moreover, Irisplex system predicted 100% blue and brown eye color while issue in predicting in intermediate eye color. The data of the current study indicated the six Irisplex SNPs the rs16891982 and rs1800407 SNP are significant association with eye color. Conclusion: This study showed that the most prevalent human color traits among Pakhtun population of Shangla was brown eye color and the IrisPlex system accurately predicted blue and brown eye color as such as an actual eye color of the individual while intermediate was misclassified into brown eye color, so online tool of IrisPlex system needed more SNPs inclusion for the prediction of accurate intermediate eye color prediction. Therefore, the Irisplex system represents a useful tool for immediate application in accredited forensic laboratories, predicting blue and brown human eye color from DNA samples, hence, may be a useful tool in forensic investigation. In binary system consisting only of the oppositely charged surfactants, a single type of aggregates (mostly probably vesicles) was identified. Upon polymer addition, a shift in aggregation concentration was observed; however, no additional clustering occurred and single inflection point was visible in all property versus concentration plots. The binding behavior in ternary mixtures comprising of poly (ethylene oxide), sodium dodecyl sulfate, and acetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide has been studied by using conductivity. The aggregation and binding phenomena were thermodynamically feasible, unraveled by the negative values of Gibbs free energy. An increased amount of adsorbed poly (ethylene oxide) caused an increase in these values, showing an alteration in interfacial free energy due to release of water molecules from vesicles' surface. Diabetic patients are deliberated to be at greater risk of hypertension and lipid abnormalities, which are the main cause of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The present work revealed the role of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) for the detection of lipid profile and CVD. In recent study 108 (56 males and 52 female) type 2 diabetes (T2DM) subjects were diagnosed at Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Peshawar and private diabetic clinic "Khattak Medical Centre" (KMC), Dabgari Garden Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The normal or control group consists of twenty (9 females and 11 males) people having no history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Glycated hemoglobin HbA1c, random blood sugar (RBS) triglycerides (TG) total cholesterol (TC) systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were significantly higher in patients (p<0.05) than normal or controlled. In patients with low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and body mass index (BMI) were found to be significantly lower (p > 0.05) than normal or control. Gender-based analysis has shown that HbA1c, RBS, DBP and SBP in male patients have significantly higher (p<0.05) than female. But in female patients the TC, TG and BMI are insignificantly higher (p<0.05) compared to male. High density lipoprotein (HDL) was found same in both male and female. Moreover, patients with HbA1c > 7 have 26.66% stroke, 4.44% angina, 2.22% ischemic heart disease and 27.77% micro vascular complications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Haripur District lies in the plains of Khyber pakhtunkhwa it is mountainiuos region and it contain too much biodiversity and variety of insect Fuana. Chrysomelidae Leaf beetles are one of the largest insect families, with including more than 37,000 to 40,000 described species. This study is conducted as a type of survey during the year 2018. Here we reported that 4 subfamilies of leaf beetles 51 species highest number of species were of the family altacinea. It is concluded that Understanding with host plants speciation and coevolution of chrysomelids.The family Chrysomelidae (Coleoptera), or leaf beetles, is a natural subject for studying plant-insects.
