Abstract

Controlled frames which presented to improve the numerical output of iterative algorithms for inverting the frame operator, have been introduced by Balazs and et al. Also, these frames are used by Bogdanova and et al. for spherical wavelets. In this note, we aim to study some new results about controlled fusion frames and behavior of them under erasures. Finally, we will introduce the approximation operator for these frames and a result of the composition of the operators of two controlled fusion frames will be proved.

Abstract

In this paper, we focus on frames of operators or K-frames on Hilbert spaces in Parseval cases. Since equal-norm tight frames play important roles for robust data transmission, we aim to study this topics on Parseval K-frames. We will show that each finite set of equal-norms of vectors can be extended to an equal-norm K-frame. Also, we present a correspondence between Parseval K-frames and the set of all closed subspaces of a finite Hilbert space. Abstract

In this note, we first introduce the notation of weaving cfusion frames in separable Hilbert spaces. After reviewing the conditions for maintaining the weaving c-fusion frames under the bounded linear operator and also, removing vectors from these frames, we will present a necessarily and sufficient condition about c-woven and c-fusion woven. Finally, perturbation of these frames will be introduced.

9. Construction of k-g-fusion frames and their duals in Hilbert spaces

Abstract

Frames for operators or k-frames were recently considered by Gavruta (2012) in connection with atomic systems. Also generalized frames are important frames in the Hilbert space of bounded linear operators. Fusion frames, which are a special case of generalized frames have various applications. This paper introduces the concept of generalized fusion frames for operators aka k-g-fusion frames and we get some results for characterization of these frames. We further discuss on duals and Q-duals in connection with k-g-fusion frames. Also we obtain some useful identities for these frames. We also give several methods to construct k-g-fusion frames. The results of this paper can be used in sampling theory which are developed by g-frames and especially fusion frames. In the end, we discuss the stability of a more general perturbation for k-g-fusion frames.

Abstract

After introducing g-frames and fusion frames by Sun and Casazza, combining these frames together is an interesting topic for research. In this paper, we introduce the generalized fusion frames or g-fusion frames for Hilbert spaces and give characterizations of these frames from the viewpoint of closed range and g-fusion frame sequences. Also, the canonical dual g-fusion frames are presented and we introduce Parseval g-fusion frames.

Abstract

G-fusion frames which are obtained from the combination of g-frames and fusion frames were recently introduced for Hilbert spaces. In this paper, we present a new identity for g-frames which was given by Najati in a special case. Also, by using the idea of this identity and their dual frames, some equalities and inequalities will be presented for g-fusion frames.

Abstract

Controlled frames in Hilbert spaces have been recently introduced by P. Balazs and etc. for improving the numerical efficiency of interactive algorithms for inverting the frame operator. In this paper we develop a theory based on g-fusion frames on Hilbert spaces, which provides exactly the frameworks not only to model new frames on Hilbert spaces but also for deriving robust operators. In particular, we can define analysis, synthesis and frame operators with representation space compatible for (C,C')-Controlled g-fusion frames, which even yield a reconstruction formula. Abstract

Aims To characterize the dynamic nature of the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) geometry and flow rate in patients following transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) with anterior leaflet laceration (LAMPOON) and derive insights to help guide future patient selection. Methods and results Time-resolved LVOT geometry and haemodynamics were analysed with post-procedure computed tomography and echocardiography in subjects (N  = 19) from the LAMPOON investigational device exemption trial. A novel post hoc definition for LVOT obstruction was employed to account for systolic flow rate and quality of life improvement [obstruction was defined as LVOT gradient > 30 mmHg or LVOT effective orifice area (EOA) ≤ 1.15 cm2]. The neo-LVOT and skirt neo-LVOT were observed to vary substantially in area throughout systole (64  ±  27% and 25  ±  14% change in area, respectively). The peak systolic flow rate occurred most commonly just prior to mid-systole, while minimum neo-LVOT (and skirt neo-LVOT) area occurred most commonly in early-diastole. Subjects with LVOT obstruction (n  = 5) had smaller skirt neo-LVOT values across systole. Optimal thresholds for skirt neo-LVOT area were phase-specific (260, 210, 200, and 180 mm2 for early-systole, peak flow, mid-systole, and end-systole, respectively). Conclusion The LVOT geometry and flow rate exhibit dynamic characteristics following TMVR with LAMPOON. Subjects with LVOT obstruction had smaller skirt neo-LVOT areas across systole. The authors recommend the use of phase-specific threshold values for skirt neo-LVOT area to guide future patient selection for this procedure.
